Im a stylist and came in to look for clothing for a client. The staff was extremely rude and judgey. It made me feel conscious and embarrassed. Not sure if it was because I was in a super casual outfit and sandals but I left empty handed and definitely will not be back. Aside from the staff it doesnt help that most of their clothing is made in China, mostly polyester, and marked up 19249%.

I will give 0 star if I can. The store is like bullying and cheating.I bought a dress with a 30% off. That is not a final sale item from their web! That means if I buy it from website, I can return since it is not final sale. But in their store, they say all sale item are final sale! So ridiculous! Are they changing the whole company’s return policy by themselves?I cannot understand why policy is different between website and boutique.This whole thing just doesn’t make any sense.Be careful before you buy! Or don’t buy from them at all! Sandro has other retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales with good customer service.

The whole staff goes above and beyond for their clients. If they dont have what youre looking for they will help you find it somewhere else. I love shopping at this location.

I purchased two dresses and a day later both were on 30 percent off. I called to see if a price adjustment was possible. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude told me “it wasn’t Zara” and that they would not price adjust or give credit. I will not be purchasing from this store again. Next time I buy Sandro I will purchase through Bloomingdales where they have good customer service and policies.

Nice store, friendly staff and good service. Good quality clothes, French style. Even the background music in the store are French songs. They have clothes for females and male. Shoes and bags.They sometimes have sales going on, like 4th July sale, and on their website they also usually have online sales.The store is located next to J. Crew, at the corner of the street.

Employees are not very friendly here, but the clothing is wonderful.
