Hidden gem of a store!!! Really helpful and nice staff. Hit this Goodwill before you go to others!!!!

Very good if you want to hunt for older electronic and cool t-shirts. It can be a little dry sometimes with what you find, but you just have to wait and keep and eye out for that hidden gem. ;)

Today I called in wondering if a table my husband spotted a couple days back was still available. The employee that answered was so sweet and went to check for us (we live a bit far). When I went to purchase it, several employees came to help me load it and even helped disassemble it to get it to fit into my car. I’ve never had a better experience at a Goodwill- great location (and even better customer service)!

Overall, I really enjoy the place. They have a lot of different goods there and have a tag sale each week on Sunday thru Thursday, starting on Sunday. Somethings there can be pricey for a Goodwill, but what I buy feels worth it.

Its a great store. Clean and the employees are SUPER nice. But whatever cleaning agent they use is way too strong. Chemically sensitive people BEWARE. Id totally give this a 5 star if whatever scents theyre using were toned down. The clothing is great, the people are great, everyone is respectful and kind... but that scent is just so overwhelming.Edited to add response to Goodwill: This has nothing to do with COVID. This review is from prior visits, before COVID. Ill still be in to visit, but every time Ive gone in there over the past year and a half, I know to expect it. Just wanting to give others - especially those chemically sensitive - a forewarning.

The store was clean and organized. Everything was clearly labeled which was great! The only negative thing would be it was very hot in the store. I didnt shop as long as I would have because it was so warm in there. Other than that, its a good store and decent parking.

You can find some gems at this Goodwill if you put in the time. I spent a good amount of time here last week and my efforts paid off--I was able to find several great items in my size for just a few bucks each. Only taking off a star because Goodwill pricing in general is getting out of hand at every location recently, and this one is no exception. Very frustrating when clothes that were donated with tags are being sold for more than what the original store sale tags read.

Dollar tree is wonderful at this location..

The most expensive thrift store I’ve ever been to. And I have been to thrifts in LA And NY! Much of the clothing was priced 8-10$ for women’s tops. I would compare this more to a resale boutique or Plato’s Closet. The store is very organized, clean, not smelly, and employees are nice. I did buy a few items but I see another reviewer said there was a Plato’s closet that is cheaper than this goodwill so I’ll check that out.

Went looking for equipment to have on hand for an elderly persons visit. Salesgal was incredibly helpful and seemed to know where everything was! Great store to poke around in!

Coming here is like going on a treasure hunt. I have a thing for 1960s to early 80s cookware and glassware and for that this is the place to go! You can get that edgy vintage look for a fraction of what you would pay at Anthropology or Crate & Barrel. Take a day off and do a Goodwill of Austin tour! I promise you wont be disappointed!

I went here with a specific kind of shoes in mind, and within 2 minutes, I found them! Low healed black Clark brand in great condition for 9.99. Great selection!

Great deals and i was surprised to find some name brands for awesome price.

Its a smaller good will location and not the best one either. I was able to find a few nice shirts but the deals were only okay. They are also more disorganized than other goodwill locations I have been to

I love this store, I always find interesting items and the store is generally clean and well organized. The best part is the staff, Im unsure of the employess names there, however, my regular cashier (a blond young lady in boots) is amazing and super helpful. Having spent 20 plus years hiring and managing staff in highend restaurants I jbow a great employee and she is one. I have also spoken with 2 managers (a man and woman ) who were friendly and attentive. Thanks keep up the good work

If it says Cole Haan, walk away. Wayyy over priced. 28.00 for some used driving mocs. Most Goodwill charge litterly 8.00.

Ive visited better Goodwills than this one. Its ok. But I wouldnt necessarily go back again.

Decent store, but relatively small compared to other GWs. I would go out of my way to stop here, but if Im in the area, Id stop to see whats new. Ive found some great mens Blue jeans and shoes here in the past.

Pretty cool to find small trinkets, the auction items are interesting, staff is nice, and its a great place to donate things that you dont need or want anymore and are still in good condition.

Consistent prices. The prices dont very much. $8 for shorts. $10for shoes.

Found more than I bargained for (in a good way). Experience was 5 stars, but only gets 4 because Goodwill doesnt give back to the community like it used to.

Lovely store with great range of clothes and shoes! They also sell some brand new items like jewerlies or sweemsuits. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

A lot of the clothes are cheaper at the North Platos Closet (and in better condition), not a lot of furniture but lots of kitchenware. Tons of clothes, though. Many purses and old electronics, lots of purses.

Decent clothing selection; the employees seemed distant and lacked drive and appeared apathetic in regards to placing any concern on the customer and his or her shopping experience.

Not one single garment was under $7. immediately left and bought nothing.

A little smaller than its big brother down the road but worth a visit.

Went to this Goodwill this past Sat and tried to purchase 5 Duraflame logs. They were priced at 4.99. Ive bought these at other Goodwills for 1.99 and thought they had made a mistake so my husband asked someone in back. They said the price is 4.99. I told them thats higher than retail. I put the logs back.Since I had a doctors appt close by this Goodwill today, we stopped by there after my appt to see if they had lowered the prices. I found all 5 back in the corner where I found them previously only this time one was torn open and junk thrown on top of the others. Still priced 4.99. My husband talked the Jamie, the manager, and she said to tell the lady up front that Jamie said theyre 1.99. So I went and got 4 logs, leaving the one that was torn open. Get to the register and the girl had to call Jamie several times. She finally answered and said just the log with no price was 1.99, and the rest were 4.99. All of the logs had a price sticker of 4.99. Does this make any sense? Mid-April and nobody is going to buy these logs except someone like me who buys ahead of time. I doubt Goodwill bought these logs. Im assuming they were given as most things are. The girl at the front said theres million dollar homes near there and things are going to be priced higher than at other Goodwills. Thats a crock but wasnt going to argue or discuss this problem with her. My husband and I left and will never go back there again.

Ther are scammers. Everytime I go there and I pick up simething its always wrong price bcs somene put it wrong. All ailes are for 4.99 and than u get twice as much at the register. Scammers. Always the same story. Always.

The staff seems overworked, as if abandoned by the corporate overlords. There are lots of things to buy here, but it seems like the shelves are stuffed with too much glassware and not enough good stuff.

This Goodwill is way over priced! I know the point is to make money, but 75% of the items cost as much or MORE than when new in stores.

Even though they guys in the back broke one desk i bought, I found a really great Ikea style desk for $20, so Im pretty happy with them.

Used Second Hand Store. You can find many interesting things at a relatively low price. If someone looks for antique stuff - there are ones that would bring you good income if you resell them in antiquarian. Not everything, a small percentage, but its worth taking a look at.Id love to buy much more good think for less praise. As well you can see on the pictures Of did. Even more, Ive got something smaller - post cards with 30% off.+ 10% on next purchase, so what can I say this store knows how to deal. Goodwill!
