Best car repair experience Ive had in a long time! It had bee a few months since I had my engine fluid changed so I came by here after work. I actually ended up having a few repairs done here for my Cadillac, fluid change, tires rotated and new brakes. They had some great prices for my car and really took care of me.

Paid cash for a downpayment he said it would be an hour waiters called and called next day called they were closed note I paid for the vehicle and still was not driving it paid 320 for insurance that was not needed the car was reported stolen and had a freeze so no tag could be printed keep calling over rude and told me come get a refund I do not recommend this car lot went to car max and they got me in and out no problem my down payment was refunded 3 days later still out 320!

I have been to Reliable Automotive in North Austin twice now, the first time was for an oxygen sensor and my last time was to have new brake pads and rotors installed on my Audi A4. Both times the guys here treated me great and were very friendly. We even talked a while after my Audi was done just because they were so nice. I will definitely be going back here if I ever need any more repairs, or just for a second opinion because they were so honest with me both times I went.

My experience at Reliable Automotive was so great it exceeded my expectations for an auto repair shop! I came here for my yearly check up for my Honda CRV, and I needed a few repairs and tune ups. David was so nice and friendly offering me a few options for my repairs to save me money, and overall I had a great experience here. I will definitely be going back to this Austin shop in the future!

I had my front axle replaced here not long ago. They only charged me $260 and I had my car back and driving again fairly quickly. This price was the best I could get when I called around to six other shops nearby that I was considering. David was professional over the phone and in person, which went a long way with me. I can see myself going here again in the future if I need some more work done on my car.

Stopped in here. Nobody was there to greet me. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even come into the lobby. Already knew what I wanted to look at. It was cold and rainy. Told him I wanted to Look at a couple Impalas. He told me to go out and look in the lot and someone would be out in 20 minutes.They Impalas were allnpretty rough looking.It was cold, windy, and kind of misty.I went outside and got in my truck. Drive Times website allowed me to set an appointment to go in 20 minutes from then.Drive Time actually has staff to help you, and cars to choos from. Check em out!!

This is definitely a 5 star shop or maybe more, they really did me good when I needed some repairs done on my Dodge Charger. It was making some noises from the front end, come to find out I needed some new mounts and while they were doing that they did a fluid change for me too. Im so glad that noise stopped and they were so nice and professional.

I brought my Audi TT in here to have my brakes worked on after driving it with a loud noise coming from the front end. It was a pretty quick repair and I was able to get to work with the help of them giving me a ride while they worked on my Audi. The price was very reasonable and below what I actually expected it to be. Very professional and clean shop, I will definitely go back here for future repairs.

I heard about their brake special from a co-worker and called them to see if I could make an appointment for my car. It was pretty fast and easy with no hassling and they didnt try to up-charge me either.

I was so happy with the customer service here!! I had a new alternator in my VW Passat in just a few hours while I waited and it was a great price too. I work near here in Round Rock so it was very convenient to come to this shop.

I came to this shop in North Austin after calling them about my BMW 325i needing an oil change for my transmission and engine at the same time. It was great that I could have both done in one day to take care of my car.

My Chevy Malibu wouldnt start so I had it towed in from Cedar Park to this shop. They had my car repair finished in the same day.

Worst car lot very rude

I came from the Domain to this shop in North Austin. I was on my way to Round Rock when I heard a noise coming from under my car. I pulled in and talked to David who told me he would look at my car for free. Turned out it was just a wheel bearing and they had it fixed in just a few hours.
