I took my car to this shop because of the good reviews online. I feel that they did a good job on the repairs, their customer service is lacking a little. I went to pick up my car because they said it was ready, but when I got there, they had not put the pin striping back on the front fenders. They said that they would come to my home or work to do it later, but I am still waiting on that. Also, the owner was out of the office and had taken my keys with him, which meant that I had to wait for him to get back before I could take my car home. They were not good about calling with updates either. All in all, I think they do good work. They just need to work on the customer service.

First, the owner Johnny told me that the insurance did not give him enough money to fix the hood, though that is where the damage was. ??? He did not replace the bumper or the fender. There was still air bubbles In the paint also. When I got home I noticed damage to my back drivers door. The next day he claimed I brought in the car that way, but when we pulled up the pictures we saw that there was no damage When i first brought in my car. He then begins to yell and accuse me of causing that damage to my own car!!! He also had the nerve to tell that he would fix it for $300. He believes that bc I am female he can take advantage of me. Go somewhere else guys, he is a thief.

When I got home i noticed that their was air bubbles on the paint that the he had damaged my car. The next day he claimed that the car was damaged when I brought it in, but when the other worker pullled up the pics we saw that there was no damage originally. He then started yelling at me and accusing me of doing damage to my own car!!! He believes that he can take advantage of me bc I’m female. Please please go save your money and go to honest reputable people

Great work. I took my car to johnny twice and he did a great job both time. One time I had to pay out of pocket and he really worked with me and explained each part he had to replace on my car to me. Very professional.

Awesome experience! Johnny was very helpful and my car looks better than before I bought it even after my accident! He is very honest and will hook you up! This is the best place to bring your car for any body work!

Raterro !!! I delivered my car to Fix Auto Collison with Johnny (902 sagebrush dr. Austin Tx. 78758.) They gave me a car that was damaged and all the glass in front was broken. When I went to get my car, Johnny told me that the insurance company did not give him the full money for my car. I do not fix the fender, hood or bumper. I just paint my bumper. And when I got home I realized that the paint was not dry and my car was damaged. The next day I returned to the shop and Johnny told me that I had delivered the car like that, and he told me that if I gave him $ 300 dollars he would fix it. When you take the photos, we see that there was no damage to my car originally. He charged me with accusing me of damaging my own car !!! Please use an honest person. Johnny will take your advantage.
