Service was great, would recommend to anyone without hesitation.Received daily updates via text, and car was ready a few days earlier than anticipated. Drop-off and pick-up was a breeze, easy and quick. Car looked brand new when we picked it up, could never tell there was any damage. Paint blended well, panels all fit snugly...Take your car here for repairs, this place is as good as it gets.

John is the absolute best at what he does! He communicated via text every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with updates. I felt 100% taken care of, and the front desk staff was so nice. They did a great job in record time. My car repairs looked great but they also detailed the entire car. It looked better than it ever has. I appreciated the repeated updates on the status of our repairs. Everyone in the front office was also nice and helpful.

I had an accident in my BMW X4 that required replacement of the front bumper. My insurance company is partners with Caliber Collision and the location that could see me the fastest was 20 miles away. Not an ideal situation but Im so glad it worked out that way. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and saw to it that I was taken care of as quickly as possible. John was assigned to handle my case. He looked over the vehicle and clearly explained to me what could be repaired and what would need to be replaced. He assured me that he would communicate with me regarding the status of my repairs. Being in this situation is stressful enough. It only heightens the anxiety when you have no idea what is going on. I dropped my car off late Monday afternoon. On Wednesday, I received a detailed message updating me on the status...bumper received and being painted, waiting for one more part that should arrive on Monday, etc. On Friday afternoon I got the message that my car was ready to be picked up...ahead of schedule. They did a beautiful job and John made sure that I was completely satisfied prior to driving away. I would recommend Caliber Collision (especially this location) a hundred times over!

Got rear ended and they fixed my car in 4ish days, they stuck to the timeline they initially gave me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Incredibly professional and dedicated staff, they even cleaned my car before returning it. 10/10! John is amazing.

Two different cars, two different insurances (State Farm and Progressive), same great service.Needing a vehicle repaired is always inevitably stressful, but the team at Caliber has always made the process super easy, and makes me feel truly cared for. They are communicative throughout the process and work seamlessly with my insurance.My rep this time was Damien, who stayed in touch throughout about two weeks of getting with my insurance, updating me on the part to be ordered from the dealership, etc. My car was returned in great condition - the little things they do like filling the tires up with air as my light was on, are what makes them above and beyond on customer service.Highly recommend!

I backed my car into something I didnt see and so I needed it repaired. I took it to Caliber Collision on South Lamar, near where I live. The service was so good, it was literally way beyond any expectation I might have had. The actual work they did was perfect, my car looks great. But the customer service was really what I would have expected. They kept in touch with me twice a day to let me know how things were going. Then, they finished up a lot sooner than expected. I was completely surprised and very grateful. If I ever required service in the future, I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. Im a satisfied customer!

My vehicle was hit on the front passenger side, when from a guy straight backed into me.My car was not drivable and I honestly did not know what to do or who to call. I called two repair shops in the area and Caliber Collision was quick to get me a towing company and got my insurance company involved. The shop worked with my insurance that took care of my rental cost and all repair cost. The service was great and the shop kept me posted every step of the way. This was my second time for body work for a minivan that is insurance authorized (Geico). I had done some body work here in 2019.Caliber Collision at Lamar facility did a fantastic job from start to finish and gave the van back in almost new condition. Repairs were well done and the paint job was fantastic. Agent Chase did a great job with receiving the vehicle, estimates and the Team did a fantastic job. And yes, they were super cautious for COVID and took great precautions !!!Overall service was an absolute 10 on both instances That is two sets of 5 stars from me. As I reviewed the reviews online Caliber Collision website, i felt comfortable bringing my vehicle to this repair shop..Well I see why customers have said not on time. Im aware of vehicle needing more time frame they should have been enough and if they need more time they should have told me days before and not the day promised. Its been two weeks and my vehole is not done and i dont have a rental.

I’ve used Caliber Collision a few times with my Audi and they always do repairs well and in a timely fashion. They even dropped off my rental car at hertz for me. I appreciate the high level of customer service they offer and recommend them for any car repairs you may need.

After an accident, my insurance referred me to Caliber Collision as an approved vendor. They had my car for a month repairing damage to the body. It was returned to looking really great. I was notified every step of the way, even when there was additional delay. Whenever I had questions, I had a primary point of contact who was very patient and kind to work with. Thank you Johnny. It was a very easy experience as they were also linked with Enterprise Rental so I didnt have to worry about anything and there was also no money exchange since the other driver was liable.

I wasn’t looking forward to having my car repaired but these folks made it completely painless from arranging my rental, to communicating, and to making my car look good as new. Great place! Had my car in and out very fast. Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Had two claims and they addressed both of them. Car looks great and paint job perfectly matched the rest of the car (its 7 years old)! Very friendly and efficient staff and it came with a lifetime warranty! Will definitely go back to Caliber in the future.

