Was able to get a tire tube for our tractor in an hr. No one I call had one day of.

Ive been here several times for oil changes and inspections. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and fast. Theyve restored my faith in auto shops!

Excellent service when I really needed it. I blew out a tire on my truck and was struggling to find a replacement that I could get installed quickly. I contacted Youngblood and spoke with Greg who was quickly able to find it in their inventory and get it to Austin from San Antonio in a day. I was able to call and set up an appointment shortly after the tire came in and I was in and out in under an hour. Couldnt be happier to have a good auto shop around the corner from us in North Austin.

I thought my battery was bad because the light kept coming on when it was turning off. I was able to make it to Youngblood Automotive and they took care of me. Unfortunately, the battery wasnt the issue. The company refunded me the money I paid and advised to take to the dealership or they could diagnose the issue. I appreciate their assistance.Update: Nick Youngblood is the realest most considerate businessman I have ever met. My car was not operational he let me use their loaner vehicle to pick up my kids from daycare. This man is Godsent!

My company car wasn’t driving nearly as smooth as it usually does and it was driving me crazy! I took it to one shop and they said everything was fine. After a week or so I couldn’t take it so I brought it by Youngblood Automotive! They were able to identify the problem and get it fixed very quickly so I was able to get back out on the road! Love these guys. First timer in Austin and this place was near my place. All friendly guys who welcome you when you come through the door. They dont keep you waiting long. All the workers are honest and explain work being done. Got my state inspection done here and wheel alignment and loved the print out they gave me. They were honest about me no needing to replace brake pads at the moment. And second time around took car of my tire and oil change. I love supporting honest local business.

06/08/2021: was driving from AZ to Smithville, TX and stopped for gas in Brady, TX when I noticed a large chunk missing out of my rear tire. I called Youngbloods and they said they had a BF Goodrich in the size that I needed., so I went there got the tire and continued on my journey. Fast forward about 2 weeks. I decided to get a matching tire for the other side and went to Discount Tire. The gentleman helping me went out and looked at the tire that Youngblood sold me and informed me that the tire was 7 years old and needed to be replaced because the life of a tire is max 6 years even if brand new. Ive called multiple times and finally get a call back and Im asked to send pics of the date code. I did that 4 days ago and now Im again being ignored. The date code is 2114 which means it was manufactured on the. 21st week of 2014. If you buy anything from here make sure you look at the code on the tire. I paid $250 for a NEW unexpired tire and now Im screwed. If they fix my tire issue I will I update this post. If I dont then this place is a rip off. BEWARE!!Update 06/14/2021: I received a response a week ago after leaving a review on their Facebook page. I was asked for my contact info which I gave 2 hours after their post. I still havent heard back after a week of waiting.

My wife called on friday to make an appointment for our vehicle on monday. We were told to just bring it in. Monday morning I went through the hastle of removing all 3 of my childrens car seats and transferring them to our car. I arrived only to be told they werent taking walk in appointments and asked to return later that week. This is a daily driver. I cant just not show up to work to bring my vehicle back to a place that i could be potentially turned away again. At this point I am torn. I brought my van here for an inspection. It very obviously needed tires yet they never tried to upsell me. This is honest buisness. On the other hand, If I am going to make a buisness my mechanic I need to know that they will be there for me when I need them most.

Beware of their company vehicles on the road. I’ve learned personally if their trucks rear end you then your screwed. Their insurance company won’t cover the negligent drivers they employ. Youngblood doesn’t respond back to my direct private communications either to resolve the matter.

Took a vehicle there for a simple state inspection, was greeted with an attitude asking well whats the mileage? Whats the license plate number? Like if I was one of their employees. Long story short waited almost an hour and a half & vehicle passed even though the right rear inner dually tire was completely flat. I absolutely would never bring my vehicle here for any type of repair...

Went in for an oil change, fuel filter and rear end oil change. Notice a couple days later that they didn’t change my oil filter and fuel filter. So I call and spoke with George, Nick and Kelly. And that was a waste of time!YoungBlood does lousy work. This company is scumming honest hard working people.

