The cosmetic work was good but it took them about two months to get my vehicle back to me they changed the completion date 3 times on me finally they say the car is done and that their going to wash it up for me before I arrive to make it look nice sure enough I pick up my car its not washed it looked like it had been sitting in the same spot for along time which at this point it doesnt matter because I just want my car back and also there was a chunk of one of my back tires sidewall missing I asked the associate why wasnt that tire replaced and they said because it wasnt part of the accident but clearly that chunk wasnt missing before my car accident so here I go straight out of service king to discount tires to get a new tire so my car makes it home I only gave two stars because the receptionist Maya was very nice and understanding

I received great customer service, and had my vehicle returned exactly at the time I was told. Aside from having bodywork done after an animal accident they went the extra mile to clean and refresh a headlamp that was not required in the repair service. Great people, great experience, big shout out to Eric for seeing to it that I was more than happy with my repair.

I had a very great experience at service king. My bumper looked brand new. An awesome paint job was performed and my car was very clean, in and out. I cant forget to say how awesome the gentlemen were here at service king. I love this place and recommend Service king to all.

I was in a car accident and went to Service King in order to get an estimate on my car. The insurance company approved going here even though it wasnt in network. It did mean that Service King would have to email in documents. I had the email address and all the information needed regarding my estimate. The worker told me it was too complicated and required more work. He wasnt willing to send an email in order to keep my business. Seemed rather lazy and unprofessional to me. Save yourself the trip, gas and frustration and find a more professional garage with a better work ethic.

Had my truck taken here when it needed to be fixed and I would have to say this is the best body shop I have used. They employees were very professional, honest, and communication was very great. The manager Joey and employee Erich both made my experience very good and were very good at telling me exactly what to expect and what had been done. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends. Awesome job you guys!!!

I took my vehicle to Service King after the April hail storm. The hail did extensive damage to my new car (only had it a month). Service King determined that the paintless dent repair wouldnt be enough for the roof and hood, so they completely replaced both of those. When my car came out of the paint shop, I got a call from the general manager, telling me that he wasnt satisfied with how the paint job turned out on the roof. He let me know my vehicle would be in their possession a few days longer, because he was sending it back to be re-painted. Ive always had great service from these guys. They do the repairs honestly and correctly. My car looks like a new car again!!

We selected this location to have my wifes vehicle repaired at based on other reviews. My wife drive a Lexus GX460 and loves its Starfire Pearl (sparkly/pearl white) paint. Before I dropped the vehicle off to Service King, I was nervous about how the vehicle would look after the repair. It turns out I had no reason to be nervous at all.Service King did an absolutely incredible job painting the replacement bumper. The body lines match perfectly, the paint is spectacular, the parking sensors, lighting, and headlamp washers are all working great, and the new bumper perfectly matches the rest of the vehicle. I couldnt be more pleased with the repair.Oscar took great care of me (as did everyone else I worked with) through it the process. They got the job done in exactly the predicted time frame. They went above and beyond with my vehicle, detailing it and returning it to even better condition than before the accident. I am so grateful for the team at Service King and the work they have done for me.I will certainly do business with them if the need ever arises. Thank you Service King!

Got estimate from service king 5 weeks ago and set an appointment to drop my car off 10-18-21, when I got there Eric G fumbled with locating my info, then said are you gone pay for repairs out of pocket or insurance, I advised him that when I initially came I wasnt for sure if i was gone file a claim with my insurance, I did advised since the cost was higher than expected and will be going through my insurance. Eric then stated that because I changed my mine and was going through he couldnt accept my vehicle due to he needs assignments from my insurance, I then told him I will leave my car and have my insurance company to send assignments, Eric then I said he cant accept my car with out assignments, after questioning him he finally broke down and said he only has 2 body techs and that he cant accept my vehicle, I advised him I received a confirmation text on 10-17-21 and I confirmed yes. He was very rude and not the Service King representation I was used to, I have used service king before and service was exceptional. I wont be using them again

They took a heavily hail damaged car and turned it back into the brand new car it was. And not only made it look showroom perfect, they finished it over a week ahead of schedule. Flawless job guys thank you. Customer for life

Like so many others, my car was damaged in the hailstorm in April 2021. Considering the thousands of people in the same situation, it was still only a 3 week wait for my appointment. Check in was fast and casual, and my representative even took care of talking with the car rental place.I picked up my car today only one week later. I walked in, was greeted and handed the keys. Left the rental on-site. Easy-breezy.Let me tell you.... the car looks BRAND NEW, outside and INSIDE! I live and work in the country, down dusty/muddy roads so exceptionally dirty shoes are a constant. And I tote around a hairy drooling (and often muddy) dog too.Cleaning the inside of my car to look new was seriously no picnic. :-) But they did it anyway.So... WOW! I was so not expecting that! Went in for a minor body repair after an accident. Very courteous over the phone and in person. Covid-19 safety measures in place. Kept me informed on the progress and changes to the original estimate. They finished before the estimated time and gave me a much cleaner car than the one I dropped off. Would definitely recommend.

They got my Jeep fixed in a week. To me, that’s fast! I got daily text with updates on my vehicle. They addressed other issues I was concerned about and handled it. They even cleaned the inside of my car!! That was a lovely surprise because I had accidentally spilled a tea bag and it went everywhere. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Service King did a beautiful job of fixing the damage on our vehicle. It looks almost brand new. Theyd buffed out some minor scratches on other parts of the vehicle too! Theyd also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly, and they gave us a detailed tour of the vehicle to explain what theyd done to fix the vehicle. Very much appreciated.One little bump was that we were not told that our vehicle was finished until we heard from the rental car company, which stated that our insurance was no longer paying the bill because our vehicle was ready three days before. When I called Service King, they said that they had texted me, but I did not receive a text, nor a follow-up phone call. I was able to resolve the situation with my insurance company by letting them know we didnt know our car was ready. And we returned our rental vehicle and picked up our car the next day. Other than this glitch in communication, we were very pleased with our experience.

