Let me start this by saying that my experience with Twomey AW couldnt have been a better one. I had a gnarly dent and deep scratch in the hood of my beloved Miami Blue Porsche that I decided I couldnt live with anymore. I was pretty much resigned to the fact that the fix would end up not being a perfect match, but I figured it was better than the alternative - having to look at that eyesore everyday. Simply put - Twomey fixed the dent and repainted the entire hood PERFECTLY. I swear the paint match could not have been better, and this wasnt a cookie cutter color, either. Cherry on top? The price was very reasonable. I will be going back for any and all paint / bodywork in the future. Blown away.

I am a professional female who grew up with shade tree mechanics in my family. When I see quality, integrity, and professional service, I claim it! Twomey Auto Works is that place. After a dreadful experience at another repair shop (with whom my family had dealt with for years!), I gave Twomey a try based on reviews I saw. They were amazing. Fixed my problem for 1/3 of what the other place estimated. I won’t go anywhere else. If you need work done, give them a try. Brad is helpful, prompt, and direct; their mechanics will do a great job!!

Really happy with how my new bumper install went, guys were professional and helped with some small things free of charge. Even got a tour around the shop. Although they may not be the cheapest option out there, its certainly worth the peace of mind that your car will end up as expected.

You should absolutely, 100%, no doubt go in to see these guys.A few weeks ago I was side swiped by this old woman in traffic who had no idea what she did and drove off, minor collision, but it REALLY mangled my drivers side front door. We originally took the car to a shop my dealership recommended, called Caliber Collisions. The man there quoted me $3,300 and 2 weeks time, AS A STARTING POINT, claiming that the wiring, seal, and alarm on the doors would be off if they didn’t completely overhaul everything. Not knowing anything about cars, I laughed at him and told him we’d be going elsewhere. The very next place I went was Twomey Auto, thank God. $1305.00. 5 days. No hassle. No haggle. No trying to take advantage of me. Nice, clean, professional... they checked every box over there. Now, I know enough to know a little bit of body work doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about a shop, but on merits I highly recommend that you at least go in here for a quote. They might save you $2,000 and a week of your life like they did for me. I very much appreciate y’all.

I just picked up another car that I had repaired by Don and his crew. It looks great and rides great. This was the same 2011 Subaru Outback Don painted when it was one month old. The paint was not yet available on the market and he had to custom mix a three part white metallic pearl. Super difficult. I know because my college room mate painted cars. Don refused to let the car leave until the paint was perfect. Nine years later you still couldn’t tell it had been painted, that’s quality and craftsmanship. The car was back after an accident that required almost $5000 of repairs including lots of suspension work. The car rides great. Don wanted to make sure the car was safe for my 16 year old daughter before he released it to me. Don has been working on my cars since 1994 he has done about 6 projects for me. I can say enough good things about him and his shop.

My wife and I raised three teenagers and my wife used to have a heavy foot. Needless to say the Twomey crew has done 10 different repairs on about that many cars. I was recently in a collision becauses a driver turned right from the left lane in front of me. Today, I picked up my car and it looks brand new! It it rare to get a good price, high quality, and great service all at once, but that is what I got. One time and one time only, I took my car to an insurance companys approved shop. THE BEST SHOP IN TEXAS! I was incredibly deceived after an 18-wheeler slammed into my car and denied liability for it. She sat outside my house for two months before Austin Speed Shop told me to check out Twomey Auto Works. I had been to a few other body shops (4) in town and none of them wanted to touch the car. I got a lot of “What year is that??” and “Oh boy smh” type responses.It wasn’t until I pulled up to Twomey Auto Works where I started to feel a sense of hope. Right off the bat, they looked at the damage, let me know what they could do and what might not come out perfect. I was totally understanding and was just so happy that they were willing to do the work. By the following week, I picked up my vehicle and was absolutely stunned. I recently got my car fixed at Twomey and have honestly never had a better experience related to my car.Tanner said he would send me a quote for the work by the afternoon and I had the quote within 20 minutes. That was pretty much indicative of the entire experience. They repaired my car in less than a week, the cost was very reasonable, and it probably looked better than it did when it was new.This is the only place Ill be taking my car should I need repairs in the future.

Twomeys is simply the BEST! And I should know, since, unfortunately, I have had my car there more times than I would like over the years.Their workmanship is impeccable, their customer service reliable, helpful, and friendly. And -- very important -- I know I can trust them. My only gripe - Cmon, guys, you should have frequent crasher cards for your customers!

Went in to ask if I could have a rear wing spoiler installed in my Corvette z06, They asked to bring my car in( I was not driving it that day) told them that I only wanted a ball park estimate,showed him pictures on my cell,it was a bolt on spoiler nothing needed painted or such. The gentleman and excuse me but I do not recall his name, told me to wait that he was going to ask his painter,body work guy.When he came back he said that we are just too busy man and I did not even spoke to any one.And now I am glad they did not laid a finger on my corvette. That kind of service where they cannot even give speak to you or recommend another shop to take your vehicle is just very bad service.Went to Austin Corvette and had it installed and out the door in less than 5 hours.I am sure other clients have had great experience, but all clients should be treated the same with equality to all.

Twomey Auto Works really did a great job repairing my bumper on my 1993 Dodge Ramcharger. They were extemely professional and updated me periodically on the status of my repair. They even went the extra mile and detailed my truck...it hasnt looked this great in years!!! I would completely recommend them for all your repair needs.

Twomey did a great job replacing my fender at a much lower cost than the other quotes I got. I had my car back in 3 days, washed and vacuumed, and they even fixed an older ding on the door!

I went in to have a headlight- bulb replaced. I had called a few places prior to going to Twomey and those places had quoted me anywhere from $60-$113 dollars. The man at Twomey told me to come in and they would look at it which I did immediately. Not only did he replace the light in less than 5 minutes- he took a few moments of his time to show me how it was done so I could repeat in the future if needed.He charged me nothing for the service being as easy as it was to do, but it meant a lot that he took the time to show me how it was done.Customer service goes such a long way- and not being from the Austin area I felt SO comfortable coming here and would recommend this shop to everyone!

I highly recommend Twomey. Shortly after moving to Austin I was in a minor traffic accident. The other driver was at fault, and their insurance company performed an inspection and gave me a damage estimate. I took it to Twomey and they made the repairs within the estimated time window and didnt mark up the cost. They did call me about one or two additional repairs they could make, but these were things I had known about and had been putting off. They were legitimate repairs - Twomey didnt nickel and dime me. They were polite and professional throughout the repair. I will definitely swing more business their way!