I would not recommend going to this place I had a flat tire near this location I was approached by a person at front desk (I won’t share name) He told to me to change my tire at very first second without checking my tire condition I had new tire in my car I asked him 3 times are you sure and I got response back rudely cutting me in between. I had no other choice else than to agree with what he said as I was getting late.After I replaced my tire when he called me for payment he was surprised that I have new tire and he told me there was no need to replace tire as it was new but, he said its too late . Had he listen to me early I would not had spend extra $120. I did not like unprofessional rude approach it was not at all welcoming.This place only cares for money they don’t care for their customers again I would say I don’t recommend this place to anyone...!!!!!

Dropped my car off at noon on Wednesday. Employees were nice and said it might be around an hour for my vehicle to be ready. I had to call them three hours later and request an update for them to say Oh yeah, we just finished up with it. Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for a vehicle inspection until now. Will not be returning.

These guys are amazing! Richard and team were able to send a mobile tire repair technician out to our house which helped us replace a tire on our car. The tech was super friendly and well skilled in his work. The tire was off and replaced in no time and we didnt have to worry about a tow or having to come in contact with multiple people. Huge thanks to the team- and while we hope we dont need to see them again, theyll certainly be our first stop for any future car maintenance.

Apparently this shop does NOT know to how handle luxury cars..... I brought my Lexus there a month ago to change a flat tire, they had to keep the car overnight..... the next day... they didnt even tell me that my car was done .. i had to call them at end of the day to find out that my car is ready and i have to pick it within 5 minutes because they were closing.... 2nd... when i got the car, ( my car has light beige leather interior seats doors etc... ) it is full of finger prints of grease.... the back seats, fronts seats, the doors the side panels the dash, even the gloves compartment.... i dont understand why do they have to go to the glove compartment and the backseat of my car where all they have to do is fix the flat tire... !! i asked the guy that works there and he said they are looking for the wheel lock... NOW... everybody who knows how to drive knows the lock should be ... specially if you have an auto shop... it took me all day to clean my car with s certain solution .. didnt ever apologized .. and said ..bring it here we will clean it... but... shouldnt you have clean it knowing that you put grease all over my car before i picked up my car... and 3rd... my $ 150.00 rayban sunglasses was supposed to be in its case on my passenger seat was missing.... (they left the case behind though)....and i reported it and he said I guess you u wanted us to buy you a new one.?...... i tried to talk to the manager or owner of the place ... but i have not have any contact from him or anyone in there... .. Sooooo... ! NOT GONNA GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND CERTAINLY NOT GONNA GIVE A GOOD RECOMMENDATION ....UN-PROFESSIONAL !!!!!

Great local spot. They are quick with inspections and have very good prices. I feel comfortable getting my inspections here as they don’t try and rack up the bill on you. They tell you what you need done and that’s it. Five stars

I used Youngbloods new mobile tire service today. They showed up on time and rotated and balanced the tires on my truck in my driveway while I watched. It was quick, easy and safe for me and the serviceman was professional and observed Covid protocol measures. This service is my new favorite thing and I would recommend it to anyone that needs new tires or tire service but dont have the time to go into a shop. Staff is friendly. Repairing and maintaining our fleet of work trucks is an intimidating task for a non mechanic. The staff was welcoming and broke down needed maintenance and some deferred repairs. When I called back for more routine maintenance Greg remembered me and our trucks even before pulling up my account. Youngblood Auto - best heavy duty truck shop experience in town.

Bad. Called them around 4PM on 9/26/20 during pandemic. Getting food and tire went flat. Put me on hold after gathering my information for some time, gave me false hope then once I got to a technician, he informed me they only help contract customers. DO NOT CALL. I had a flat tire and couldnt get in touch with my usual mobile mechanic, and was ignored by at LEAST seven other companies I contacted. Kelly at Youngblood responded to my email almost immediately and provided me with a quote and told me someone could come out the following morning. The technician took a LITTLE longer than I had hoped, but that was only because he had a tire that wasnt right for my car and he had to go back and get another one. Kelly communicated with me all morning regarding the delay until the tire situation was fixed. I was able to Venmo the technician, thus negating the need for face-to-face contact. Will definitely use again :) Thank you!

Incredible service. The mobile tire shop option is genius. I used to dread waiting at discount tire to have my tires changed. They literally changed my tires while I worked inside my house. Competitive pricing and very convenient.

