Had to have my front bumper replaced due to a minor collision. They were very quick to get me in and got everything covered with insurance in a very timely manor. Got a call the day after I dropped it off informing me the parts were already on there way in and the turn around for everything to be done would only be a week from my drop off date. As they were working on it they were notifying me of everything they found and what all they had to replace. I received my vehicle on time and was very satisfied with the work that had been done. Will definitely come back to them for any type of body work I need in the future.

Eric and his team provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to fix my car after a minor fender bender. They even replaced the headlights as well! I also brought my car back for a minor issue and Eric fixed it free of charge. Cannot recommend them enough.

After a hit and run I was directed here to have my brand mew car repaired. They did a wonderful job, had great attention to detail and were very nice. I had to call and check on the status a few times but they always answered and got me an update and when I picked the car up they were still working on cars at 8 pm so clearly busy but still diligent and got my car looking brand new again!

This is the first bad review I am ever writing. I brought my veichle in at the end of May and it took over 2 months to finish a 2-3 week job. The work itself was good but they missed some spots. The part that I am the least satisfied with is the poor communication skills. They called me back once while I had to call over 20 times to see what the status of my veichle was. Non stop change in management and I could never get a hold of someone that knew what was going on.

At the end my truck looks good but they had it for over 2 months with minimal to no updates unless I reached out, once I picked it up they had forgotten do finish 3 things that were obvious. Once the parts came in a month later I scheduled an appointment for a 20 minute fix upon arriving there were no servicemen available (at my scheduled appointment time) and then after returning an hour later when employees were there my 20 minute fix took over 2 hours...

He explained how the shop was undergoing a big transition in transferring from the previous shop to gerber, and how things weren’t quite up to brand at the time. Scott was very professional and helpful and I appreciate him doing what he could to make things right.Initial review:Take your car to gerber collision if you want to get robbed. I was not informed it was going to cost my insurance more than 10k to fix my car and I owe far less on it. Nobody at gerber bothered to ask for my approval to start working on my car. What was supposed to take 3 weeks that was estimated in the beginning turned into 3 months with zero updates. Every single time I got an update is because I reached out and called them, they were silent for weeks on end. At the end, they did not reimburse me for the rental when they said they would.

This is my formal notice I will be canceling service with your company and changing providers if Im not provided with an accurate timeline and formal completion date. I have actively reached out multiple times and the final completion date has been ignored with zero communication from your team.I will also adjust the review Appropriately bases on your companys response.

They allowed me to pre-order my parts and keep driving my vehicle till the parts arrived. Then they were very fast in fixing my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to be in a rental very long! Ralph was extremely helpful and honest. He didn’t try to upset me and helped me save money.

From beginning to end, Ralph provided me with timely (done in 24 hours!), transparent, friendly and professional customer service. Body work is never cheap, especially with a luxury vehicle. Went in for some nasty dents on my roof rail. The guys here are super kind, a bunch of gentlemen. Austin Capital Collision gave me the cheapest quote I could find, did superb work and stayed within the quote. They cleaned my entire trucks exterior and even replaced a missing bolt near my gas cap free of charge (the bolt had been missing for a long time, I had never bothered to fix it). There is absolutely no sign of damage and the paint is matched perfectly. It looks brand new! Would definitely recommend!

Been over 3 weeks and theyve told my boyfriend 5 times now that well call you when your car is ready but they never do. I understand taking a while to wait for parts to come in, but the communication on their part has been extremely poor, to put it gently.EDIT: Carlos is the most competent employee we encountered here: he specified what time he would call back, and followed through on it. The car was returned clean and with a lifetime warranty. I’ll bump the review up to 3 stars, but there was still a lot of communication issues until Carlos stepped in.

I took my truck to Capital for some scratches to be removed and touch up a few spots on the hood that the paint was chipped. When I pick up my truck it looked brand new, I could not be leave that was my truck. Highly recommend them for any body work that your vehicle may need.

I highly recommend this place! They are fair, honest, and easy to work with. The owner, Eric, is also a very nice man and very accommodating to any special issues that come up.Due to some claim issues, my car was in their shop for almost 2 months. They were always honest about why it was taking so long and even offered to pay for a rental. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of the body work and how my truck looked after it was finished!

