Rigorous admin seems very proud of doing exemplary workDoes many high end cars with excellent outcomes.They quoted me a higher price than a dealership known to do good work, but the final cost was slightly lower at CRC. I cared for 6 cars, so I was not a stranger to the system.

Initially I just wanted my windshield repaired bc I was going to go out of town and I had already called many body shops and all of them were booked until September/ October. I knew N. Lamar had many places that fixed windshields. However, when I arrive to this place the manager told me that they could get all my April hail storm damage fixed in three weeks. After, looking at their many 5 star reviews in the last 30 days I decided I would take my chance on them. I wasn’t let down, they delivered on everything. My car literally looks brand new. I had 12- 13 k in hail damage, all cosmetic. Now, I feel it drives even better than before. Go figure. I will recommend them to my family and friends, and will used them next time I need collision repairs! Yay!

I took my car here because I have Mercury Insurance and this is one of their partners. We had a hail storm a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to get it taken care of. From what I can tell Im pleased with the results. Id recommend them for collision repair and their customer service was very good.

I had a small chip in my door on my Z06 seabring orange tinted corvette. With any corvette owner especially high end cars it’s very difficult to give up the keys to get repairs like this done. I’ll tell you that they took very good care of my care especially during an ice store snow and now power by caring enough to keep her inside the garage and out of weather. Not only did they painted and fixed the small chip but another place in back quarter panel. They also fixed an issue on my back bumper. Tristian also gave me a great idea to carbon fiber my splitter wing and mirrors. They installed my New ZR1 front bumper and did amazing work. I think everyone there listen to my needs and wants and made it happen for me. That’s all a customer can ask for these days when people are busy working. They took the time to send pics and answered my calls. Highly recommend.

I trusted crc with my pride and joy. they treated me and my car with all due respect. my car looks like its right off the show room floor again.. they went overboard to make sure i was satisfied . alex knows what he is doing and is customer service oriented and makes sure they deliver what they promise. the manager is friendly and wants nothing but your satisfaction. if i ever need anything done again. i will go to them.. its a no brainer. only the best for me and my vehicles.

My name is Margot Green. We all know how traffic is in Austin. I have been hit at least 15 times since 2000. Inwas new to Austin, didnt know anyone since hit #1 so CRC is near my job, so I went there, and the owner Bruce will actually come out and greet you and speak to you. Well here we are 2020 and of course after 20 years my mind has never thought to get a get a free rental, or another company pay my deductible. They do great work, awesome work!! If you lucky you may bump into Bruce, but Tristan will take care of you just like Bruce would!!!!! Thank you for all your kindness, great work and hopefully I can go by and say HI !!!!!!

I was unfortunate enough to have two accidents in the month of April. Both times I had my car repaired by CRC and was very pleased with the results! The body work was done very well and the customer service was great, Alex even recognized me when I came back the second time. They had my rental waiting for me when I dropped my car off and took it back to the rental center when I picked up my car. Both times the repairs were done faster than estimated! I have been very pleased with the service I have received, and I hope I dont have any more fender benders but if I hear of anyone needing repairs I will be recommending CRC!

Super helpful guys. My car came out looking as if it was never hit. Extremely professional work and pretty fast. They also gave me ride to the rental and were open on Saturday for me to pickup. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible service, they said they would take care of it and never did. So now several months later we get a certified letter in the mail, a bill of $500.00, a storage fee. They wrecked our car in their parking lot, bented the frame, more damage than what we did.
