I have to give 5 stars, ordered a maverick online, eventually got shipped to the dealer. First day arriving i was notified. I didnt buy right away and I appreciated that i was given time without giving them an answer wether i was going to buy or not. Theyre in for money and they could have sold that truck within hours. I eventually came through and purchased the truck the following week. The sales team was straight to the point and didnt BS around. Im a simple customer, I dont need friendly smiles or acknowledgement. I come in, i see what i want, if I find something, Ill let the employee know, tell me what i need to do, show me the numbers. If it looks good, Ill pay and leave. No extra effort on giving me great customer service Im here to buy, not make friends. In other words i was given beyond what i even asked for. Found the vehicle that we wanted online at Lief Johnson Ford so we gave them a call and got in touch with Jason. He checked that the vehicle was still available and said that he would put a hold on it for us as we were an hour and a half away. When we got to the dealership Jason took care of us in a friendly and professional manner. We bought the vehicle and the entire process was extremely easy and stress free.

It was a good experience from the beginning. I found a truck I was interested in, but was not sure I wanted to purchase it yet. Andy did not pressure me. He patiently watched as I left to look elsewhere, but when I found no deal that could beat theirs, I returned. I had an independent inspector check out the vehicle. Great experience buying my first car here. In addition to the buying market being rough right now, I am also a young, female buying a car alone. I submitted an order build through Ford in August. I sent it to 5 local Ford dealerships to see if I could get any deals or who could help me get it fastest. Leif Johnson was the ONLY dealership to follow through. I even called a few dealerships (Maxwell and Covert) to see if they had gotten my pre-build order. No one was helpful. No one even seemed remotely interested in helping me. Once Leif got the pre-build and reached out to me, I got put into contact with Thomas Almaraz at the Leif Johnson location on Koenig to finish the pre-build order. I was torn on colors and Thomas helped nudge me towards the velocity blue saying it looks even better in person. So I pulled the trigger and signed the order build sheet. It took a few months for the truck to come in (thanks COVID) and I can say Ive never been happier with a vehicle purchase or a dealership. They gave me a good price for my trade-in. They also worked with me to get the best financing option. Thomas was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable the day I got my truck. The financing team were straightforward and didnt try to upsell me on anything. It actually made me want to get an extended warranty/maintenance package with them because I didnt feel like I was getting cheated. This is the first dealership and salesperson that Ive ever worked with that I would highly recommend to others. Leif Johnson has a customer for life. Oh I forgot to add, the velocity blue was way better in person and I wouldnt have this beautiful little truck had it not been for Thomas advice. I cant recommend this dealership or Thomas enough.

I had been looking to trade on my car for an automatic. The salesperson called and said they just got on in . I told the salesperson I had been in a minor accident and my trade in had some damage to the bumper, he said it was no problem to still bring it in.After they checked out they said they would tske is as trade in but deducted some money for the damaged front end, pretty much the estimate from the body shop, around 1900.00. Since the accident was not my fault I asked for a copy of the estimate and proof that it affected the value of my trade in so i could show the insurance company.I made several attempts by phone text and email to try and get this but no one ever reached out .I ended up talking to a manager, but itvhaa not been resolved.The insurance company denied my claim because I failed to show proof, so I am out the 1900 dollars pretty much. Everything was great until the sale was over.

We’ve been having issues with our headlights remaining on for over 4 months. It’s required multiple shop visits, lots of time, money and still nothing was resolved. We took it in on Friday and Sean and Justin helped us out in less than 2 days, a problem no other individual was able to help us with. So happy to say I finally purchased my first car and could not be happier!Started working with Tim Jacobs in November/December 2020 after being curious to order a Bronco Sport. Test drove a few cars to consider my options and while they were great I had my eyes set on the bronco sport and placed a deposit.My first order arrived in March of 2021 but unfortunately austin had a pretty bad hail storm around the same time and my car was one of the ones to get hail damage. After being offered a discount and other options like replacing the damages, I decided not purchase and instead order another vehicle.Unfortunately because of shortages and delays my reorder (that included a moon roof package) was taking a while to get fulfilled. I had to call multiple times per day just to get an update. Each time I was told the service manager had my case. The service manager does not return phone calls and is always in a meeting. Do your best to get someone else because I still have not heard from him. Otherwise, the experience was nice.

