This is far and away the best auto shop I have ever been to. (and I’ve been to A LOT).Their customer service is awesome, They are competent and their repairs are solid and thorough. They have that perfect mix of being professional and personable.They understand that sometimes life gets in the way of ideal situations and work with you on what absolutely needs to happen and what can wait a few months or a year.!Thomas and the entire staff were incredibly personable but more importantly they are fair and direct. I usually call around and look for cheapest prices, but I felt very comfortable right from the start so I didnt even bother to do this.Every guy you talk to in their shop is awesome, friendly, and helpful and managers/owners of the place really went above and beyond during the entire experience to make sure that I walked out of there a happy and informed customer.It is so rare to find a trustworthy business like thils! And I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that Ive found these guys and have already recommended them to multiple friends/family. The care that they show and also the willingness to help and or work with you it’s something that is unmatched.As a small business owner myself I was highly impressed by the customer service and just overall care that they showed.

These guys are awesome. I had a crushed oil filter on my truck thanks to jiffy lube and gave these guys a call around 4 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon and even though they close at 5, Ben said to come on and would not mind staying open a little later to accommodate. He was a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and I really appreciate Him doing that. Took care of the problem and for a very fair price. I will definitely be back to get my truck worked on again and I would highly recommend them.

As others have said, this place is great is an understatement. They have always been so incredibly friendly from the office to the service technicians that come out. They are so incredibly fast to respond. Having them be able to come to you has saved me and my place of work so many times even with something as simple as a flat tire. I highly recommend them and go to them first before I contact anyone else.

We took my husbands commuter car there when we were having issues with it and these guys were not only honest and affordable, but extremely helpful and fast. This is where we will be taking all of our vehicles from here on out - highly recommend!

Somehow my first review has been deleted, so here goes again. If you have a classic car with a carburetor/points, this is not the shop for you. My low mileage 65 wouldnt start so I thought Id give them a try. They sent out their best guy. He was here twice, charged me over $600 total and couldnt get the car running for more than a few seconds. He essentially gave up after the second visit with no plan for follow up or suggestions to get it running well. On a hunch I replaced the carburetor myself for $85 and the car started right up and ran smoothly. I will say they were on time and very responsive to my initial inquiry. Im sure theyd be fine for basic work, but not on older cars or for anything that requires that kind of knowledge.

Had a Dodge 3500 diesel that wouldnt start. A weekend mechanic like myself could chase electrical issues all day long and still not find the problem but Darren had me rolling in no time. Great service, very polite and attentive... thanks again Darren for the helpful tips that will save me a headache or two down the road. Good job, man.

Called and spoke with Ben when I started to take my engine apart to fix the lifters. Ben said he could get it done by the next day for a very fair price. Ended up having another issue which they took care of everything. Very hard to find an honest and trustworthy shop. New to Texas and think I have found my go to shop for everything. I called them every time over the years because they consistently did great work while being honest and fairly priced. I got a discount of some kind more often than not.It didnt take long for me to see that the foundation of his business model was that one quality so rarely seen in a mechanic. Integrity.Having moved away for a couple years and recently returned to the Austin area, I was surprised but also not surprised to learn how much his business had grown. Honest, quality, and professional people. If youre searching for a mobile auto repair place, this is place. My 2007 Honda CRV decided to die at my apartment complex and Gary was able to diagnose and replace a dead starter for a good price - all in the triple degree full Texas summer heat. They were also able to take care of me when the check engine light came on after a test drive. I cant thank Gary and his crew members enough for their help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest auto mechanic.

After my experience with Mobile Auto Clinic, I can say for certain that no other auto repair business in the city comes even close to the friendly, professional services that they provide. I own a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder with over 250k on the odometer so as you could imagine, this car is nobodys first choice to work on. My car was having an electrical issue and wasnt turning over. Darren was sent out to diagnose the issue. There could be a myriad of reasons as to why this was happening, most of them pretty costly, but within 5 minutes he was able to not only show me exactly what was causing the issue (bad fuel pump relay) but also show me how a certain part of the relay was causing it. The fact that Darren was able to simplify the issue to laymans terms in a friendly, precise way says a lot about the integrity and professionalism of the services they provide. I feel very grateful to have had such a nice experience and will definitely keep their number in my phone for next time!! Thanks again!

So Ben was amazing! He got my little 96’ Mazda truck up to his shop and got it back on the road within 36 hours! New clutch and all that goes with it! Their shop is nice and the waiting area was comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this place! And I even live way south but will bring all my vehicles there now!!!

Our starter went out - called at 5PM - was given estimate over the phone. The mechanic was there by 9:30 the next morning. It was super convenient- no need for tow truck or waiting for estimate. Truck as fixed and up and running within 2 hours. No hesitation to use them again or refer to friends. 😀

I truly cannot day enough good things about this company. I have a 2005 Toyota RAV4 and it’s always been a loud car to drive. We left it with these guys for a couple days (we went out of town) and coming back to drive it was unbelievable. It was SO quiet. It rides so much smoother and the price was completely fair for all the work that needed to be done. Not only is their work top notch but they were extremely communicative with my husband and I. They were patient with our questions and explained everything very well.

My husband and I found this mechanic online last night when we thought our starter for our Mazda was going out. Came in today and Chris looked over the car and came back to my husband and said that even if he were to fix the starter if we wanted to, he said we would still be having a problem because the starter is good. it is the wrong battery that AutoZone sold us. its hard to find people who are honest no price gouging and no BS and here they are. They definitely earned a lifetime customer and we will definitely be coming back here in the future. And the price that Chris had quoted us for the repair was amazing no price gouging. Amazing and HONEST people!!! 👍👍
