10/19/20. Customer Service is terrible. Went in wanting to buy some shoes today and no one greeted me, the employees were so loud and obnoxious, literally SCREAMING in the store. Was in there for about 10 minutes & still no one said a word to me. Save your money. Don’t buy shoes with these people.

They answered the phone promptly, the salesman was very helpful, and he directed me to where I needed to go to find the shoes I was looking for.

Richard in your shoes department called me an “idiot” for requesting a certain size of Nike shoes. I asked to speak with the manager but he said he was the manager but I just don’t believe that. I hope you all start to hire better employees.

One of the best sneaker stores in the area. Barton Creek Mall is the best mall in Austin to buy sneakers and sports apparel. This Champs is located here and is always loaded with good sfuff and deals.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. When they have drawing for shoes, which I think is ridiculous in the first place. They should inform the CUSTOMERS who plan on paying over $200 for shoes that IF THEY DONT ANSWER the phone, they move on down the list. Which is CRAPPY at LEAST FINISH LINE will leave a message... I WILL NEVER shop at this location...EVER AGAIN!! SOME PEOPLE WORK during the hours YOU call. At least have the courtesy to explain all the RULES when you have a drawing... GEESH!!
