Went to check out Camaro, I have a perfect credit score, and the down payment with job history... but what was different was he asked if I had a W2 from the last two years. I have never been asked for that before. Nobody came to check on me, I had to go inside office, he was on the phone, and talked to me from behind the glass. Maybe he was scared of me and my mother...

The down payments that they are asking for any of theur cars are a joke. These vehicles are no nicer than any other lots inventory. It obviousthat this place is not wanting to help anyone get into a vehicle. Do yourself a favor and find a lot that has reasonably priced vehicles and sre willing to work with you to get into one. This isnt the place.

Nobody on the lot. The guy inside the trailer was on the phone, saw me standing there and then walked back around the corner. No acknowledgment whatsoever. The cars all look like they were sitting for a while with rusty rims and very rough interiors

I love my vehicle & the customer service they gave me. Cant complain about my vehicle even tho its a used car. Great car to move around from point A to point B. They dont ask for too many thing to finance a vehicle to you. I love that about them!!!!

Great experience with them. just bought a dart a7 it has turn out to be a great vehicle. Havent had any issues with & hope to never have none since it is used car. The financing is great as well, since its only for 2 & 1/2 yrs. Not like other places that are for more than 3yrs+.

Great place to get your first vehicle. Im still young but they were able to work with me. I still live with my parents so that counts a lot!!!! My insurance is high because of my age, but my monthly payments are low, so that worked great!!! Happy with my car!

Im happy with their business. They have always treated me great!!! If there is anything going on with the vehicle they check it out really fast. I do keep in mind that my vehicle is a used car, so I keep up with the maintenance constantly.

Super!!! Really quick to get approved. NO CREDIT CHECK, Im so happy for that. I did put a little more than the regular payment, but its worth it. I can pay it off in 1yr 0%. Cant really complain with that, not everyone will do that.

My experience in this place was okay. I was able to get a vehicle with out to much hassle. The sales person was really helpful & understanding. They were able to work with my down payment. I love the fact they have a mechanic on site, most places that I checked out didnt have any. I was able to buy a warranty for the vehicle, even tho is sold as-is. I dont feel worried about anything happening with the car, knowing they have the mechanic & the warranty.

My daughter just bought a vehicle from them &^ she loves it. My wife had to be on the contract, but they were able to work with us. They didnt gave us a lot of hassle on filling out the application or the requirements. Good place to get a vehicle from.

I like my vehicle even tho it took a while, because I had to get all my paper work together. They still manage to help me out with what I had shown them. I put a little more down payment to make my payment more affordable to my income. to which Im happy for that, Im still a little ahead on my balance & Im still be able to pay off in 1yr. same as cash. I would recommend them to anyone

So, I got my vehicle repossess a couple of yrs ago & I came back to buy another one. They are willing to work with me, as long as I put a high down payment which Im okay with it. I understand that having my vehicle picked up before puts me in a doubtful place. Right now I have been having 6months with my vehicle & havent missed a payment. I have been keeping up with my insurance & they are willing to work with me in another vehicle after Im done paying this one off. They are great ppl by working with me!

I have bought 2 cars already & one of them is paid off. I still have it & its still running. The staff is great, I like the front desk lady. She has a friendly personality, the sales person is a little more direct but he is still okay. Im happy with their services.

I bought my car here and paid it off in 6 months so it was 0% interest. The deal was decent and it was quick and easy to get the paperwork done. The people there don’t seem very friendly but I’m sure they deal with some not so nice people from time to time. Id buy another car here if I had to.

Went to see about purchasing a vehicle and had money for downpayment and lady stated that I was gonna need an additional 500 down because I lived out of austin .. told her I was only 30 mins away and she said umm no I will still need an additional 500

Im extremely happy with them, I just bought a KIA soul with low miles & the vehicle is running great. I was able to purchase a warranty that covers the engine & transmission if in any case breaks down. They are really friendly as well & are willing to work with you. Unlike the other places that ask for to many things & for you to have a great credit, to which I dont have a great credit. But I have been a while in my job, so they work with that.

