Austin and the crew at Round Round Cabinets were exceptional. They spent a ton of time with us at the beginning showing us all the cabinet options for our kitchen remodel. They dovetailed well with our contractor and made sure everything worked out. The installation was quick and they followed up on all questions and adjustments. Door to door service was great. Prices were really good.

I cant say enough positive things about RR Cabinets. Austin & Brent provide the total package. Whether youre looking for the best price, quality, customer service, communication, etc, doesnt matter, cause you will get it. The 3D design images were very cool with the ability to update changes on the fly. To get what we did with a company like, say Home Depot, wouldve been about double the cost. We upgraded 3 bathroom vanities as well as our kitchen (everything but the flooring). If I was to find any negatives, I guess the initial estimate time for completion was quite a bit off. But thats pretty typical with this kind of work. Anyway, whenever I walk into our kitchen now I cant help but to admire it all. The final product is seriously amazing. I mean, just take a look. The pictures speak for themselves. So thank you Austin & Brent, RR Cabinets, & the contractor Zach for everything.

Brent and Brandon were so easy to work with and I am so glad that I decided to use Round Rock Cabinets Direct for my remodel project. But the true test of a business is how they respond when there are hiccups. I appreciate Round Rock Cabinets helping me through the difficulties and making things right. In the end it turned out perfect and I love it. I will be back at Round Rock Cabinets when I start my next project!

To say that my wife expects a lot is, well, an understatement. Were about half way through our remodel, so weve learned a thing or two because weve seen a thing or two. So, when someone gets five stars, it means they probably would get ten stars. Austin has been super great to work with throughout the process on the master bath cabinets. Super knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. We are very pleased also with the product we received. They are as good or better than the locally produced and painted cabinets we did in the kitchen. Brandon, the installer, was also very good and easy to work with - came back to install hardware after we finally got what we wanted. Hard to find a business that still understands CUSTOMER SERVICE these days. These guys get it. Well done. Will be ordering baths 2 and 3 soon.

This is the kitchen I always wanted. The prices for cabinets were very good. I had other bids way higher. The quality was excellent. The installation was very well done. I love all the soft close and special pull outs. I fee like I doubled our storage capacity. I still have 1 big drawer that is empty. Brent was great to work with. Quick responses to emails. I am giddy with the final product. I wish I had a better before picture - but my sad little kitchen was not really picture worthy....until now!

Great company. Don’t use some company that is going to charge you $150 for measurements and then come and tell you what you need. Round Rock cabinets measures for free and then ASKS you what you want. They listen. They don’t try to upsell you. The 3D model they made for us looks identical to the finished product. Again, Brandon and Brent listened to what we wanted and helped us with cheaper solutions throughout the whole process. Do yourself a favor: google how much kitchen remodels cost. They are less than that. Their quality and service is second to none. Support local businesses and get high quality. They exceeded all expectations.

I wish I could give them negative stars. My cabinets are still not done and they started in May of 2020. The installer left work unfinished and now nobody is responding to the calls. The sales guy, the owner and the installer, they all blame not finishing the work on each other and talk bad on each others behind. I am seriously surprised if the good reviews are all made up. Some of my cabinet sides are ripping off, the drawers are already not sliding and many cabinets are uneven and the soft close is not working in 3 of them already. Please invest your time and money somewhere else. Also the owner pushes you to pay the money before finishing the job so if you have paid in full, you will never see them again.

We had one last room to remodel in the house remodel. Upstairs bathroom. Didnt want to spend a ton of $, but wanted cool and good material. I found Round Rock Cabinets on yelp and thought this is a good company. It turns out they are about a mile from our house, so we went over to check them out. As other reviews say, the person in their storefront, Austin, is fabulous! He can draw the plan immediately with the software, price it out; and ... best ... hes got straightforward answers to questions that you might think are complicated.In a nutshell, wow.They are a turn-key operation too, as our bathroom remodel didnt need a huge countertop (80 inches long by 25 wide), so they recommended getting a remnant and their fabricator could fabricate and install. Never would have thought of that on our own or by going to a big box store.Searched the remnant website and found a beautiful countertop for very little. (Of course, you can go to the local Austin company and look at the remnant before you buy ... see my separate review on that.)We ordered on a Friday and the cabinets were there and installed on Wednesday of the following week! WOW! The installer was very good. The cabinets are really high quality. The price we paid ... great deal.The countertop took a little longer to get installed with a small delay hiccup on the day of installation. But the date of installation is when it was installed. Its beautiful. They also installed the Kohler sinks we had separately purchased on our own. Everything is wonderful there.This remodel was very easy. Round Rock Cabinets rocks. Let me repeat that in case you didnt hear me ... Round Rock Cabinets rocks.

HORRIFIC! I paid $12,500 for a SMALL kitchen. Not only did it take 3 months to “complete” the install, they did an atrocious job. They messed up my new tile floor, left a huge mess, a few of the pegs to hold shelving inside the cabinets are not even or simply don’t fit (but they hung them anyway, I found out when the shelf gave way), the cabinets are uneven and all nicked up, and several of them have dried glue all over the face. I’m reporting them to the BBB and any other governing agency I can find. I’m not certain where the “5 star reviews” are coming from but I seriously doubt they are from actual customers.

