If I could give a negative rating, I would. I forgot to review this NTB when this happened, Nov 2020. I personally work on this car, we had the oil and oil filter changed at this NTB. They called us telling us the car was ready but we needed the air filter replaced (I knew it didnt need replacing). We told them no thanks, maybe next time. When we picked up the car, the service mechanic again stated the air filter should be replaced and again we said no thanks, to which he got upset. I rechecked the filter before we left the parking lot making sure it was good and found they sabotaged the filter by destroying the inside air filter cardboard fins with a screwdriver or similar object gouges/holes in them. Nothing looked damaged from the outside of the filter, only the inside. I couldnt believe what I saw and simply said well never return. I thought I took pictures, but cant find them, but you get the idea. Well never return to this shop due to the corruption.

These guys go the extra mile with their service. Have never used them before but am a convert for sure. I highly recommend them!

Having this NTB service 5+ of our cars over the years, and given my most recent experience Im 100% comfortable giving them 5 stars. Today I showed up before they opened with no appointment because I had developed a leak. Seeing me pulling up they opened early, invited me in (happily) and said their would try to work me in despite the fact they were fully booked for the day.

Ive gone here to this location for my last half dozen or so oil changes - fast and friendly service. Waiting room and restrooms are clean. I always schedule the first appointment available on a Saturday morning at 7 or 7:30 am - I go online the Tuesday or so before with no trouble scheduling it. Even if I show up early, they get me in right away. Oil change + tires rotated and Im out the door 30 mins later. Location is convenient to get to and easy to find. A+.

I bought high-performance tires on the web, and had them delivered here. NTB is happy to do the installation. The tires seem to be perfectly balanced, so no complaints there. They did try to sell me a front-end alignment, which the car didnt need, but they didnt apply a lot of pressure when I turned that down. Ill use this NTB again in the future.

These guys do good and fair priced work without undue up selling. The waiting room was good, and free WIFI was available.I had a slow leak in a tire on a lightly used SUV, and despite the tires lowish mileage, the tires were at least 9 years old. So this added risk to getting a repair done without tire damage due to old hardened rubber. They got the job done without issue in about 20 mins or so.But, you must have an appointment for any work. And beware, NTB along with ALL the 8 auto/tire shops I called, have a 3 to 7 day lead time on getting an appointment. NTB got me in a relatively quick 3 Business days.

Ripped off by NTB. Ive been a customer for 10 years have always gone there for my batteries. On Labor Day I went to get a battery replaced that was on warranty with interstate. The rep of the counter give me a prorated rate on the battery and then charge me the same amount of the prorated rate as a labor charge of $47 to take 15 minutes to install the battery. Im going to make sure I tell every all my friends not to go to NTB unless they want to get ripped off.Follow-up Sept 28, 2021:I called the NTB 1800 customer service number. A customer service rep by the name of Miguel answered. He was great and help me with this issue of being overcharged. I recommend everyone who gets dismissed by the sales rep at the counter of the store at HWY 290 to call the 1-800 number they will take your complaint seriously. Note - the technician/mechanic who did the battery replacement at the store had great customer service skills - in other words not everyone at the HYW 290 is bad. The technician who worked on my vehicle was exceptional.

The only place I’d ever go to get work for my car! If you’re looking for great, attentive and quick work try NTB you won’t regret it.

Ive been coming to this location for the last few years and always have had great service! Oil changes are quick and Ive even had my brakes and new tires put on here. I showed up at NTB needing an alignment done after Service King sent me to B&D Muffler, and then they sent me to NTB. Little did I know, I needed an appointment. However, Dallas worked his magic and I was able to get squeezed into the schedule! I am very happy with the service, and the kindness of the staff. Thank you, Dallas!!!

Never happy with this place always a real long wait. Bought 4 tires from them and got a nail in one tire. They said they couldnt service a appointment for 4-5 days for one tire replacement. What a waste of my money buying from this company. Looks, like I will find a different place to get tires...

I only put one star because I have to leave a star to leave a comment. Rest assured this location is not worth even that one star. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. By far the worst service i have ever had from any tire shop. I had to stop them mid work, make them put my tires and wheels back on and let me take it to a real tire shop where they knew what they were doing...