Professional and courteous from start to finish—and they finished on time!

I chose service king for my car repair after an accident. My car was sent to the round rock location because of delay at mine. I was initially hesitant about this, but I am so happy they did this. Jason Hart was my repair specialist and he was competent, professional, detailed and honest about the work needed. He kept me updated on timing and was both courteous and straight forward through it all. I couldn’t be more pleased with my car now. It feels like new!

Fantastic cosmetic work, but lazy in all other aspects of repair. Refused to acknowledge that the damage to my front left bumper could have impacted any issues under the hood ... didnt even replace the driver-side mirror that was lost in the incident.

I got rear ended by a utility van and needed my whole bumper and trunk replaced. Along with all the tail lights. I went here because they are big in Texas and my insurance covered them. The customer service was good but whatever they did to my car was not. I noticed there was grease on my car and it looked like it still needed to be cleaned up upon picking it up but wasnt going to make a big fuss. The guy was in a rush when I went to go pick it up so I didnt get to adequately look at my car. My tail lights stuck out a little further and werent flush with the body of the car where they meet. My trunk seemed fine until recently. Now, my trunk wont open and gets stuck all the time. Since the bumper also wasnt placed back on right my paint is chipping off now. This is ridiculous. If you can, find another place to go to because the quality of work done is little to none. Now, I have to go get all of it fixed over again because they couldnt do their job right the first time. The only reason I gave them two stars was because of the friendly service and the convenience of getting a rental car.

Worst service ever. Called me twice saying vehicle was ready, the first time they had no idea that the car wasnt even running.. The 2nd time the paint job wasnt finished and all the dirt and bushes underneath the car is still there, so wondering how they know if theres damage there or not. SMH, I really hate that insurance companies use the shadiest places to do work on cars.. UGH so mad I went with their recommendation!! Never Again!!

I went in for a touch up on my hood because there was paint bubbling up and rock damage. Luckily, it was all covered by warranty since I went in for a repair last year. Fernando Luna was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service. The car was ready the same day and in great condition.

I just got my car back this morning, and Im thrilled! I had some bumper damage, and they kept me informed through the entire process (one replacement bumper was damaged, so they had to send it back and get another one). My car was washed and vacuumed as well. I had an excellent experience and would definitely go back (although I hope I dont have to!).

NEVER AGAIN.I took my new car here after I was reversed into while I was pumping gas. My drivers side door had a big dent by the handle area and needed to be popped out or replaced.Well since I was going through the other guyss insurance, these guys milked them! They charged for a brand new door, replacing my headlights (which were not effected at all) and my back bumper (also not touched).When I got my car back 4 days later, I had a new door (nothing else was changed though it was charged). Now my speakers dont sound right, the install job was done so terribly that the wiring in my doors is loose so I can now hear the wires jiggle around if Im going over 40mph.Since they didnt properly connect my door speaker the speaker volume control on my steering wheel is on the fritz. Oh and I had to take the car back the day I got it complaining of that and the fact that the service engine light was on. They fixed the light, however they told me I was just hearing the wires now because I was paying attention and before I just didnt notice.I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy, its that bad.

They took good care of us, handled rental and insurance with no problem.

I was rear ended which required a new frame. The quote was $8,000 with 2 weeks repair time. It ended up taking over 6 weeks and costing over $13,000. I was out of town for the weekend when finally notified on a Friday around 1pm that it could be ready around 3pm. When I made it back on a Monday, I was charged the additional days for not picking up on Friday when my truck was ready. Anyway, while pulling out of the parking lot I heard clunking in the front end and scrapping. I pulled over to see the wheel well was popped out and scrapping when turning. Then I went to stop & had to pump my breaks. So when returning it turned out they didnt replace transmission fluid and had to bleed the breaks. Apparently they didnt have enough transmission fluid & had to order more. After 3 additional trips for transmission fluid that was never ordered, I went to AutoZone and bought some. I still have not received the call I was promises when it was to arrive. If possible I would give negative stars for service, however everyone I delt with was extremely friendly so I give Service King 2 stars.

Great service with in-house car rental

The service was prompt and professional. Service King discussed every repair with me before they began and kept me updated on a daily basis. The work was grest and my car looks like new.

Had my car reapired there a few months ago from a accident and gone there because it used to be B&B body and paint and they had always doen amazing work.When they returned my car to me I had mentioned that the front bumper was not aligned properly and they said that was the best they could do and it would cause no problems.Today I had taken back there because it looked like the paint was cracking and I had putting off having the head lamp reajusted because it was still pointing to far down since the repair. I go there today and was told that the bumper it self is cracked because of a little bit scraping from the bottom and that is not their problem. Though they would be happy to adjust the head lamp. And when the service was sitting there looking at the orginal repair documents told me the head lamps were never adjusted, abd that service king did the absolute possible minimim for repairs. This place is no longer B&B body and paint and could care less about getting your repairs done properly.

Had to come back 3 times after they called and said my car was ready for pick up. Then there was still a part not fixed that they missed had to come back 4 days later and waste more of my time sitting in their blocked off waiting area.

While customer service was very friendly and they did fix my my car, they failed to put one of the main headlights back into my car as well as there was oil, grease and dirty smudges all on my steering wheel, door and scrapes on the outside of the driver side window when I received my vehicle back.

Tech never followed up as promised. When I checked in he did not remember meeting w my Son and I.
