We had them redo our kitchen cabinets and countertop. They came out and measured everything and drew up a design that looked good. The day the installers showed up they did not know they where going to have to demo the old cabinets. After a call to their boss they removed the old cabinets and began installing the new ones. As soon as the corner piece was placed it was clear that the design would not work. New cabinets would have to be ordered. While waiting on the rush job for the new cabinets, 23 days, our kitchen consisted of a sink with a tiny piece of the old cabinet screwed on. Now that the work is complete many cabinets have scratches inside and out, the kick panel and trim was cut in a way that the unfinished ends are exposed, and one of the 36x42 wall cabinets is held on by 4 screws. One of which is already pulling through the back of the cabinet before we have even put anything in it.

Never again.. ordered material for my shower and asked for 96 sq ft of tile.. when i picked it up my order had been doubled to 192 sq ft that i had apparently already paid for and would not accept a return of what i didnt want or need. Even when i went to pick it up was slightly drizzling outside and the guy on the forklift asked me to come back another day because he didnt want to get wet. Better prices and service at the big box store.

I have worked with delta tile for a couple projects so far and could not be happier. Location is easy to find and their is plenty of parking. Raquel has been the ones that’s helped me and she is very professional and quick to respond with quotes. I would definitely recommend this company.

5/26/2018Dela Tile & Stone was SUPER awesome in helping me renovate my first home!! As a first time renovator, I was very anxious about the thought of re-doing my home but Dela Tile was quick to alleviate my fears and delivered very quality service!Dela Tile re-did my floors (great tile selection too!), countertops, and the master bath.It was really nice to have a full-service company who took care of everything from the removal to the instillation to post renovation services like my plumbing and electrical.I highly recommend Dela Tile to the local Austin community (I live in Belterra where my neighbor recommended them to me).

I dont understand all the bad reviews here. We have used DelaTile for several projects and always been pleased with the results. Yes they are a small family-run company so they dont have a huge staff. And I do my research up front so I know exactly what to ask for, down to the last detail.

Where oh where are tradesmen who respond timely to customers and deliver what they promise? The positive? Price. Out of three bids, they beat the others. The negatives? After boasting that they can install countertops within 72 hours, it took weeks after I paid the upfront half. Then I was given a day that theyd install, but no time window. They ended up coming at 7:45pm. We had purchased vessel sinks, overflow drains, and faucets. I showed all pieces to the representative when he came to measure and the installers had all pieces on hand. Turns out they screwed up when they installed by cutting the sink holes too small for the drain assemblies. Now I have sinks glued to a counter that cannot be hooked up to the drain and weve been waiting a few weeks to hear whether Dela Tile will make it right. One rep told us that they usually have someone on hand during the install who has plumbing experience but he wasnt available that day. Another told us to get a plumber to basically do a workaround to make it work. We just had a plumber here today who said that there is no workaround. So ya... their initial price beat their competitors. But now they want to add on charges to make their mistake right, so I wish I had gone with someone else.

I recently ordered a Quartz counter for our kitchen with Dela Tile and when our counters showed up for install we quickly realized that it was not correct. The corners were rounded and we specifically stated we wanted blunt straight corners. When we pointed this out to Dela Tile they first stated it was standard for safety to make all corners rounded......which is not true considering they install counters all the time with straight corners according to their website pictures. When I spoke with the manager about this she did admit it that the representative that I was working with should have given me the option but that it was my job to specify this, which I did......but I didnt know I was suppose to be the counter expert! Needless to say they admitted they made a mistake but did NOTHING to fix this! I spent $11,000 on counters with them and they refused to even give us a discount on a mistake that THEY made! I will NEVER do business with this company again!

Out of all the people/companies we have had to deal with in trying to renovate our home this place has been the ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE we have had from start to finish. It has been an absolute nightmare but Dela Tile and Stone really gave me some peace of mind. I 100% vouch for them. We were helped by Lorena who has the best customer service I have ever encountered. She was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She was also prompt which I cant tell you how much that meant to me. If ever there was a question that she didnt know the answer to, she would find out and get back to us immediately. She always kept us up to date on how things were looking when it came to price/payment, materials, and installation time. Honestly, thank you so very much Lorena. The company itself has a wide variety of materials but with Lorenas expertise and with us having already done some research into what we wanted it was super easy. This company added our countertops and installed our backsplash. The two gentlemen that installed the countertops were on time and super friendly and professional. They really did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. The gentleman that installed our backsplash also really did an outstanding job. When he was done I couldnt have been happier. Another friendly gentleman who took almost no time at all to do a magnificent job.Overall, this place was fantastic. Another company told us to wait a month for installation (we asked in November) and told us that they might be able to install it by the end of January. Dela Tile & Stone did everything in a week and right before Christmas. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The only thing I regret is not having used them for other projects in the house. If you have hired a contractor to help you renovate your home, I recommend that you insist on using Dela Tile. Our contractor used his people and they just arent as good. Thank you Dela Tile & Stone! We are very happy

Walked in and was greeted by a new employee who had no idea where anything was or what the prices were on any of the products. He kept popping his head inside an office, asking the person in there, each question as I asked him. Finally after this going on for a few minutes I popped my head in too and asked the woman texting if she could possibly come out and help me. She walked out with an attitude and was not helpful at all. At least the new guy was trying, but he needed training. I cant tell you of a worse shopping experience in recent memory. Completely awful!!! Businesses like this do not need to exist. I was trying to shop locally but not at this cost.

Just visited the store, pretty terrible shopping experience. Sales person was checking for availability, nobody else in the store. Hangup because of a long hold, too much trouble to check.

Dela did such a good job in my rental property I hired them again to redo the kitchen counters in my main house. I shopped around to 4 different places in Austin (including the big box stores) and Dela beat their prices hands down.

After getting the full details on what new countertops would cost me per square feet and figuring out how many square feet I had to install (estimating a full 10% more than actual), the quote that I received was nearly double (4500 vs. 8300). I was originally told that I would have to purchase an additional slab of Eco stone....at the cost of roughly 1600. The installation and materials costs, I was also originally told, would be $52/sq ft. Being told that they would need a $500 deposit per slab, I agreed and gave them my credit card info. I found out 2 days later when going in to pick out my sinks that they had charged $5200 to my credit card. Wow! I was furious. This was never communicated to me. Was it a fat-fingered mistake when punching in the total? No...it was a legitimate charge they told me. I was also told at this point that the slabs cost $52/ft. How is that even possible considering the slabs are 45sqft and they are 1600/per? Installation costs must be figured in......but no. They tried to charge me for installation on top of the sqft charge of $52. They pulled some gimmick of seeing what they could do for me and came down to $6500....still $2000 higher than expected. No thanks. I cancelled right away. Today I find out that the charge for $5200 went through on my credit card a day after I cancelled. Irresponsible...a call to the BBB is in order.

I always drive by Dela TIle & Stone and decided to stop by to look at their granite yard to re-do my outdated counter tops. Little did I know that the offered cabinets as well!!! I wasnt sure if I was going to get new cabinets but they offered bundled pricing and I ended up saving some money. I will defiantly keep them in mind for my next project !! Ask for Lorena and Raquel and tell them Jessica sent you.