I have bought my kitchen cabinets twice from this place, once the bottom ones when remodeling the kitchen and the top ones 2 years later. They had my kitchen measurements and layout in their system and was able to quickly put together my new requirement accurately. The quality of the cabinets are good and while there may be cheaper options available, I went with the reliability after my first experience.

This company is AWESOME!!. We worked mostly with Austin. Austin provided excellent customer service. He provided his personal feedback from his experience which helped us a lot. He responded to my emails in a timely manner. He returns my calls. From the ordering to the installation, everything went smooth. The end results was everything we hoped and asked for. Had a great experience here. I got a quote for kitchen cabinets from almost every vendor in town and Round Rock Cabinets had the best prices. When the cabinets came in and my contractor inspected them, he said they were much better quality than what you would get from Home Depot or Lowe’s. The owners are also very nice and will work with your budget.

I loved this place! They were very helpful, found exactly what I wanted, and the price was amazing. I was very skeptical going in about whether they were really any cheaper than the rest, but I was proved wrong! I love my cabinets, they came in a very timely manner, and were delivered to my door. Super happy and will use them again.

I LOVE this company. The owner is very friendly. Price is fairly affordable. Most importantly, the main guy Austin gets everything done in 1-2 days after the measurement! I get to see a nice 3D image of the design which is really helpful to make the decisions. Austin is very very good at what he does. I am over all very happy with their service!!!

After working with several cabinet shops in town (big box to smaller shops) we were frustrated with what we’d pay and the service we were receiving, then we were told about Round Rock Cabinets and decided to check them out. Right off the bat the experience was superior - Brent/Austin were able to plug our kitchen dimensions into their software very quickly and show us a 3D rendering of what the kitchen design would look like. They’re also able to make changes on the fly, in seconds, which makes decision making a lot smoother & safer, and they were extremely patient with us doing this because we must have gone into the store 10+ times to make/discuss changes. I also looked into the quality of their cabinets compared to others we looked at in town and we feel the quality is the same (solid doors/fronts, plywood boxes, soft-close doors/drawers, etc.), and to make it even better, they had a 1-2 week lead time, while others were more in the 6-8 week range. And for the icing on the cake, they were happy to manage the counter tops (& new sinks) process for us and at a great savings. Cabinet installation was great as well - very timely and he did a great job, especially considering he was dealing with our 1973 home with walls that aren’t straight or plumb and un-level floors - huge kudos to the installer. As a result, we’re very happy and definitely recommend RRC - same quality for much less money, with wonderful personalized service and supporting local business!

I have been very happy with my new cabinets but especially with the dedication and hard work of Bill and Andrew Walters with Round Rock Cabinets Direct. My cabinet dimensions were measured precisely, the quote was accurate and fair and the work is being accomplished with no fuss or problems. I greatly recommend the work of Bill and Andrew Walters for cabinets.

Had a really rough time getting our cabinets in. Had them ordered and they were received Early in the week before Memorial Day, they started to load up on Thursday to install and realized they were damaged. Was told they would be expedited but yet not received till following Thursday and they found more were damaged and more had to be ordered and when they came in, was still damaged but they were able to hide it. Believe it was July 7th before all was done. The installer had to come out many times and still there is a few doors that dont completely close correctly but we are tired of dealing with it. Communication was horrible.We werent told of that company having issues with shipping bad parts until after we started having issues or we wouldnt have bought them. Communication in the beginning, ordering wrong pieces, ordering incorrect quantities, measurements called for us to cut a piece a small tab off granite installed in window and then found out that wasnt needed to be done but granite was cut already, contractor used measurements to install outlets for disposal and such under sink and that all had to be moved because they were off, preexisting tile around refrigerator was cut due to measurements only to find out that was off and contractor had to put more tile in that spot are reasons for review.

Got our new cabinets here, and I am satisfied.

DO NOT use this company. They are horrible. We were without a kitchen for over 3 weeks due to their incompetency. Its over 4 months now since they started and there are still a few small things not done. They came and tore down our kitchen without doing basic inventory checks after receiving our cabinets. Half of the stuff was either damaged, missing, or incorrect. Very poor communication throughout the process. Had only one installer...one guy. Delays delays delays all because they didnt get their ducks in a row before coming to demolish my kitchen. Greatly oversold me on crown molding and quarter round and refused to refund me. He left all the plastic wrap on the cabinets. Hinges were screwed on top of the plastic wrap so it was very difficult to get the plastic out of the hinges. For weeks, it just crinkled when you open and shut a cabinet door until I could take tweezers and get it all out. Left sawdust all in the cabinets. If you are looking for a turn key service, look elsewhere. They are just a reseller of Cabinet Wright and Waypoint cabinets. Many other places in Austin sell the same stuff. This company still owes me money and work.

They have good cabinets at a great price.