Courteous fast service to get a couple of tires I bought on Tire Rack installed. Plenty of seats in the waiting area even for Covid and their snack, drink and coffee machines were all on and working!

David and Jason took care of our very old tires on our trailer. Did this on a Saturday afternoon while busy. Very kind and courteous and very friendly. If I could give more stars I would.

Friendly, reasonably priced but slow. There is no difference in just walking in or having an appointment in most cases. Appt was an hour, 2 walk ups while I was waiting quoted an hour. Besides not having priority & being done in 30-40 with an appt is disappointing, the staff are nice & store clean.

This place took my car and got me a oil change and tire rotation in less then a hour. I couldn’t be more happy with the service Coy, Ben and Jonathan the tech gave to me. I will continue to allow NTB be the one place I take my vehicle. Again, thank you gentlemen for providing excellent service and care for my vehicle.

Easy quick no non-sense service.

Normally, I dont write reviews of locations... but today is an exception.While on my way back from lunch today, I lodged a tree branch from off of the exit from Loop 1 to Highway 290 between my rear right tire and the chassis of my car. I pulled off of the ramp to this NTB in order to try to remove it from my vehicle myself, but I wasnt successful. When I went into the shop and told the staff here about it, they were very happy to take a look at it; they put my car on the jack, took off the tire, checked for damage (fortunately nothing significant), helped me remove the branch from my vehicle, and put it all back in place -- all in the order of a few minutes -- and no charge. I am extremely thankful for the folks who work here -- you guys are awesome! Texans helping Texans.Needless to say, this left a great impression on me. Next time I need a synthetic oil change, Ill stop by this NTB.

I really appreciated their honesty today, I had just come from a very bad experience at another tire place who instead of letting me getting my flat tire patched tried to convince me over and over again I needed two new tires instead(for a ridiculously high price I might add), but when I got here they were very honest and upfront about how I still had a decent amount of tread left and just needed it plugged for now. The job was done very quick and overall I just appreciate the experience so much better, because they very easily couldve tried to take advantage of a young broke college girl with her first flat away from home like the other company, but were actually very helpful, and when I do finally change my tires I will be using NTB.

Staff was pleasant, building was clean inside and outside, they were all using masks, employees were scanning themselves upon arriving to work, and my service was fast and efficient; Ill be returning for more services as needed ❣️

One employee working front desk on a Saturday led to longer waits. After waiting, I was notified that tire purchases are cash only at this location sure to recent fraud!? A trip to the bank and ANOTHER wait in line and I was able to buy two tires. What should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour.

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I didnt have an appointment so it took a while. I knew the brakes were in bad shape and asked for a bid to replace the pads and turn the rotors. I bought my tires there in Dec and added the road hazard ( I run a roofing co and thought this was a GREAT idea). They told me I only has 2 millimetres of pad left and a long NON roofing nail thru the tread and sidewall. I said, handle it. When I came back, they had everything done and the nice surprise was I qualified for a $100 rebate from the brake mfg co.! All in all, the prices were fair and I appreciated it.

Went there for AC Recharge, the technicians did diagnosis and I received a call to confirm whether to go ahead with recharge for $175 or not. I trusted their recommendation and told them to go ahead. After the half job done, about 30-40 mins later, I received another call from the front desk telling me, now the compressor is bad they can replace it for $755 to total estimates. First of all if the AC Compressor was bad, what kind of diagnosis they did in first place? And Why they recommended to recharge if thats not going to work. I told them I am not going to pay for any recharge, since you did a wrong diagnosis in first place and the recharge is not going to work. The front desk guy was rude enough to tell me he will hold my car key so I wont get my car back until I pay to their demand. The overall experience I had was terrible.

These people are robbers. Terrible customer service. Look at my pictures that $60 plus quote was just to have them use my KN brand new filter instead of the cheapest one they profide free. YES READ THAT QUOTE THE $40.00 IS JUST LABOR HE ADDED.

This place is awesome! I came in with a tire leak that was unable to be repaired. After letting me know my options with the one tire, answering my questions about just getting a new set (which I was due for) and patiently crunching numbers for the best deal they were able to get the job done! They also found a leak in my power steering fluid tube (I am sure there is a better, more technical, name for that) and let me know all about it, what needs to be done and let me take picture of the leak so I could share with my fiancé when I got home so he could fix it (he prefers to do the car work otherwise I would have trusted NTB to do the work). Their service staff was efficient, patient, knowledgeable and kind! Great place!