Traveling from Dallas to South Texas on my vacatio. On a Friday night. Had car problems, and stop here because they close and did not want to take a chance with the car. Great service. Took my vehicle for inspection. It turned out I needed windshield fluid and to replace my gas cap. They did not have it in stock but had it immediately (within the hour) brought to the shop, replaced it and all only cost me about $40. I would usually get my oil change at my car dealership but I will switch to these guys for my vehicle service needs. Thank you !

They couldnt complete a car state inspection on a 16 Mazda. After an hour and a half of waiting, during which I was told it was almost done, I was told that their computer wasnt connecting. I decided to leave and while I was driving away I noticed my check engine light was on but wasnt there before. I had to go back only for them to clear it. Now I cant get an inspection until I drive 60 miles or more.I should have known to go somewhere else after noticing others complaining about time on normally fast repairs.

I tried to have an inspection done at this dump today. I was told it would be about 30-45 minutes. I was NOT told that the person that handles inspections was MIA. After an hour I asked if my inspection was in progress. The guy at the desk admitted he didn’t know where the inspector was. I told him if I had known he wasn’t there, I would’ve gone somewhere else. He acted surprised at that news as he handed me my keys. AWFUL AWFUL place & so unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time as they probably also rip people off!!

This is the best car repair place ever!! Being a senior citizen, I am always skeptical about these places. Very skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car was in good hands! I talked with Robert, Kelly and Dennis. Robert explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand. Kelly and Dennis made me feel right at home! I wasnt traumatized by the cost either! In my experience, they are honest and prices seem reasonable, although automotive work is never cheap. I trust them not to add on unnecessary repairs like the Toyota dealer so often does. I have not bought tires from them.

Called them for an alignment on my new truck which I lifted. Youngblood Auto was recommend to me by the guys at 20nine20. Great service, honest, quick, they gave me a good lunch recommendation as well. I was expecting to pay more but I overheard the mechanic mention it was only 1 hr time so it ended up less. Ill be back, keep it up!

Ive never received such quick, friendly, and exemplary service. The team at Youngblood made the process of changing out a flat tire as painless and pleasant as possible and took care of our needs as if we were family. I cannot say enough! The level of professionalism and attention to detail truly sets the bar to new heights.

Place is a joke. A simple tire change turned into nearly $4000 of unauthorized work. Sales rep told my manager it was required by law to have all tires changed out or they could be sued, basically holding my trucks hostage. Owners didnt seem to care when we called them out on their BS and unethical business practices. Really disappointed in these guys and how they treated us.

Nic and his family/staff put a large emphasis on their customers time. They hold true to their appointments and still are able to take walk ins. These guys work hard. Gregorio was able to get me in even when I showed up late in the day. The customer service is great and I felt comfortable. Wonderful, fast and courteous service. We had a bolt in the front tire of our 43 ft motorhome. Pulled into the city of Kyle to a Home Depot parking lot. Googled roadside service. They were there within an hour. And we had them bring an extra tire. Two new tires on the front of our coach. And we were back on the road. After our trip, we went back to them and had 6 more tires on the back of our coach. Good tires, smooth ride. Great local company :) highly recommend this place. They are very good at what they do! Thumbs up happy customer!

Friendly, hardworking people, first come first served so there can be a wait. Once youre in they work all out to get you done. Once youre done however, is another matter. I had my tractor front tires replaced and on recommendation of sales Personnel put a patch in the rear tire that had a plug in it because it was a better fix, they said. I agreed and they patched it. I pulled my tractor home Thursday evening and I left out of town Friday morning and returned Sunday evening to find the tire was almost flat. I called Youngblood Tire they said they would fix it but would have to charge me for a service call if they had to come to the site to do the repair. I understand resources are expended, onsite service costs then money. But it also costs me money to get it there and bring it back and now I cant use my tractor. My business is down without that machine. So I cant work. Its 25 miles through two toll booths at a premium charge for having tandem-axle trailer on my pick-up to get there and then come back another 25 miles with tolls to where I need it to work. Its not worth the expense for me to take it back to have them fix it. The tire did not leak before with the plug in it. The tire worked just fine until I agreed to replace the plug with a patch on their recommendation and now they will not stand behind their work without paying more to fix what I paid them to fix in the first place. This is my first time to Youngblood tire and I have a really bad taste in my mouth. That is not the way a business of Integrity, which is the perceived reputation of Youngblood Tire, should operate in my view. Well, they dashed my perception. I view service after the sale even more important than the sale itself. They talked me into this supposed upgrade that failed and they wont fix it without getting paid again. Im not very happy about that at all. I do not recommend going here for any tire repair work, unless of course you can afford to take it back to them if their work does not hold up as promised. Now if I had asked them to replace the plug with a patch that might have been different, but they recommended the upgrade and now they wont stand behind it and that is what gets my goat. Thats not my definition of Integrity.