I took my car in based on shops that took AAA. I had to pay the deductible and insurance paid the rest. Communication with the shop was okay, they kept me pretty informed but the cost was absolutely crazy. There was a pre-work and post-work check, why would the post-work be DOUBLE the cost? Also, they had to replace a gasket and charged over $2,000 for it, which Ive never seen. It was obvious they were trying to over-charge insurance but due to that alone I would say they are and unethical and untrustworthy shop. I would not recommend.

I got my car towed here by AAA after I got in an accident. It was a bit surreal as it is after a car accident. No one was at the front so I walked to the office close by after waiting a while. Maybe Josie was just having a bad day but I had a really hard time getting a clear sense of what to do what they would do and I had to ask really specific questions to get her help. Like doing all the work in a conversation without knowing what I’m going towards. It felt aggressive and overwhelming and I felt strong armed into things that didn’t actually serve my situation. Luckily Johnny K came up and was super helpful and clear. He looked at my car and told me my options in a really concise calm way. He had really awesome customer service just by being kind and caring. 5 starts and a Shout out to Johnny I hope you get a raise. 🌟

Damien did not accomplish the main purpose for the repair, to repair the front bumper which was hanging off; he did get the insurance repair done, which Caliber had delayed for four months but did not take care of the bumper. He send me an email about it but it went to my junk mail and he never followed-up via phone or text, so he thought it would be okay to return the vehicle even though it wasnt driveable. Very disappointing. I was a loyal Caliber customer before this, but never again.

I loved the service here. I made an appointment the day I came in and was helped rather quickly. I had two small children with me and they were very kind to them even though the kids were a little rambunctious.There is an enterprise rent a car in the same building so it made getting a rental extremely easy.The man who took a look at my car was very respectful and respectable. I felt they were very honest with me as well.

Caliber is great, but this location is terrible. They broke something on my car while fixing it and sent me on a four month wild goose chase involving car dealerships to resolve it and never fixed it. Finally complained to their corporate office and they had it fixed in a week. Never going back to this location.My issues have been resolved but only after I complained to the corporate office. The South Lamar location had four months to resolve my issues and NEVER DID.

I came in to get an estimate. Alex (I think was his name) came out, looked at my car for maybe 30 seconds (not even touching anything besides glancing under the hood), exclaimed “this is going to be a couple grand”, and told me he’d email me the estimate later. Never did. What a great experience. Glad I didn’t choose to get my car fixed here if this is the little care their techs provide to potential customers.

Took my truck back because of some paint smudge on steering wheel, they got on it right away and took care of problem promptly without any hassle 👍👍

I have used Caliber Collision on South Lamar a few times in the last few years, just for occasional minimal body work, and every time I go, they are so easy to work with, and so thoughtful. They always exceed my expectations when it comes to how long it will take to get my car back, and they are always totally cordial, polite and friendly. This past visit I had, I worked with Renee, and she was just amazing. She got us in and out at drop off super quickly, and more than accommodated me when picking up my car. Even though I did have to go back and get something adjusted after the initial pick up, they were so efficient with getting it fixed that I have no complaints! I cannot say enough about these guys. Even though they didnt even fix my car, Johnny was super helpful in taking care of my car, making sure I was safe, and being a really great person in general. Everyone was really nice (Nelly, John), but Johnny really went above and beyond.

My insurance gave so much trouble in the repairs to my vehicle that i am confused. My car goes in on a claim due to some type of mechanical failure. I go to pick the car up and only the body work had been done. I proceeded to drive my car and almost had an accident right across the street from caliber. I take the car back to caliber but now no one will fix my mechanical parts so now i have to pick up a car that is too dangerous to drive. I lost my job when covid came and to be put in such an awkward position, hurts. The ladies at Caliber really tried to help but im still confused and out of a car.

I used Caliber Collision for my car repairs after a no fault accident to my rear bumper. They are a preferred provider to a lot of insurance companies and the location can get very busy at times, but the staff is always professional and friendly. They gave recommendations on the most economical solution instead of unnecessary time consuming repair. My car was repaired very quickly and without issue and I was able to drive it again without spending more time than I needed. I am very glad I went with them for my car repair, and would recommend them to other folks.

They are responsive, communicative and the final result was perfect. And they have Enterprise in house for convenience. So I just want to say that they are over-the-top in terms of customer service ... almost to a fault. They REALLY want to make you happy with all facets of the car repair process and they do. Hopefully I wont have to ever see them again, but if I do, I will gladly take my vehicle there. Thanks!!