Hey, these people are absolutely amazing. I am a Lyft Flexdriver and had an emergency with a flat tire and they fixed me up the very same day! Ben at the front desk is the nicest, most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever dealt with at a car shop. I could not say thank-you enough!

Ive utilized this NTB location for 10+ years and have always arrived and left feeling good. More recent interactions with Jason, Laura and RJ have been professional, courteous and informative. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area for their vehicles needs.

I came in Friday to drop my car off for an oil change. The wait was pretty long so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 7am. The associate said that I could drop off my car the night before and leave the key in the key drop. I dropped it off after closing hours, left my key in the key drop.I called the next morning around 10:30am because I hadn’t heard anything from NTB. When I called, the gentleman I spoke to said that he saw my appointment but that my car hadn’t been dropped off. I replied that I had dropped it off and that I put the key in the drop box. He seemed surprised and then checked the drop box and found my key. Once he had the key we proceeded to get it in as soon as they could.I feel like there was a lot of miscommunication that went on. When I spoke to the associate on Friday, it should have been flagged that I was dropping my car off that night. It also seems unhelpful to customers that the key box isn’t checked every morning upon arrival. In addition to me having to figure out other transportation to and from work, and spending more money, the associate also briefly had me panicked that my car had gotten stolen because they hadn’t seen it, bothered to look for it, or bothered to call me when I didn’t show up at 7am.When I arrived to pick up my car, after the associate checked me out. She told me that next time I should call the store to confirm that I had dropped my keys off. I understand where she was coming from, and she was very pleasant about it, but it seems like a backwards way for this to operate and a bit like I was being reprimanded. She assured me it wasn’t my fault, which it wasn’t. If a customer has an early appointment and they have confirmed they’ll be dropping their car off in the evening, the key box should be checked. And at the very least, please call your customers if they miss an appointment.

I wanted to take a minute to give a review and really a recommendation on the NTB on 290 here in Austin. Ive been taking my vehicles there for a while. Whether its for tires, an oil change or if its some major repair. Ive had it all done on multiple vehicles. I had a major repair needed and didnt think i would be able to do it due to the cost, but the manger said you offered a credit card and thankfully I qualified and the repairs were made that day. That was a huge weight off my back. I always refer my friends and family to that location. They have all been satisfied. The prices are fair and the service is always top notch, Ive dealt with multiple employees, and they always get it taken care of. Good work being done there.

Counter person sent me down the road with there are a multitude of other NTBs between here and N.C. that can help you with rotating your tires that you bought at NTB because we are the highest volume tire shop in Austin and cant help you til Friday. Mind you, not a soul in the waiting area at 5 pm on a Wednesday. Doesnt seem very customer friendly. Might just have to spend my next $900 elsewhere.

Made an appointment inspection and alignment check and Laura assisted me.despite the fact i had an appointment i still had an unnecessary wait. Cars that arrived later than mine were serviced at least 30 minutes before which indicates poor management of skilled labor in their back room. To top it all off the alignment check had obviously not been done and i did not receive a printout and the icing on the cake was Laura lied straight to my face saying it was done and the machine did not print. Which in the event this would be true, decent customer service would’ve been dictated to show the results on the machine right?? Overall poor experience

Today I visited the national tire and battery location. This is my first time here and everything was great the assistant manager Kevin and the employees made me feel at ease about my tire repair. A young technician, by the name of “Joseph” Was on point with his knowledge about My vehicle, and suggested what would need to be done futurely not exactly right now that is what I like about an honest mechanic, and a honest place to bring your car. Thanks a lot Joseph and Kevin and all the NTB staff.

Not sure if this is just because of the times of day I come by but everytime Ive come its quick and efficient. Oil changed are fast and Im out within the hour. They repaired my tire quickly and were very informative on other issues as well without pressuring me into buying something else I couldnt afford. Friendly staff and manager and I appreciate that they recognize they my time is also valuable and dont have us all waiting there for hours on end. One customer even brought in breakfast tacos for everyone which was sweet, told me he really liked this place and people. I trust that. So far everything here has been great.