Found myself in a position of needing a new/used car unexpectedly because my previous car engine blew. So I contacted East West Auto Sales via Facebook because I was asking everyone where could I go for a decent down payment. So I brought what they asked of me & test drove the vehicle & with in 30min I was approved.

I cant complain about this place. They have been really helpful with me. Even tho I didnt had all my requirements they were able to help me out. I have a good reliable vehicle. They have great deals, when buying in cash. I bought a 2015 Dodge dart at a reasonable price. It had low miles & in very good condition. The sales person did everything for me to get the right price.

So my credit is not good, but i do own a house & have been at my job at least 8 months. I put a higher down payment since its one of the requirements, 1 yr at your job. i was okay with it. I have no good credit & they where still willing to work with me! im happy with the car that I have.

Im happy with their service. They had me test drive the vehicle & make sure there wasnt anything wrong with it. They said I would here anything they would check it out before I would take it out the lot. i know its a used car lot, but the act that they are willing to work with me, made me like them more.

I went to the dealership and my child bought her 1st vehicle there but with all the excitement purchasing, my child overlooked the contract and was not the same price as listed in the internet. The front desk receptionist wrote up the contract for many more months of pymt as listed. When arriving home, we all read over my childs contract and immediately contacted dealer but would not honor the listed price. Very disappointed and now were obligated. Please read everything before signing. Word to the wise, learn from our mistakes.

Im very happy with the 1yr 0% apr. They kept there word & paid my car in 1yrs, no finance charge. Now Im thinking about getting another vehicle with them again. They are willing to make me a good deal for paying off my car soon!! :)

This place is super shady and has discriminatory business practices. They informed me that, because I live out of the area (San Antonio), the down payment would be higher. I chose them specifically because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for - which was already sold when they contacted me back but they were sure to tell me the down payment was higher because I didnt live locally.

I am satisfied with the truck I got from them. I like the fact that they sale warranties for your engine & transmission. Other places dont even have that, they have reasonable prices on the warranties. I really recommend them to anyone.

Okay,their were a vehicle I was wanting to purchase, I call and spoke with a young lady.now I did tell her I have 2 thousand down on vehicle which was more then asking price on line, according to the financing requirements, I am eligible .now she told me I have to be on job two years, and resident two years .but the site says one.i ended the conversation and thank here for her Time.sTime.she basically didnt wont my service or money . Terrible. I would also give negative stars if possible. If you have any type misdemeanor they will not finance you. They will try to use any excuse to say you do not qualify to get more down. No bs. Do not buy from here. Girl who is the financial adviser tries to find reasons not to finance you, shes rude and uneducated and sounds stupid, then tries to chastise you in all while having crappy nasty looking tattoos all over her arms. Its in-house but the idiots base their decisions on your credit. After it was all said and done, they asked for more down payment. This place is a joke. Use your better judgment, pic up a local car magazine and youll find a better deal. Ive found a better deal, since I have a car now. The insurance company they referred me to doesnt vouch for them. They even told me to go somewhere else. They said all the people they are referred have issues with their financial lady through out the process. Good thing though, I used the insurance agency they referred me to. They do not help with a down payment, they will only ask for more. You dont believe, look for yourself. Youll only look stupid.

I have bought vehicles from other places & they always have some type of issue & the car lots are never able to help out, because they are sold as-is. This place has the same thing, difference is that they actually help you fix your vehicle at a reasonable price. I dont mind paying, just because i know that the vehicles are used.

I am happy with the service that I got from this place. My vehicle broke down & the mechanic was able to fix it on the spot. I paid it off & havent had any issues since then. Now Im about to get my 2nd car from them & hope that everything goes well as it did with my 1st vehicle that I got from them.

These guys have always been nice and friendly with my family and I.Other used car lots pale in comparison when it comes to selection.Theyre willing to deal with credit thats not on the up and up, so long as your down payment is high enough and you have the ability to keep payments.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. they are scammers my vehicle was repossessed a week after my payment was due. I was in informed that I could not get the vehicle back unless I paid the balance and full. When I went to retrieve my possession from the vehicle I noticed that some things were missing. They will not answer any of my calls or texts.

