Way over priced on a simple 5 minute job. Assistant Service manager was very snooty and kinda rude. Explained to her the issue and she stated that once the item is replaced, they will perform a systems check for any error lights.....uh yeah, thats a negative because when I drove in, there was a light on and when I left, the light still on. It was a simple tire pressure check to get it to come off.Never will we buy another lexus. The truck is great but dealing with the dealership and some of the staff, piss poor.Hell, GM takes better care of me when I roll in with my pickup, hummer or escalade.Thank you Don Hewlett and Champion Chevrolet for always being there and taking care of us.

Couldnt have made a better decision when I decided to go for my lexy! They have excellent customer service. When I bought my used Lexus at the used department on Stonelake. The radio screen of the car was damaged, I drove off with the car and didnt decide to call them until a week later. The manager there Jeff Pray was amazing and simply told me to bring it by for a quick easy fix. They fixed it! Many dealership now a days could careless about your car once you drive it off the lot. Lexus of Austin cares about their customers even after the deal has been finalized and is overwith. Everytime I go for maintenance, I feel well Informed and they are not pushy about anything that isnt necessary for your car. Jimmy Ruedas is a great and TRUE advisor. They definitely prioritize customers over profit. Im a single woman who works hard for her money and the last thing I need is a greedy dealership and greedy advisor. I dont think I will ever get that there even though Im still careful and can spot those who are after commission or unnecessary profit. Im already thinking about what kind of car I want when I trade in or when Im ready for a new one. Thank God for the used department at Lexus of Austin.

OMG, where to start .. well normal Maint on your vehicle is not really a fun thing to do but having a car problem like your can not starting is a entirely different thing . All I can say is I am glad this place employees Jimmy Ruedas !My wife was on a out of town trip to Austin and was lucky enough to have Jimmy help her get back on the road . FYI I am in the business and if Jimmy is every looking for a job you better hire him before i do, because Jimmy knows how to help his customers get what they need ( its simple just get their car fixed ).

After waiting 5 days for an appointment, it took them 2 full business days to install 4 new tires and do an alignment. The communication was very poor (I had to call repeatedly for status as the work was VERY much delayed) and my service manager was out of the office with no clear replacement assigned.I do not understand why, if they granted me an appointment, it would still take 16 hours to complete this simple, straightforward work. They need to do a better job scheduling service if they are this backed up. I am going to rethink coming here in the future.
