The store is closing, so there is not that much merchandise, but the store is very clean and organized. The staff is very nice. Masks are required.

The store seemed low on inventory. Im not sure what thats all about. I did however find a great buy on a Kitchen Aid coffee maker that I couldnt pass up. The store was organized and the associates were friendly. I had dropped a credit card while browsing but didnt realize what had happened. About 15 min after I left the store I received a phone call from the cashier who checked me out. She was calling to let me know she had located my card out on the sales floor. She could have just set it aside and waited for me to contact them, but instead she went the extra mile to locate my info and make the call to let me know my card was there at the store. I very much appreciated her taking the time to do this shortly before closing as Im certain she had other important things to get done before she could go home. Kudos for your over the top customer service! I really wish I could recall her name, so I could notify management or their corporate office of my pleasant experience with this young lady. Hopefully someone will see it and pass the word on. I will be back to visit this location in the near future.

Only one cashier working and they werent in any hurry to help out customers. They make the saying i get paid by the hour a true statement. Shop here if you dont mind waiting and have plenty of time to waste.

I love the reasonably priced items, but feels like it lacks merchandise to compete with Ross next door.

They have a good selection of homewares. Its tidy and never very crowded. I will usually pop in here before I try Ross because the line is so much shorter.

Never heard of this place but I went to check it out and it reminds me of Ross or Marshalls. However, selection was pretty sparse, but Im hoping theyll stock up soon. Im guessing it was because I went after the holidays.

They have vey low prices which is good. But they dont have enough items in store, it is like a empty huge warehouse. Also you should check the return policy before you purchase. I have bought a gift for my wife, i needed to return but they didnt accept. They have Small notification in cashier and they expect customers to know policy.

I love shopping at Burkes Outlet and have been for a while now. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt today because it was a mess in certain areas. Meanwhile, the two employees I did see there were chatting when I walked in and both at the register still chatting 40 min later when I walked out. I was a little disappointed that it was as messy as it was and informed them of that, so Im hoping it was just a bad day. It wont stop me from shopping there though, I love the prices and selections.

Good clothes and prices

I love the clothing but yesterday I went to go clothes shopping and I picked out my pieces of clothing and when I went to check out the things on the shelves near the check out station caught my eye then the cashier (she was a girl) started laughing and saying hahahaha they got everything and the thing they should be doing is paying and getting out of here that got me mad but my friends that I had by my side dont understand so we couldnt complain

There wasnt a cashier and had to wait while another shopper went to look for one. Waited for ten minutes if not longer.