Awesome place. If you want to go in on a Saturday they are open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. by appointment only. I went in on a Saturday for a preliminary estimate that involved taking pictures and leaving my information. On Monday morning my estimate arrived via email and since I am busy throughout the week I thought I was not able to drop off my car. I called the office and was given several options to drop off my car after business hours and was given a time of 7 pm if I needed to or I can bring it in on a Saturday. I dropped off my car after hours and they worked their magic. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely be taking my business to them from now on and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

They did a good job with my car and the price was very very reasonable, less than what I expected. I liked how they cleaned the car in and out after being done. The final price ended up being exactly like the estimate, so no surprise there. They even drive me to work after I dropped of the car. Not giving 5 stars just because they told me it was a one day job when I went in for the estimate, and then it took 3 days which was very annoying.

I cant speak highly enough of this place. First of all the people that work here are very friendly, and not in a fake customer service kind of way. They are genuine people and there is a personal touch that you will not get at a place like Caliber Collision or Service King. I called before I went here and told them that I had a bad experience with Caliber in the past and asked why I should choose their shop compared to Caliber. The competence and genuine concern for my situation that I received in the answer from the person I talked to sold me immediately. Lastly, and most importantly, the work quality here is fantastic. I am VERY particular about my car. They used only new OEM parts to fix my car and it literally looks like nothing ever happened and, in some ways, better than before the collision. The attention to detail (and trust me, I look at the details) is immaculate. My heart was broken when somebody hit my Honda and ran but this shop made the whole experience so much better than it could have been. This is a late review, but I wanted to make sure I gave credit, where credit is due. I had an accident during the holidays, and when I called my insurance they told me Austin Capital Collision was one of the auto shops under their preferred list. I called all of the ones on the list and they either wanted to see the car first to quote me, but I had to make an appointment, or they were not helpful during a stressful time. Capital Collision said come on over they looked at the car and told me what the process would be. They were not pushy and gave me time to think. I decided go with them. Not only did they do a great job, but they did it fast! Muriam, Stacey, Dave, and everyone else I interacted with, were so friendly. Know this: I could not have asked for a better job putting my Toyota FJ Cruiser back together. It looks gorgeous and, after the front end alignment was brutally knocked out of whack, the SUV drives as good as new. The lines on the damaged front fender, the door, the hood and the entire front grill and bumper are perfect and the paint job is beautiful. From the very beginning to picking up the vehicle, Austin Capital Collision (ACC), was personable and professional and kept in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. Plus, the vehicle was practically detailed when I picked it up. It was as clean as a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend ACC for your vehicle body repair needs. Its an absolute great place with great people. There are many places in Austin with great reviews and Im certain which do spectacular vehicle body work. Nevertheless, I chose ACC and will return there in a heartbeat if needed. One more note: I reviewed several Google and Yelp reviews when trying to choose a body shop place after my April 2018 accident. When I picked up my vehicle I mentioned to one of the ACC gentlemen that ACCs reviews were virtually perfect; he replied he had not read any of them. Thought that was pretty sharp. At least one of their representatives was not too concerned about their reviews, but only concerned about their end product and that this customer was satisfied. Again, for some reason, just thought that was impressive.

Im giving three stars because my car was pretty smashed and they mostly fixed it but there have been several issues in doing so. First, I had a bent brake rotor which they somehow didnt notice when test driving even though it was loud every single time I braked. They fixed it then I had to go back for many minor cosmetic issues. I expect my car to look like it did before it was hit. Next, the most annoying issue is that they lost a small trim piece and its been a month and I still do not have it. I understand its just cosmetic but my car is not complete.I should not have to call on a weekly, sometimes twice a week basis to check on it because they keep forgetting even though its not my job to retrieve this piece. Im a patient person - I waited two months for my car to get fixed but its almost two months after I originally got it back and Im still dealing with this shop. They should care that this car looks like a brand new car because it was a brand new car when it was wrecked but I feel like Im the only one that cares.