I just want to say thank you to this dealership. A couple of days before Christmas my husband and I were (trying) to drive to the coast with our new trailer, which was not programmed on our truck. After being told by other dealerships that they didnt have time or that they would have to keep our vehicle for 4 days, Ellen patiently listened to the situation we were in and then got us some help. In about an hour from the time we got there, our truck programmed and ready to go. Whitney (I think, the girl with the office across from the service area with the french doors) was SO busy because of the Holidays, but was able to squeeze us in. She was so sweet and had a smile on her face the whole time. If it wasnt for these girls, we would not have been able to leave the RV dealership with our trailer and drive to the coast. The service for when we bought a great used vehicle was wonderful… that’s about the only great thing about this place is. When we met with our delivery driver he had no idea what the name of the vehicle was. Cosmetic issues were not addressed in the photos. Oversized tires with only 5/32 tread left on them were present and rub every time you turn. The vehicle brilliantly came with breaks that are non existent. Their safety/standard ‘test’ that every vehicle goes through before being sold is; does the car start, does it stop, and does it turn off when you want it to. If the sales guy says he’ll get with his manger, that’s code for nothing is going to get done but I’ll pretend to validate your concerns.

Customer: After driving 6 miles to the dealer ship of Leif Johnson Ford I spoke with the Sales Manager about 3 trucks I wanted to look at. I got there as soon as the doors opened. The Sales Manager didnt seem very good at his job as he never showed me one truck let alone 3, that I would have liked to have seen, He seemed to have just wanted to argue about anything I said or asked about. We only talked for about 5 to 5 1/2 minutes. The inventory of trucks only took 45 seconds to look over as there wasnt many. My advice is to call any dealer ship before you go to see if they have what you want in stock first. And heres a tip dont brother with Leif Johnson Ford in Austin, Texas you will be disappointed. I know I was after 5 to 5 1/2 minutes. Thank you very much.

I booked an appointment to have a recall issue looked at as well as one other issue. When the car was dropped off I was informed that the recall would be handled but it would be 2-3 more days before a technician could look at the other issue I came in for. I can understand it taking a couple of days to repair something but 2-3 days of the car sitting in the shop before it is looked at doesnt make sense. Subpar appointment booking process.

***Update*** Bait & Switch - My Wife and I drove to Leif Johnson Ford on Tuesday 7/13 to sell my 2016 GMC Canyon to Raul Sanchez (Sales Rep) and James Edwards (Sales Manager). Upon arriving to Leif Johnson Ford we received an offer on my truck from Raul Sanchez and he text me stating “WE give you copies signed by our manager as a guarantee that you sold it to us and you will get the check”. James Edwards inspected my truck while my wife and I were inside awaiting the results of the inspection. James Edward said the truck was in great condition and would like to purchase it for the original offer that Raul Sanchez sent me. We accepted the offer and signed the dealership paper work that outlined that we would receive the full amount of the offer via check in 3-5 days. Raul Sanchez clearly stated one of the documents we signed indicted we were selling my truck to Leif Johnson Ford AS IS. We still have the contract and the document that we signed off on that we were selling the truck as is. A few days go by, come Friday 7/17. I receive a call from James Edwards stating that after their service department did a thorough inspection they found something wrong with the truck. The original offer we signed was subject to change and offered us to accept the lower offer or take back the truck. Sellers beware that Leif Johnson Ford does not honor the contract that you sign. We decided to drive down to Leif Johnson Ford and pick up my truck. Leif Johnson Ford wasted my time by offering a higher amount for my truck so we could bring it to them then turn around and change the terms of the contact after signing the truck was theirs AS IS.

I sold Leif Johnson Ford a car last year and one of my cars this year and I couldn’t be happier. Gave me top dollar for both! I worked with Shelby Mann and she was the whole reason I went through with any of it. She was super responsive, extremely professional, had all the answers, overall experience was great and very professional.

I dealt with Marcos and the team at Ford Truck City Buda on a truck purchase this weekend, Theyre fantastic people, and this is my 2nd purchase there. My favorite thing about them is it is very low key, no high pressure sales tactics and thats a nice change to what I have experienced in my past. Gave me a date a few days out. Got here on time. Did the intake and an hour and a half later my truck sits in the parking lot untouched.

Ordered in early July. Took delivery October 4th. Nice trade in number for my 2017 Chevy Corvette. Test drove it.....Done within 2 hours...on my way home with a F-350 King Ranch Super Duty Long Bed. 5th Wheel here we come. We have a machine/rig that can handle it.
