My friend referred me to Eli. my car wasnt drivable so he came to me to give me a free estimate. I did an insurance claim, and he saved me money on my deductible. my car was good as new when I got it back. Great service. Thanks you guys are awesome

My friend who took her insurance claim to this guy now has a car that has not been repaired and Eli does not return her phone calls. How can she file a complaint? He does not seem to be registered as a licensed facility. What have any of the others done to hold this guy/business accountable???

Just recieved a call from Eli after 1 1/2 month of excuses, that the city of Austin has shut him down and hes not too sure of when my car will be ready. I called my insurance agent to report this and was informed that he went to check because of some discrepancy and found my car untouched. They hadnt laid a hand on it and were trying to collect money for parts that werent necessary.Dont trust these guys . I am having serious regrets .

Eli will rip you off! He will rip your insurance company off- this guy worked on my 06 accord- and used junkyard parts- did a horrible mechanical Job putting car and engine parts back together- horrible paint, no primer, didnt replace running board he just did a horrible bondo job- no working air bags..... and he was paid top dollar! 4 grand! This guy had criminal investigation for insurance fraud- he has had multiple report made through the apd for fraud. This guy is a real piece of work...check his face book page for his shop..... Im not the only victim
