I came to Carson on March 30th 2021 for a tune-up and brake services for my 2001 Ford GT mustang. Carson charge me close to $1,000 for these services. He took advantage of the fact that I am a single mother with two children and I dont have a man in my life to tell me hey what he is charging you is overpriced and the job that he is doing does not add up to what he is charging. March 30th he did the tune up and he did the brakes that night 15 minutes later I called him and I told him my car was stalling he saw me he can come back out the next day the next day I did not hear from him the third day after he has touched my car my service engine light came on and my light that says my emergency brake is on which my emergency brake is not on that light will not go away. then day four I call him I was supposed to meet him at the AutoZone and I started to have second guess, and I didnt want him to work on my car they want him to touch my car anymore because he had all that money from me and couldnt even get the job right the first time so why would I trust him to come back and work on my car a second time so instead I asked him for a refund I asked him for a partial refund or a full refund and he calls me back cursing me out like a dog on the street. This man is unprofessional this man doesnt need to be caught a mechanic and he needs to go to jail for setting up there and taking people money and he know he dont know how to work on the cars. Its a special place for men like Carson. and he will not get away with taking all that money from me and not my car is completely out of commission my car wont even starts at all and I will be saving all of my text messages all of my phone logs from him and I and the recorded phone calls from when he cursed me out and Im taking him to civil court hes going to pay me what he owes me and thats a fact.

Carson did an awesome job putting a new alternator in my Camry. He was quick, professional and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving.