My leather steering wheel cover was stolen from my vehicle while at this Caliber location. It was logged on intake after I brought it in, which they acknowledged, and they dont know where it went. No idea if it stolen by an employee or someone broke in.They asked for a few days to look for it and supposedly talk to the people who may have worked on it. They said theyd call back but didnt. After I called, I had to repeat everything. It didnt seem that they looked into it at all. Manager displayed no empathy or accepting responsibility, regardless if it was an employee or someone broke in while in their care. Its not an expensive item (~$20), so an apology, a refund for my loss, and a promise to try and prevent this in the future would have been enough for me. After pushing him on it, he finally offered to go over to pep boys to buy a similar product (which is why I am giving 2 stars, instead of 1) but would not offer a monetary refund so I could purchase a new one where I had bought it on Amazon.I didnt end up getting any auto work done, so I cant comment on that.

I had the most amazing service here! I really couldnt believe how polite and accommodating they were. They had everything ready for me at my appointment time. Both the caliber and enterprise staff at this location were friendly and efficient.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!I have only gone here because it was dealer recommended, there are many much, much better options that will save you time, money and your vehicle will actually look like it used to.Lets start with the fact that you will wait weeks for estimate and repair schedule and then even more for your car to be done, even if they dont find anything under the visible damage.If your car is in this shop already, I am sorry! But once your car is done, take your time and make sure that everything (like electronics such as radio, wipers, etc.) are functioning even if they just changed your rear bumper, and that all parts of your car are there and not missing, might take about an hour, but please dont sign anything until you make sure your car is complete, because once you sign it, its over.Their paint job is far from great, doesnt look anything like the original paint, as well as, I found some primer on the parts that were not supposed to be painted at all.Absolutely no attention for detail. They will change everything but wont fix the damages, sometimes the problem might not just be in changing a part but also in what holds that part. With that said, look for the gaps between the car parts (hood lit, bumper, etc.), it still might not be uneven by a lot, which may cause more damage from the rain.You may also want to test drive it too and see if you can hear any annoying sounds coming from the area it was fixed, because most likely it will be.Overall, I recommend you to do a research of your bodyshop very carefully, there are many much better options around that will actually fix your vehicle to a former glory for half of the time.

Great organization! I brought my Shelby Mustang in for a minor issue and Jason, Larry, Andres, and Rick went out of their way to help me even though was not a paying customer. I will remember that and visit them if my car is ever damaged in an accident.

The lady at the front was an awful heartless woman. I had gotten into an accident, my first accident, I had no idea what to do. I asked her for help and if I could park my car there while I figured it out and called who I needed to call. She said no despite me being in shock from a traumatic incident. Truly a heartless witch.

Caliber was nice enough, for a car body shop. Main issue I had, unrelated to actual repair was.....it was a cold morning and all the employees were walking around with steaming mugs of coffee. There was nothing as in NO COFFEE for the customers. I kid you not when I asked for some they got the customer carafe from the back, filled my insulated mug, and when I went outside it was icy cold. Coffee from day before??!! They even have a coffee bar for customers, someone take ownership of that!

This shop went above and beyond to help me when my car was totaled by a reckless driver and her insurance was trying to pull the rug out from under me. I appreciate how kind and understanding everyone at Caliber was throughout the process!

Today I got backed into and the person drove away. I was quoted at very high price and my insurance couldnt recover the damage due to my current policy. Definitely should be above 4 stars. Alex took care of my truck- Raptor- so I was a little worried about paint match and they nailed it! Fixed what is a tough fiberglass hood and qtr panel look. THey nailed it. took them 3.5 days, looks flawless and... I am pretty sure they washed the truck and cleaned it. That is above and beyond. USAA insurance sent me here and glad they did. I was hesitant but Alex won me over. A+ all around. THANKS!

I came in to have the damage to my new car assessed to determine if I wanted to file a claim or settle w/o insurance (the driver was a young kid on parents insurance). Everybody at this location was very friendly. After telling them my situation, they cleaned and buffed my bumper while it was sitting in the parking lot. In the end, no claim was filed and no expenses were paid. Faith in Humanity restored! :) Hopefully I will never have to visit a collision center in the future, but if I ever do, I am 100% confident that this location will once again provide excellent service as was demonstrated today.

These folks at the South Lamar location are just awesome! Reneé was just superb from start to finish. A big thank to the guy who stopped me as I was driving off to tell me my tail light was out. He promptly replaced it and said he didnt want me to get a citation during the holidays. He really didnt have to since Caliber worked on the front end of the vehicle but he did anyway. He went above and beyond great customer service. Oh, did I mention the repair work done on my daughters car was excellent.

