These guys are old school - which is a good thing. You might not be able to eat your lunch off the shop floor, they may not have a waiting room the size of your house, with a fancy coffee machine, but they are honest, communicative and do great work at the right price...unlike some places that seem to think that if you have a nice car, you want to give them an arm and both legs. Its a family business and theyre real, and care about their customers. I finally can stop looking for a mechanic I trust!

Spoke with a guy named Dan who said it would be 2500 to replace my old cat with a new one which I paid for. He said it was a “Big job” which it isn’t. Contacted a local tune shop and a largely known auto shop and they both told me it would only take 20 min and would cost 200 for the labor. Make sure you search around before you go with these guys.

These guys are always very friendly, accommodating, cheaper than the dealership, and best of all, extremely transparent. If you have any questions about a charge or confused about why something is broken on your car, they will just take you back to the garage and show it to you, which is great. Highly recommended

Hi Dan, I appreciate your reaching out. If you dont remember, Im the chauffeur that drove the Dodge Promaster Limo-Van on the side for a law firm. When the shutdown happened I lost the account and they sold the van. Im only now getting back to a regular schedule at my regular job. Its been rough for everyone. I have refered a friend or 2 your way because Andrew always took care of our business. Elite import Auto fixed my vehicle, and did everything they said they would. There were also some other minimal items that they could have probably try and charge me for but they did not, they just fixed them while they had my vehicle completely apart. They did a wonderful job and Im very thankful.

Philip and the guys over there are the best. They are honest and fast. When my Jag or Rover acts up I think of them before I even call the dealership.My Jag F-Type S sitting in garage for over 3 weeks in the cold and wouldn’t start. I changed out the battery and back on the road. Well, 2 weeks later dead battery again. Went to check it out at O’Reillys and they said alternator failed. $$$$ 😩Called Philip and dropped off my car, within 2 hours he called and said your alternator is fine. First battery was bad. Cool! Had them check everything out and an oil change done. I’ve been Jag happy for the last three weeks . They saved me time and money. Thanks again guys. See y’all next time.

It was a pleasure working with Philip and Dan. I came in after the dealer said my differential needs to be changed and quoted me a price thats up there with Saturn. They confirmed that my differential was bad and quoted me a very competitive and reasonable price to replace it. I ended up buying a used one and replacing it myself because it sounded like fun, but I would have had them replace it in a heart beat. They even checked that my used differential was in good working order! Needless to say that they have in me a customer for life, and for any future issues, Ill def be bringing my vehicles there. I moved to Austin and bought a used Lexus a couple years ago and have tried out multiple shops around town looking for the right one. This was the only place I felt I was getting honest feedback and wasnt trying to be up-sold on anything, which is why I keep going back. Phillip is going to let you know what needs to be done, and hell let you know what doesnt with no pressure. The one time I had a small issue after a repair, he called me personally and got everything corrected and taken care of right away.