I went in without a appointment because my car was having trouble starting. Guillermo said he would get it looked at as soon as possible but they had some others waiting. He also gave me the cost of replacing the battery right up front.I sat down to drink a cup of coffee and before I could finish, my cat had a new battery and I was on my way!! Great people service and products!!!

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had on such a simple job. Two slow leaks on a rental car. 3 hours later we are still waiting on the repair. Honestly, have never seen such a slow service. Nobody seems to be responsible for getting customers in and out in a timely manner.

Warranty rip off and bad service- brought my vehicle back to have a tire replacement with the warranty from the first 4 tire purchase of $692. The service person was rude and exaggerating what he thought had happened to the tire. He was pushy about an additional alignment for $100. The warranty discount for less than 10,000 miles on the tire was less then a third of the cost of the Tire and it cost half of the discount for the warranty, not a deal! Duplicate charged for additional balancing and Tire protection and additional warranty which ends up with new tire more than the first purchase. Rip off! I also asked for the free wheel rotation for life, which I had never used from the first purchase. When I got the vehicle back... The tire was over inflated and the free wheel alignment was not completed. Do not use this location, I only went there due to the other location was booked up and did not have time to complete the service. Ill be shopping around next time and for better service.

I tried to install my own windshield wiper blades on my car today. The Michelin blade installation was trickier than I expected it to be.I broke one of my blades while trying to install on my own. I went to NTB this evening in hopes for some assistance.RJ came to my rescue! He helped me get the right blades and helped me feel better about having difficulty with something that should really be simple.Thank you for great customer service!

Saw us without a reservation and put two tires on our rims in less than an hour. Polite help at the front. Great location. I always think of Discount Tire first but am rethinking that. Ill probably consider both next time. A big plus; NTB is open two hours later on Saturday.

I’ve been going to NTB for the past 5-6 years. Nothing but great experiences. Expectations are set before so I know what I’m getting into. Staff always nice, busy at times but that’s expected when you run one of the only tire battery chains on this side of town. Overall excellent service and quality work. I came in to ask why my tires (under warranty) were so noisy suddenly. The salesman I spoke with, Jason, claimed I might need new struts. I asked why this wasn’t pointed out a month ago when I had my tires balanced and rotated and he said a lot of times their franchises get so busy they can’t tell their customers what’s really going on with their vehicles. So...if you want reliable assessment of and service for your vehicle absolutely go to a different place that will take the time to give you the detail oriented service you’re paying for. They’re obviously too busy to do that.

I recently brought my car to National Tire and Battery located in Oak Hill. I needed new tires, called, and was told they were in stock, so made an appointment. I was very pleased with their service. They were friendly and professional. They assured me I was first in line and was told that I would get out quickly. I waited in a comfortable large waiting area. Before I knew it, my new tires were on and I was ready to go. I was told that there was a minor repair on one of my tires sensors but the mechanic repaired it at no cost to me! All the employees I had contact with were very respectful. I will definitely go back again and highly recommend Ntb at Oak Hill.

Been going here for a few years and always receive A+ service from the sales staff. Last time I went in for brakes and an oil change and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff all the way around.

I only go here for cheap oil change and tire rotation. Always less than $30 on my 2013 Ford Escape for conventional oil. It usually takes them about an hour to an hour and a half. I recommend drop off and come back if you can. They are definitely not in any hurry at this location.

*******STAY AWAY... STAY VERY FAR AWAY*******Set up an appointment 2 days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived this morning I was told that it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait.Asked how that could possibly be true with an appointment, they advised that they were still “catching up”. Asked why they are still taking appointments, then... was told “anyone can ambush an online system.” I’m not sure what that means.There are literally only two people in front of me for service right now. They both had appointments. Nobody has come in since. So... explain to me how the staff is making the appointments the “priority” as I’ve been advised again? According to the staff, there are two bays dedicated to oil changes. That’s what the three of us are here for... shouldn’t that mean that two are being completed right now and mine is next? I’m no math major, but....Next: Told them I had a coupon for $24.99. Was told that they could do the rotation for that price, but would charge me another FORTY BUCKS to balance the tires. This is a service Discount Tire does for free.I usually use Firestone down the street for my work, (who also includes a rotate and balance) and I should’ve gone there this time.The staff is friendly enough, which is the only reason they get two stars.Save yourselves the time and hassle... there are at least a half-dozen other places within a 10 minute drive that offer comparable prices and much faster service.

