We’ve been taken advantage of by Cabinets To Go in this major component of our home renovation. We had damaged cabinets delivered to us, were reassured that replacements will be sent to us, and from there we’ve been given the runaround & been ghosted. We’ve reached out to the Customer Care team numerous times over the past month to no avail.If you truly have assistance to offer, we’d be glad to accept it, but haven’t seen any signs of real support being offered.

Very bad experience with the company.Ordered and paid in full and didn’t receive anything till 6-7 weeks later when were promised in a week.Several cabinets came cracked.They claim lifetime warranty.But 4 weeks later, not only no replacement sent, but no one acknowledging or fixing the problem.No communication from anyone.They are deleting and blocking the reviews on their personal website.No real communication, or help from anyoneUpdate: So their response on google is also a hoax.Initially Andrea did contact, claimed she will do what she can ( there is not much she can ) and then vanished with no response to calls or emailsUpdate: still being given run around 6 months since paid in full abs placed the order.The whole company from top to bottom is un professional and have no regard for customer. They don’t even realize they have done anything wrong. So callous

Liked working with James. Seemed to have our best interest in mind. We kept him a little late and he was cool about it. Will be getting cabinets from him.

I had an awesome experience with this business. The store manager has gone above and beyond to help me design my dream kitchen! She came up with a great design and we have been able to install them ourselves. Ive had to call her a few times with questions and every time she goes above and beyond to help me with any and every possible thing. Rebecca is a wonderful asset to our area! I am so happy I chose cabinets to go over the big box stores... I am a very happy customer and love my awesome new kitchen!

We ordered cabinets Veterans Day weekend! We were told they would be available 8weeks out. We check and nothing so then we check again and nothing! Now it is March and we finally canceled. They never kept in contact with my family. And didn’t apologize for anything. 😞

We ordered cabinets for a bar 3 months ago and we were excited about the plan. It’s been nothing but a pain! First, wrong size cabinets came in, and had to wait another 3 weeks for replacements. Then we couldn’t get it installed correctly from the beginning. We still sit with unfinished damaged cabinets with our deadline of out of town company upon us. It’s a mess in our living room and embarrassing. They still haven’t given us a resolution! Oh they sent a cutting board for their first mistake. It’s really too bad, because since this all began we’ve replaced cabinets in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen in an investment property. You better believe we didn’t use Cabinets to Go!

Stay as far away from this company as you can! They sell you on their product and then don’t deliver. After paying $12,000, it has taken more than three months to get the majority of the cabinets delivered and installed. The people at the Austin store seem very nice when you’re speaking to them in person, but they will lie to your face. They schedule delivery and then don’t show or even bother to call. They will deliver products that are damaged, say that you’ve received products that you haven’t, and then it’s impossible to get a hold of someone to get the problem remedied. They charge you one price upfront and then it’s almost impossible to cancel your order, and they even came back and asked for more money later. There’s a 25% restocking fee on cabinets that are unassembled, and no refunds on cabinets that are even partially assembled. The corporate office is no help because they are not empowered to deal with issues at the store level. Do yourself a favor and purchase cabinets from someone else. Anyone else!One more thing – they offer a discount in return for good reviews.

Good customer service when order is placed after they sell you the stuff and something isnt delivered, is impossible to get them to deliver missing items. I had to call a Tennessee number and talk to a relative there to have them get it right. A pain to deal with!!!

Fantastic place to get cabinets!

Stay away from this company, three months to get cabinets installed. Wrong design, sending wrong parts, missing cabinets. Installers are nice ! they endured half of the pain so I gave one, otherwise it must be negative 5. We are still waiting for ~3 months not finished yet...

James was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable with us. He helped us design a kitchen to fit our limited space.

People are very nice but the cabinets are not cheaper than anywhere else.

Met with Jim, and enjoyed a pleasant, professional, patient, good listening time. Informative and look for more meetings.

I drove 2 hours thinking this location. was going be a big showroom instead it was a 8 x14 construction trailer.
