Wow what a gem! Bat City is truly the best in Austin. I came in to get my car checked, I was having issues with my coolant. I dropped the car off at 10am the next morning to fix the water pump leak, and it was done by 1:20 the same day. Sayeed is fair in the pricing and extremely transparent with labor cost and part pricing. This small locally owned shop with deep roots in the community is the only place Ill be bringing my car from now on.

Straight shooters, honest work, AMAZING communication with the customer. This is service with integrity.I had them install new calipers, rotors, and brake lines on all four corners, plus fresh fluid and caliper bleed (April, 2018). They were straightforward with their prices and timetables, even sending me pictures of work along the way. Best service Ive had from any garage.Theyre doing really great things for some of the kids in the Oak Hill neighborhood, too. Ask Sayeed about it.Im coming here again for sure.

This place is amazing! Ive never felt so welcomed and comfortable at a mechanic shop before. Took my 4runner in to get some maintenance and repairs done before hitting the road for the foreseeable future. Sayeed (Im sorry if i mispelled your name!) and Erickson are super awesome. They made sure my car...which is now my home, is safe for the road. Super friendly price, they even went out of their way to help replace the missing radiator splash guard that went missing just to make sure Im always safe on the road! Such great vibes from these two. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mechanic shop in Austin and the surrounding areas this shop. I got a referral from a friend who knew the owner. I first took a car there that I borrowed from someone to confirm it was safe to drive. They took the car for a drive, lifted it up and examined various components, showed various problems and commented on their seriousness. It was an honest assessment that I appreciated and it didnt cost much.My second time was when I took my car to change the front brake pads. The owner recommended that I should replace the rotors as well and after researching it further I confirmed that it made sense to do this. The job was done in a day and they beat the price that anyone else had offered. On top of that, when I stopped by with my kids to pick up the car, he gave them a tour of the shop and they really enjoyed the experience as well.I really appreciated the personal touch that I got there both times I went. I recommend calling ahead to arrange for an appointment before you go.

I have a 2003 Camry and was looking for a shop that would be straight forward about what repairs are essential. When I first learned about them, I took my car for some basic stuff and was pleased. Over the last year I’ve had three opportunities to see how great Bat City Auto can be on bigger problems. They found the source of a mystery sound that had been dismissed by another shop. They explained everything clearly, gave the option of rebuilt parts compared to new, and made a priority plan so I could space out the expense when multiple issues needed attention I can count on them to do a good job and not up sell. You can count on this business!

Took my sons 2008 GMC in for repairs, he had just moved to Texas from OKC and we didnt know anything about this shop. Well, it was a God send. Sayeed and Erikson were able to fix it, sent me texts, pics and videos of the repairs along the way. The most honest and wonderful mechanic ever!! Wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

I used Bat City Auto Tech to work on my Nissan 370Z. He installed an engine, flywheel and clutch. I can not say enough good things about them. He kept me updated daily with a lot of pictures, videos and messages. He followed up after I got my car back to make sure everything was still running well. When I thought I had a small issue, he took it back, no questions asked and checked everything out for me. He even offered to have it picked up and returned at my job, same day.I highly recommend and will use them for everything, including oil changes going forward. They are trustworthy and honest. I brought my 2010 in for new Brakes, Oil, Transmission Fluid, Differential Oil change and a general cleanup and detail of the Body. GTRs are very sensitive cars and this team knocked the ball out of the park for me. It rides and looks better than it has in 5 years. Their price was very reasonable and way below dealer prices. If you want high-end supercar service at reasonable price, Bat City Auto Tech is the place to go. They care about your car, your happiness as a customer, and their mission is to find ways to give back to the community. At a very minimum, stop by and get an estimate before you take your sports car into the dealership!!

This is a unique shop that does quality work. Not only is their pricing extremely fair, they take the time to really explain what is going on with your car. I had a $4500 estimate from the Acura dealership for some major repairs. Bat City Autotech confirmed that the work indeed needed to be done, but were able to take care of it for less than half the dealership’s estimate. I felt like they were looking out for me in a way that I e never experienced at other shops. So helpful. So honest. So fair. What more could you want from your mechanic?

Big thanks to Sayeed and the Bat city crew for fitting me in as a walk-in and helping with my odd ball request. My lugs were over torqued by a previous shop so I initially went to have them broken. Sayeed looked at my rotors and showed me that they needed to be resurfaced. The service, confidence and friendly attitude changed a quick run to break lugs into an afternoon hanging out at the shop. New brake pads, machined front rotors, DOT5.1 fluid swap and wheel stud conversion with 10mm spacers and my M3 has never looked (or braked) better

I have a 2004 Lexus RX 330 and I love it. Its a great car even with over 200,000 miles on it but finding the right shop to take it to has always been challenging for me. Its so easy as a single woman who doesnt know much about cars to be taken advantage of so it makes me nervous. A friend recommended Sayeed and Bat City Auto Tech as an alternative to the dealership or other mechanics and what a relief it has been! Sayeed actually showed me under the car and from above all the indicators of the repairs necessary and his bid to do the work was a substantial savings over the other estimate Id gotten. I got pictures as progress reports of the work being done and now my car is running like new! I feel like Sayeed took me under his wing and has educated me in almost the same way hes mentored Alex and Carlos. Since theyd done a lot of work on it he asked me to bring it back a week or so later so he could make sure that all was as it should be. Alex and Carlos pride in their work was evident.My experience at Bat City Auto Tech was like no other auto repair experience Ive had before. If I could give the shop and its staff 10 stars, I would. Sayeed and his staff is the hardest working people that I have ever met. My Acura was a pain to fixed but they worked all day and nights to able to fix my vehicle.
