Always a great experience when shopping here, but this past Thursday the 21st of October around 11:30a I went in to get my bicycle wheel trued and the mechanic on duty had an opening in his day and trued it on the spot! I cant say enough how much I love THIS bike shop. I am always happy to see Britt, Doug, Matthew or Quen. Quen, has helped me out on multiple occasions and always helps me find the BEST options for my bike, I truly feel like he cares about his customers. Everyone is amazing. I came in yesterday and Matthew helped me with my brakes and gave me recommendations for safety. What a great shop, I find it hard not to stop by everyday.
