Extremely professional and smooth process. Their communication and work is out of this world. In addition, their turnover time for the repair is extremely fast. They communicate and update every step with you, the insurance company (if the insurance company is paying for it), the rental company (if you have a rental while your car is in repair). I cannot ask for more from them. Too good!

I took my car to service king for a damage appraisal after my car was rear-ended. I arrived at 5:15 pm, and learned that the hours on google were not up-to-date due to covid. The shop had closed at 5pm rather than 6pm. Regardless, Bianca unlocked the door for me and was happy to get my car appraised, even though it meant she had to stay late. She spent half an hour on the phone with my insurance company due to their mistake with my claim. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. She stayed until 6pm getting the damage appraised. Bianca went above and beyond when she could have easily told me to come back another day.

Cody the service advisor was absolutely outstanding customer service and the way he took care of my car and the damage that needed to be fixed! I am beyond impressed of his level of professionalism, friendly customer service, and his continuous diligence on the level of communication on updates while my car was in the shop! He is a huge asset to service king and the quality seem when I picking up your car faster than expected! I Highly recommend on requesting him to do the estimate or any services needed for your car to go to him!

I took my car in a couple of months ago for work on the drivers door. The folks at this shop did everything they could to help me. They were considerate and informative. My personal experience of them is that they are not only skilled, but also trustworthy and honest. --- I pretty much never write reviews, but for some reason I was thinking of my experience with them again today and am grateful for everything they did. My thanks and appreciation to everyone there!

The 4 stars is based on excellent customer service (they keep their word and dont try to cheat you), efficiency (car ready in a few days), and going above and beyond. My dent was just above my drivers side wheel yet when they cleaned my car they polished my headlights from murky yellow to glistening, brilliant white, and I had a piece of plastic hanging from the bottom of my car- they lifted it up so I dont constantly hear the scrapping after each speed bump. Would highly recommend!

My whole experience was pleasant and easy. Brittany took great care of me and it was convenient that they work closely with Enterprise so you can pick up and drop off your loaner car right there. I was a slightly concerned about their ability to work on a high end Mercedes but everything was done perfectly and the excellent car wash at the end was a nice bonus. I highly recommend Brittany, Erica, and Service King.

A gentleman at the front named Adrian helped me and he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I basically had to yell just to get attention and to have service. They don’t communicate well and I felt that the work to my vehicle was mediocre at best. I would recommend any other body shop.

Their estimate contained $1000’s in parts I don’t need, which of course they added labor on those uneeded parts too. Estimate was thousands (60%) over what I can do elsewhere.

This has probably been the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The employees were uninformed and there was no sense of accountability on their end. I was at first taken care of by a gentleman named Oscar who then left the shop after having ordered the wrong parts on my vehicle and making me spend more money on transportation than what I should have. They then proceeded to take a payment from me, when they knew the responsible partys insurance information. Not long after taking the $1000.00 from me they continued to go after me for the full payment of the repairs. It was not until I spent countless hours on the phone with insurance companies that I was able to sort this mess that this shop created. This place will:1. order the wrong parts2. will make mistakes on their estimates (an almost $800.00 mistake)3. will be unaccountable for their mistakes4. will provide you the most horrible customer service.

They did a great job on fixing up my car in a timely matter, along with a car wash and cleaning also kept in touch with me every step of the way and let me know what was going on with my vehicle when I got it back it was shiny clean and looked like nothing ever happed. My insurance initially tried to push me towards Caliber Collision, but they must have too much work since they pushed me out over a week and didnt seem interested to take my vehicle in. I told my insurance I wanted someone else and they connected me to Service King here. Special shout-out to Oscar. He took care of my car with courtesy and I felt he wanted my business. When a hiccup occurred, Oscar made sure to get it corrected fast. Many businesses have forgot the customer relationship and what good service means. I appreciated Oscar representing his company well and I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely to friends and family in Austin area.PSI never knew Oscar and I never heard of Service King before. Many reviews are made by people who know the folks at the company, and this is Not one of those instances. Ive left bad reviews for people and felt it necessary to finally leave good reviews for those who deserve it. Thanks to Service King, Oscar, and the rest of the unsung heroes who worked on my vehicle into the night.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!I took my 2015 Jetta in for a dent removal and the “technician” somehow destroyed my engine.I have never had any mechanical problems with my car in the past and am very adamant about regular maintenance.My father and sister are both mechanics and have taught me about how to take care of cars my entire life.When I confronted the technician, Darrell, he took no responsibility and shrugged it off as if it were not his problem anymore.Please, for the love of glob, do not ever go to this place, they will take advantage of you and RUIN YOUR CAR.Love you guys

Extremely poor communication between their call center and shop as well as within the shop. False guarantees from multiple members of the staff. 2 weeks of lies until their manager steps in to confirm nothing was ever done on their part within that time.

Just took in my (almost brand new) Subaru WRX for a dent repair when someone hit my car. I am very particular about my car (I never let anyone drive it) and when I brought my car in and spoke with Darrell he noticed that I was uncomfortable and put me at ease almost immediately. We looked over the damage together and told me exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, and assured me that it would look like new when I got it back. He called me twice a day to give me updates and even got my car done in 1/2 the time. I just picked it up and couldn’t be happier with their work. I have had bad experiences with collision centers in the past and this was night and day. I will always bring my car back to this location. On top of all that, they washed my car and it looks great! Thank you Darrell and the rest of the staff at Service King on Ben White!

I just got iff the phone with Johnny B and the customer service was impeccable. Only 15 min of my time and Johnny literally got me set up with Darryl to do estimate and get car checked out. I originally was going to AutoNation Austin he couldnt pull up my USAA claim because it was sent to a body shop who told me it will take 2 weeks before they can look at my vehicle. I am pregnant its hot outside and my driver door is jammed can you imagine driving in this 98 degree weather heat and god forbid 2 weeks you may possible get into another accident and other doors jam. No woman or man should have to climb into a side door to get into passenger seat. Thats hazardous and not good driving conditions. Johnny B set up for me to see someone today even looked into towing vehicle and got me set up for a remtal in all one call. Now thats what i call customer service and I am so thankful they made this all easy for me.

The work on our vehicle was fine, but payment was very disorganized and resulted in us being pestered about an insurance payment we were told we didn’t owe even after we questioned MULTIPLE times about. Would not use Service King again if we are unfortunate enough to be involved in another accident.

Update: Received call from Service King. They are now honoring the original credit and I have rescheduled the repairs. Thank you Kevin for your assistance.Very disappointed in customer service. Scheduled car in May for repairs caused by hail storms. Was told by corporate call center that we would be given a $250 credit to take the car to Austin in July vs waiting until January for a shop in San Antonio. The day before I was to drop off the vehicle, I get a call saying they will not honor the credit and even if I take the vehicle in that they may not take the car for another month.

I will start by saying the company’s slogan should be “ehh about another week, but we will call you.” They did complete the job and everything is installed and working as it should, but got push back “ehh about a week” 3 times.I am coming back to update this because I also found they used a zip tie or two, and now my liner is already ruined. Save yourself the headache
