I had my 21st birthday dinner at The Arte European Kitchens last Sunday and I must say it was phenomenal. The food was divine and so was the ambiance. The service was also great, they were able to accommodate my party and I to a smaller table since some people didnt go. My boyfriend brought the cake and we handed it to them. When it was time to bring it out they decorated the plate they had placed it on beautifully. Ill definitely be coming back.

I was not surprised that they took the lead, and their project Buds Place was selected for the 2020 Architect + Kitchen book. Great achievement.I first met Tom and Andrea, the owners, about nine years ago when looking for someone to represent Leicht in Austin. Toms work caught my eye, as not only hes a fantastic designer, he also started his career as a cabinetmaker. I was more than pleased and vowed to let him represent us in Austin.Not easy times to open a new showroom, great recession causes and effects of the 2008-2009 financial crisis, Tom together with his wife, Andrea, and the team began in a small industrial space, they build their business and reputation, with a lot of love and passion. About a year later, they opened their first downtown Austin showroom. During the years we got lots of compliments on our particular designer in Austin, Tom kitchens got awarded in many architectural magazines. Customers from Houston drove to Austin, to order their kitchen from them. My experience was non-plus. The cabinetry is no higher quality than Ikea. It has nicer storage systems inside, but the outer look and quality is lacking. In addition, I had a lot of difficulty getting the correct cabinetry. My order took almost a year to get completed since it was either ordered incorrectly or shipped wrongly. There was always a pass the buck going on. My designer says he will never use this company again.

Offers kitchen cabinets imported from Germany. Sleek, modern, high gloss look that look wonderful in modern/contemporary kitchens. The cabinets are not custom and your design may need to be modified to accommodate their standard sizes. You may need to select different appliances to fit their spaces though Miele will work (as they partner with them). The lead time for deliveries are quite long 10-14 weeks with possible delays during the European summer. Given the drawbacks my wife and I decided not to go with them for a kitchen renovation, but they were still given strong consideration.
