Christine helped me with all the flooring, tile and grout. She was able to give excellent pricing but the amounts of the order were not all correct. Leaving shortages and overages. I understand dye lots and the consistency. But they were not able to take any of the excess back to resell. Not even engineered hardwood still in package. What a waste. My advice, double and triple check SF amounts. Ask what their return policy is up front. Have back up materials chosen that are in stock and ready to ship. Do not rely on them to give professional advice on amount of grout, or other materials. Work with an installer to guide you for better numbers.

I love working with ProSource. I worked with Nancy over in New Orleans and now Im working with Renee here in Austin. Its hard to beat their service and quality of product. They always have what I need or at least something close, always willing to go above and beyond to help me out. They have great prices lots of products used from including flooring cabinets countertops.. its a one-stop shop for contractors

I was shopping for tile for our bathrooms in our new home and this place has such a great selection and so many different styles, price points and colors. More than any other place that I looked at. I was working with an associate named Amberley and she was knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in my quest to find the right tile for the particular areas. My appt was for an hour but I was there an hour and a half. I would recommend this place highly.

Prosource is good place with reasonable pricing to purchase material. I bought about $6K worth Shaw brand wooden flooring from them. With in first two months of installation top layer on one of the planks started peeling off, they reached out to Shaw and sent me a box of material but did not pay for the repair labour cost. Same issue occurred once again in 6 months and they reached out to Shaw after I sent Prosource few emals to address the issue. Long story short Shaw declined the claim without any reason and after reaching out to prosource multiple times finally got a word that they are waiting from Shaw for more details. Prosource doesnt care about their customers once the deal is completed. I do not recommend this place.P.S; Before someone giving a blanket response speak to Rob Zuck as he is the one handling the case with no response at all.Update 08/19/2021:Rob reached out back to me and he was able to resolve this issue. I just wish the entire process could have been little better instead of me chasing it down for months. I have update my ratings. Thanks

Throughout the process, Renee and her assistants, Annette and Jonathan, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was working on a bit of a tight schedule, but they were able to help me with each twist and turn along the way. Most importantly, I needed to order some flooring during the holidays and Renee took the time to get that done for me in such a short time. I cant say enough to thank them for their great service!

Weve worked with Renee Slater (twice) and Annette Despas (once): both ladies are warm and engaging and demonstrate exceptional customer service and solid knowledge about the products. They were very responsive to our questions and thorough in their responses.

I cannot recommend Christine at ProSource enough! She is prompt with email replies and getting me the information I need. She even accommodates my occasional, unannounced dropping by with smiles and friendly assistance. If she is unavailable for whatever reason, she lines up another colleague to help me. Pro Source is awesome! Renee especially is wonderful to work with. There is no need to go anywhere else for flooring, tile, counter tops etc....they have it all. We regularly use Pro-source for materials. It makes the whole process so much easier as we can source any vendor through them, get the best pricing, and not have to run around to multiple showrooms. I am writing to highly commend Kyle Poss for his outstanding customer service. He was so patient and accommodating with us on our recent renovation project. Somehow he always managed to get us what we needed when we needed it. He was attentive to our questions and concerns and offered great suggestions. His professionalism and excellent attitude made him a pleasure to work with.

A word of warning. This place does not take returns, if the do they charge a huge restocking fee. We lost near $2000 in restocking fee. We were told this was a wholesale outlet but in fact its is a new car dealership type of operation, all they care about is get the product out the door and make $, one of the reps told us this when we tried to return a product. They have lots of sales reps that price a product way high then they drop the price low to make you feel like you are getting a bargain. we ordered a waterproof laminate from them on a time sensitive project, the rep assured us that it will be in in 2 days, when we called 2 days later, they said they the order was just placed that day and will take 5 days to get it, when it finally arrived the material design was totally different than the sample they showed us, when we tried to return the product they made us wait around for approval at least 2 hours, then they said they will not take the material back because the boxes were opened although laminate was never installed. Horrible place to do business with, we found a much better quality of waterproof at home depot a lot less and since we are buying 1500 sqft they gave us a 15% bulk pricing and guess what, returns are no hassle. Avoid this place at all cost. please share with your contractor friends. Thanks

I had my contractor introduced me to this place for selecting tiles for a bathroom remodel project. I found the staff very helpful and easy to work with. They are not pushy and are there to help you make a decision. Do remember to make an appointment with a designer, otherwise you will be only browsing the items

Similar to the previous review, this place is not transparent about their return policy and applied a 30 day window to our return based on order date NOT the delivery date. It seems unethical for the customer to be penalized for the vendors processing time. Also, we bought mosaic tile for our bathroom by a square foot sheet but in order to return the excess, they wanted 3 full boxes for the items to be returned. Seems like theyre eager to sell without a fair return policy.

ProSource of Austin is Nirvana for both homeowners and remodelers, and Christine Allessio is an amazing guide to all the goods! They have a huge selection of virtually all finish materials. Amberley Diver was extremely helpful and easy going. Very knowledgeable and tailored it around our needs.

The sales professionals were super helpful with selection of materials and styles, which really served to move our project forward.I would have rated ProSource 5 stars, but the phone contact experience was at times unacceptable. On two occasions, the person on the other end of the phone was, in my opinion, somewhat rude and brusque. My suggestion would be to have someone else answer the phone when customers call.CW

A shout out to Christine at ProSource of Austin! I have worked with Christine for 13+ years. Ive had exceptional service as a tile and kitchen / bath remodeling contractor. I purchase almost 100% my tile, LVP, and Countertop material from ProSource. My clients all comment on how they like working with Christine to help them with their design and material selections. I can be a little demanding and OCD at times but Christine remains the professional taking it in stride (LOL!) and providing the support I need. I would highly recommend Christine or any of the ProSource staff for your wall, flooring or countertop materials.