While having to take a car in for collision repair is already a bad situation, Caliber really makes it as painless as possible. I have been very impressed with their process and love the real-time status updates via text. Ive never seen a feature like this before used in car service and it is tremendous. More than this process, however, is the extreme professionalism and grace demonstrated by my service representative, Rennae Speed. She made an unpleasant task as pleasant and effortless for me as possible and was sincerely interested in making sure that I was happy with my experience. She belongs in the Caliber Hall-of-Fame!

Took my vehicle in for damage on the driver side door. I got my vehicle back with a huge scratch on the hood. It looked like someone put tools on it and it slid off the hood, scratching it. They took it back to buff it out, but this obviously shows their lack of attention to detail and that theyre not using care with the vehicles. I will not be coming back.

Vehicle came back looking pretty good...but now since I have gotten the truck back a low engine pressure light keeps coming on? Truck rear ended another vehicle and so CC had to put stuff back together. I will give them credit for saying to bring it back in and they will look at it, but who really wants their people to try and figure out what they did wrong. I will take it back to the dealer to try and figure out the low engine pressure light...I am also disappointed that someone in CC or one of their detail shops helped themselves to personal property of mine! I know for a fact that my special gifted item was in my vehicle and when I got the truck back it is no longer there.It is sad that just b/c they have a sign that says-Not responsible for items in vehicles that this basically gives them a Free License to help themselves to whatever in your vehicle that they think they need more than you. They will then quote their sign and say they will not take responsibility for it happening on their watch.Positives are that they seem to be very nice people who care, but their work was subpar and the missing items soured it all for me. If I could go back in time...would choose another shop....

I was skeptical when my advisor gave me nothing but attitude when I arrived. I let them fix my car anyways because I didn’t really have the time to go anywhere else. Was really impressed with their work. Also my advisor was in a better mood when I picked up. So instead of me thinking she was biased towards me about somethin. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. But seriously take absolutely everything out of your car. My ozium air freshener of all things went missing. But my 100 dollar night vision glasses did not

Amazing group of people, great service and customer care. While in Austin during our family vacation my wife noticed the molding on the right front door of our GMC Yukon was about to fall off. Being a previous Caliber Collision customer, I thought Id drop my wife and daughters for a day of shopping and then I would go to their nearest location. Caliber Collision-South Lamar.I was going to ask if I could buy a piece of tape to hold in place our molding until we got back to Ft. Worth and not lose the piece of molding. I got there, spoke with Laura, asked if I could talk to a manager since I was going to try to by a product and not service. I explained my predicament; she called up Jason Hagman for me to talk to.Outside Jason and I looked at the right front molding in question, the right rear was starting to peel. I told Jason that the driver’s side door had already come off. We were lucky to have that one at home with no damage, and after our vacation we had talked about taking the truck over to our Caliber Collision to get them all fixed. I told him I was concerned about losing them on the trip and have a bigger expense of having to order the lost pieces of molding. Jason asked if he could take it to the back and have Glenn take a look at it. In a few minutes he came back to tell me that if I could wait for a couple of hours they could go ahead and tape it back. I was thankful that we would not be losing that piece and said it would be OK with me. In a couple of hours the truck was ready; Jason brought it out and showed it to me. Glenn had peeled all three pieces of molding left on the truck, removed the adhesive and re glued them back on the doors. I was amazed, it was more than I had expected. Jason said that they did not want me to lose any of the other pieces. That was a wonderful surprise.The kindness and initiative shown in the customer service by these members of Caliber Collision-South Lamar is what makes companies a success. Worst service ever. Never called me to tell me anything about my car

Always happy with the job they provide

Had an accident away from home and decided I should drop it off at the nearest caliber considereing I’ve worked with them before and have loved my previous work. Probably the worst decision I made taking it to the 1804 s Lamar location. The customer service is subpar. They lack the knowledge, ability, and desire to care for anyone’s vehicle and follow the appropriate steps when dealing with the insurance companies to get the job done right. I was told I had to pay for additional work they did without them calling me and prior to getting it approved through my insurance, it wasn’t until phoneing in multiple people and finally speaking to their regional manager that I was able to take care of that issue. Then when picking up my vehicle the office staff, and the office manager communicated by yelling to each other from room to room and the office manager even speaking negatively of me not knowing I was sitting out there waiting. Strange how customer service in one location makes you reevaluate ever doing business with this company again. Hopefully if you’re reading this you save yourself a headache and weeks worth of slow progress and just take your vehicle elsewhere.