Ive been going to NTB for years. I remember when they were located on the motor mile. I am a VIP customer. The service is great.

I arrived about 20-25 minutes prior to my scheduled time (the weather had turned nasty, so I didnt want to chance any delays), and my car was in a bay within like 15 minutes. Seems Im not the only one who buys tires when it rains, but I digress. My total stay was about an hour and a half, not an unreasonable time for having four tires/TPMS kits installed. This is my second trip to an NTB store, and both times have gotten great service and a reasonable price.

I got there late in the day, expecting the staff to be upset with what I wanted done at such a late hour. Instead, they were exceptionally courteous, straight up about what I needed and went to work immediately. They did a fantastic job and I appreciate there positive attitude.

Been there 4 times. Every single time the low tire light comes on. I check the tire pressure before I go and they are always at 32 psi before but when I leave 1 or 2 tires are always at 28psi. Also they spilled oil when filling it back up the last time that causes a piston 1 misfire that causes my check engine light to come on. In short this is a shady operation don’t take you car here. I know I never will again.

Kia was booked today and my check engine light came on so that’s how I ended up here at NTB for my first time ever.Let me begin by saying the place is very quiet and the mechanics hangout in front during down time, BUT each person that walked in was immediately attended to. EXCELLENCE IN PROACTIVITY. Now let’s get to the real reason NTB got a review today....LAURA!!Laura works at the front desk and processes the transactions as well as communication with the mechanics. VERY EDUCATED ABOUT THE FIELD SHE WORKS IN. If I could just start with, I don’t know much about cars nor in depth knowledge of what each part of the car does in order to make it whole.I wanted to have my tires rotated, BUT due to the condition of the tires I was advised to talk to my dealer first to check the new car warranty. I was not able to have the rotation performed. Laura comes in the waiting room. “Mr. Guerrero? (Goes on about my tire condition)”. I’m sure at this point she can see my demeanor change in my face to being upset about the tires being exhausted on a new vehicle. I was quite upset, but she related a similar situation she encountered with her car and explained the concept of dealer tires. She then went to make suggestions about Kia warranty and how to address that. I asked a question about the engine light which she explained 100% how it works. To end it off after payment she even noted on the receipt what we talked about and what to address with Kia.NTB KEEP THIS ONE CLOSE AND GREAT JOB WITH YOUR CHOICE. ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

Went in for two tires, an alignment, and 1 sensor. Walked out for $500 with two tires, no alignment, 2 new sensors, told to go to the dealership for tpms programming! Was told no alignment because of a bad part, watched them look up a $350 part and tell me my price was over $700 plus labor. Bad business to mark up parts over 50% AND charge labor. Find somewhere else.

I called this location for them to lookup warranty information for a 5 year alignment package I purchased years ago and they were not able to find any records. They said since they updated their computer systems, its been difficult to locate older records. Not my problem. I then went into the store thinking it would help to be there in person to have them once more look up records on their computer. After 15 minutes of watching them struggle to scroll through multiple pages of an old antiquated database, Nothing. They said without proof that i purchased a warranty plan, there was nothing they could do. Fortunately I found the receipt from almost 5 years ago at home after some lengthy searching. Turns out, I still have 5 months left of the 5 year alignment plan that I bought. If it wasnt for good record keeping on my part, I would have lost out on the rest of my warranty plan. After they align my vehicle next, this will be the last time I ever do business with NTB. The only reason why they earn 2 stars is because they were friendly in the process of trying to help me. I know the people at the store have no control over what databases they use and just follow orders from the top of the corporate ladder.