Would not recommend at all. Bad communicators and overall rude. They repoed my cousins car because the insurance went out. Now shes expected to pay vehicle in full to get it back, put down 3k. Paid tax, title, licence and they never sent the plates. They say one thing then change mind, very inconsistent and hard to talk to.

Me and my family had purchased 2nd vehicle from this dealer and so far very happy with it. The first truck I ad with them I paid off with in 1 year and they took off financing charge so basically it was 0% financing. That is why I decided to get my 2nd car with them as well. The quality of vehicles are good and I never had major problems with mine. They do have full time mechanic and I heard work with clients in case some repair need to be done down the road. I definitely recommend them!

Kind of seem as if they was racist i had 3700 cash in hand and could get any results so i went to the car dealer down the way and payed less then what they wanted here. to high for cars that brake before you can leave to take a test drive. lol but good times good times

I have just purchase my vehicle, is a 2012 Mitsubishi Galant & havent gotten any problems with it. They are really inexpensive to purchase & they work with you on the down payment. I would recommend it to anybody.

If I could do less that 1 star, I would. I thought this place was fair at first. Our dealer was very unprofessional (flexing out to impress us, or jamming out on his guitar bc the flexing didnt work) but we still managed to work a deal out. Of course, they got a $3,000 down payment from me. But, I agreed to pay a payment every time I was paid (every two weeks). They were calling with a late payment reminder a week before my first payment. The owner (I think) Anton was who would call and had very bad phone etiquette. I explained that my payment wasnt due. He still proceeds to call my job and my phone, multiple times. I paid my ttl and never received my tags. My insurance wasnt paid in time (which come on, who isnt late on a payment sometimes?) So while I was at work, they came and stole my car. Ive begged, pleaded and tried getting financed at many other banks to pay the $8,493 they are demanding for my car back (although the car is decent, its not worth that). Unfortunately I have low credit so this is a nightmare. Now Im stuck without a car, trying to get to my full time job while manging to be a single mother with a child who needs to visit a specialist in Austin (I live almost two hours from Austin). Do they care? Nope. Bc their goal is to drain as much money from poor fools that still trust there is good in the world and screw them over however they can. I would have suggested this place but now I wouldnt suggest you even spit in its direction. Very rude, very unprofessional, scammers, con artists and no care for good hard working people trying to come up in the world.

BUYERS BEWARE STAY AWAY THESE CARS ARE NO GOOD! manager is never available staff is rude!! From the second we purchased this car everything was opposite of what were told online! Down payment was higher interest was higher and not to mention they had to come and pick up the car a few times because it had several issues and was not driveable! I purchased this car for my wldeely father and on our way to a dentist appointment the car collapses and we almost hit a bigger truck the bumber came off and something under there had completely broken more than it was already clacking! When I called to let them know the front desk girl answers and says manager is not available of course and she will let him know and that was IT!!!!! REALLY!!!!!

If I could I would put negative stars!!! The staff is rude, and negligent. One of their employees nearly hit my kid with a car because he was messing with his phone. Then pretended he didnt know English.(which can is funny because he spoke English last year when he sold me the car) When I told office staff about the incident, she said I cant do anything about it. I will tell him not to do it again.

The cars are decent despite the fact that they are used. I had three details with my car, but I understand that it is a used car and they have no warranty. Despite that, they help me with the composure of my car. I have no problem with them at all. Apart from that the secretary tries to help you as much as she can.

Imagine that !!, I was just asking how much was the price of the vehicle, and even entertaining me .. and very disrespectful, none of you, all of you !! .. I had the money to pay 12,000 dlls cash but only because of the attitude of the guy who answered me .. I didnt feel like it to buy nothing .. poor people who have to buy their vehicle in payments with this type of people ..

I am happy with the service that the seller gave me. They showed me several vehicles and after a while I found the one I wanted. They had a lot of patience since it was after 6pm. They helped me at all times and answered all my questions. I recommend them!