I’m writing this review after seeing some reviews over the tire warranty at Youngblood. I’m currently in the waiting room having 4 tires swapped out free of charge after 40 days on the road. The ride and wear wasn’t right on the set I bought and after talking with the guys up front they helped me choose a different brand and are getting me on the road. No charge for the next set.Robert is also the only mechanic I’ll trust with my truck. 3 years and they haven’t let me down yet.Thank you guys at Youngblood

I brought my car in a little over a month ago and have not yet had my issues resolved. The team at Youngblood is courteous and respectful, but I have experienced significant troubles having my car back without issue. Wheels/tires replaced and steering wheel began vibrating when I took it off the lot. I brought it back in after going to my dealer and they said centering rings has not been put on. Youngblood informed me that it’s not necessary and that probably the tires need to be balanced.This did not solve the problem and the vibrations and shake in my steering wheel and front end worsened.Now, I’m still awaiting the issue to be resolved.Whether it’s the quality of the work or the quality of the product, it’s been a very frustrating experience. That said, the team there has been helpful; I’m not sure I’ll be returning. They have worked with me to figure out the problem, but it’s taken an inordinate amount of time to pinpoint the issue.

I went to this location a couple months ago to get my registration. Whoever was at the front desk, and older gentleman, was very condescending. Ive actually never gone to get a car registered before, and I was trying to pull my insurance up on my phone. He was very very impatient with me. I definitely felt very uncomfortable there, so I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. I cant really rate their service outside of communication, but I would not recommend going to this location if you are newer to the car world, or if you want to be treated with respect.

Untrustworthy Automotive shop.......Youngblood automotive recent visit tried to sell $3100 worth of unnecessary repairs to one of our Mobile Grooming Salons and also charged for work not performed. I got the state inspection sticker elsewhere (they said it wouldnt pass} and the tire work done a Discount tire. The groomer that drives it says it drives correctly now.You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin em once.

I walked in and instantly was treated like I was part of the family. I felt like I was being taken care of by my own folks and can not thank them enough for taking care of me and my car. Its a family business and they are very genuine people and I would highly recommend them to anyone. :)

Popped in to have my tires checked before a trip. Absolutely fabulous and quick.

This place is the worst!! I have made multiple calls to them which on the website explains that they are a mobile tire service and the main guy answering the phone keeps sending me to dispatch and the dispatcher starts getting angry at the me for calling back. Clearly I need a tire service and it states on website that you can help. He doesn’t seem to think I need it enough. Please update website to say that your not mobile for non commercial vehicles. Need to replace your unprofessional dispatcher as well.

Beware of predatory pricing and labor scams!After charging us thousands of dollars and not fixing the problem with our vehicle, we took it to the dealer and they repaired it at no additional cost. They also showed us hundreds of dollars of labor overcharges and unreasonable markups from the Youngblood invoice! It listed hours of labor for parts that literally take minutes to remove and reinstall due to their convenient location in the engine bay!These folks even offered to help by purchasing the vehicle for less than 1/3 its market value since wed have to keep pouring money into it. It has around 60,000 miles on it. Dont trust the illusion of customer service - for us, it was just a scam.On the upside, these shysters will screw screw you with a smile.

Took my truck in for an oil change, come back to pay and they decided to replace the fuel filter without asking. I spoke to them on the phone 3 times during the day and not one conversation recommended replacing the fuel filter or mentioned they were planning on doing it.

Never ever go here. I would have rated no stars at all but then I could not tell you why to stay away. I went here for my breaks on my jeep and they replaced my drums and charged me 256.00.... a week later I had squealing breaks and a warped tire. I brought it back and they said nothing was wrong and the noise would go away. I waited a month and the noise was worse. I brought it back and they said they put on the wrong sized drums and charged me 24.00 to fix THEIR MISTAKE! The older man with white hair said that's all we will scheme you for this time... THEN LAUGHED. I will report to the bbb. Please stay away from them people they will break your car just to charge you more. I should of went to break check.. so pathetic.