Have nothing but positive things to say. There are endless possibilities when it comes to vehicles. Matt and RJ were completely positive and helpful throughout my interaction with them never seeming frustrated or impatient as I calculated my budget on their time. 😂 Lol. Went in to NTB for an alignment, rotate and balance and all went well. Brian the mechanic appeared to do a good job. Jason Zamora, the manager, was very friendly and easy to talk to and explained the few items that they felt might need to be addressed after inspecting my vehicle and took the time to go out to my car and go over them with me. He was never pushy at all which I appreciate. While I did not have the small amount of extra work done today, Jason and Brian installed two bulbs that were in a very awkward place and required removing a tire and going through the wheel well. Even though it took extra time Jason and Brian stayed late on the day before a holiday(7-4-2018) to make sure that everything was done right and gave me a great price. Thanks guys!Happy 4th of July and US Independence day!

Wow not only friendly and courteous, but honest as well. Fixed a problem for me that an NTB in Rowlett, Texas had caused. Repaired a flat too. I would HIGHLY recommend this location!

There is a bit of bait and switch, there are online specials that are cheaper but they never have those in stock, only more expensive tires were available. If you do not have it in stock, do not advertise it.Then after the tires were put on my alignment was knocked off, and I was told Id need to pay another $200 to put them back into alignment (that they knocked out) and the representative was rude to me.I will never spend my money at an NTB again.

I went in needing a battery tested. They tested it and said it was good, just needed charging. They pointed out that my back brakes were worn (which I knew) so they agreed to replace them. They ended up replacing the rotors, brakes and one caliper for over $800. I said I would have to wait to replace the front ones, which they said were severely worn too. It took almost 3 hours to get the work done (if you havent done this before, it is a 45 min a side job at home) - why would it take a fully equipped shop longer to do it than I could have myself?A week later and I was still having problems starting, so I took the battery in to an auto parts store. They said it tested bad, and I got a new one - no more problems. Today I got under the car to replace the front brakes. To my surprise, they were not only not extremely worn but still had more than half of the original pad in place.I would never trust these guys again. Expensive, and either incompetent or lying. Either way, a bad shop.

I have done business with this NTB location for years. I have always found the staff prompt, professional and curious. This is refreshing In an environment where retail professionals are routinely abused in social media by people who have no social skills. Keep up the good work guys!

Clean place. Professional, helpful service. Be sure to make an appointment, theyre always super busy. Prices are competitive with other national chains.

Buyer beware! If I could give this location a 0 rating, I would. I took my car to this shop for a leaking tire. Mechanic found nothing wrong. (How strange. The tire -- which I originally bought from this location -- goes flat every other week!!) Meanwhile, the guy tries to upsell me: wants me to buy sensors for my vehicle. I said no. However, when I got into the car, the vehicle started beeping incessantly (Car has never beeped since the day I purchased it.) I requested that the car be returned the SAME WAY that I delivered it (no beeping.) The very RUDE & ARROGANT manager said (and I quote) If you take this car to Nissan and they can PROVE that beeping has something to do with a tire being installed, I will give you a refund. Yes, the manager flat out refused to repair the damage his mechanic had caused. Oh, it gets better. This is the SECOND HORRIBLE experience Ive had with the Oak Hill NTB in the last 24 hours: while trying to set an appointment online, I was subject to a scam/phishing incident on their website!!!

Needed a water pump and alternator. First, Ben, the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price seemed to be on the high side but I decided to call the Lexus dealership and they wanted $700 more for the same repair. Thanks Ben.

Was quoted a price for tires over the phone, when I got here they tried to tell me they dont have anything for that price. They accused me of giving them the wrong tire size...are you kidding me?? Then David the one helping me said I mustve called another store. Seriously??? Just because Im a woman, does not mean Im an idiot!!! Was planning on getting my oil changed while I was here but Im not giving this place anymore of my money!! This was my first time here & it will definitely be my last time here!!

I have been a loyal customer of NTB for at least 5 years if not longer. I will never be back to one of your locations. I have had negative experiences at all of your locations except for the one that your former General Manager John Smith worked at. He lead with integrity and provided superb service. Since he has gone and the location on Stassney and I35 has closed, I tried out the 290 location. They lied about the location of the nail in my tire and tried to get me to purchase a new tire stating that it couldnt be patched. The nail was no where near the side of the tire and was easily patched. Had I not asked to see my tire, I would have been tricked in to making an unnecessary purchase. This isnt the first time that the 290 location has mislead me. Dishonest practices that attempt to take advantage of customers is not acceptable and I no longer trust NTB.

I trust the people at this NTB. Ive always had great service and theyre not pushy.

Son took my truck in for a new set of tires...tires look great and he said he no problems with services or product...

A good place. I went on a busy Saturday and got good service. Decent waiting room . No issues.

Rapid service

I should have gotten a second opinion before spending a nickel there. I bought a new tire because I was told the screw was too close to the tire wall. I also received a grocery list of things “wrong with my car”. I took a picture of their diagnostic because they wouldn’t give it to me. I took it to my mechanic (Texaco Territown) and they told me: they would have plugged it, and all the other stuff was normal and not dire as I was led to believe!

Jason is always extremely friendly and helpful! I’ve never had bad service at NTB

A place where I have done ALL my tire business for years. It took a clerk there only seconds to convince me that I wont be trading there any longer. On my last visit I showed up with a bolt in a tire and asking to have it repaired. I was asked if I had an appointment. No, I explained, the bolt in my tire is on my car and I came here straight away as soon as I discovered it so as not to be stranded by a flat. He appeared to be offended and said I would have to wait four hours for service. To plug a tire? Not in this life. I left and went across to Walmart and was in and out in less than an hour! Good buy NTB.

Today I went to NTB for the first time to get an oil change. A sales rep from NTB had visited my place of work offering a good deal on oil changes, sounded too good to be true, turns out it was. Upon arrival, they wanted to upgrade me immediately, which would make it out to be the same price of any other oil change, so we went on, they took forever, were in no hurry. Finally, when I saw that my truck was completed, they just sat there, one guy on his cell phone, and 3 other guys on one vehicle, it isnt a 3 man job. It was me and one other car there which had arrived after me, I was there for a total of 55 min, only to get an oil change, horrible service, bad communication skills with the entire place, just a shady place and dont care to ever go back. I got a discount oil change, but horrible service.

Well first let me start off by introducing myself, my name is Toni Sharpe, Ive been an NTB customer for well over 4 years now and I just wanted to take the time to let corporate know that your customer service representative, Jason Zamora, exceeds phenomenal service and that he should be given a raise or even a promotion. He made a bad experience turn out to be excellent and thats hard to do in these critical judgmental days and I believe thats saying a lot. I was already not having the best of weeks and I let Jason know that I needed this vehicle aligned with tires balanced and rotated for a trip I was taking to a funeral out of town. He assured me that the work would be done and everything would be good to go at 7 p.m. as it was. I already had drove off only to find that the stability of the van was worse and one of my tires that had been balanced and rotated was not noted for having flat spots and cupping and needed to be replaced. So I called Jason immediately and let him know about my issue and even though it was after hours he assured me that he would make it right and take care of my vehicle personally. I then felt a little assured but upon arriving I totally got the full treatment. Jason went around with me checked all my tire pressure looked at the tires specifically and figured which one was the Oddball out. He took the time to assure me that this was a mistake on their part for not pointing it out to me before I left with my vehicle, then went a step further to find me a discounted Tire that was new and appropriate for my vehicle. If you ask me he more than exceeded his job position and went well over my expectations I just think he should be awarded or be given recognition for the type of a team player he is. And also to let your team know that yall will keep my business. Specifically with Jason Samora, I dont believe Ill take my vehicles to get aligned anywhere other than the NTB location that Jason Zamora works at so thank you so much for your time. Had a flat tire that required a patch and plug. They accommodated my family and young children and provided quick and friendly service. They even waived the fee for the repair because we were new in town. Would given them a second chance to service our vehicle.

I went in for an oil change this morning, and the guy at the service desk went out to look at the car.....When he returned, he said they couldnt change the oil because its too old, and too dirty..... he also pointed out several other things that he said were wrong.....After thinking about this, I realized that the bottom line was that my car wasnt good enough for NTB.....His excuse was their liability for the work....The reason for an oil change is to remove old, dirty oil from an engine.....I know the car has miles on it, but I just got it and the first thing to do was to change the oil.....Ill find some other place to get the oil changed (Im too old to do it myself) and Ill never go to NTB again.....And Ill never recommend them to anyone else.....

This is the NTB I choose to go to. I’ve always had great service and the manager, Ben, is on top of his game.
