Great service! I had some hail damage on my car. I went in Tuesday for estimates and they had me in the next day. All was was completed the next day. Did not have to wait days like other shops told me. Work came out amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I took my car to AMM Collision after a car accident. They were incredibly professional and all repairs were completed in a timely manner. The staff was also very patient and helpful.

I had extensive repairs done at this location after a tree fell on my car. I received regular updates from the office while my car was with them and then incredible customer service from the staff when I noted a few missed issues. Greatly appreciated their integrity and honesty. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, they’ll be first on my list of body shops to call.

AMM Collision was recommended to repair the damage done to our car after it was rear-ended in an accident. I interacted with Lynn Womble the manager. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the repair process and patiently addressed all my questions. He took care of working all the relevant details with the other partys insurance company. The car was ready ahead of schedule and the repair, so far, looks high quality. He also assured life time satisfaction for the work they did. Working with Lynn was a pleasure. I give him and AMM Collision high marks!

I am only reviewing their customer service not their work. I had been trying to get in touch with someone since August. I made multiple calls and text messages and finally was able to speak to the receptionist in November!! My house is 2 blocks from their shop and it was completely undrivable. They wanted me to pay for a tow to get my truck there and then Id have to pay for the tow back to my house if I couldnt afford the quote. I asked if since I am so close (walking distance) could they swing by on their way home and just look since a tow would cost more money. Receptionist told me she would speak to her boss and call me back that day...its December and still no call. Finally found another place and they came with no issues. 4900$ repair I was more than willing to give to AMM but they wouldnt even call me back.

This was just for the estimate phase. They were friendly and did not waste any time. They are incredibly busy due to a recent storm.

I drove into a DRYER on the HWY at 60 moh. My car looks perfectly brand new. They do great work there and are friendly and keep you informed of delays. I recommend them 100%

Left paint chips on door that was worked on. Clear coated over the chips. Still waiting for a phone call to touch up the chips.

Ive taken several vehicles here on different occasions for insurance body work. I have always left very satisfied with the service and everyone I spoke with.

Excellent quality and service! My rear bumper had a few bad scratches and they fixed it beautifully. Now it looks brand new and I didnt have to replace the rear bumper. They even painted a replacement towing cover for my other car for free. I highly recommend this place.

I had issues with my car side mirror indicator. Manuel who is the service advisor helped me to get it fixed. He had to order 3 times for the correct part so i donot have to replace the complete mirror which costs around $2000, was done in $300 because of his effort / genuine nature to get correct part and help customer.Honest and great people working at this location. Front desk lady is also very patient and welcomes customers nicely.I definitely recommend this location for car body shop needs.They did my car detailing and handed it over neatly.

My car looks BEAUTIFUL!She was my grandparents car and I just lost the last of them, so I have done my best to honor them by keeping her in great shape. She has never been in a wreck-until she got side swiped on the way to work last week. 😳The kids at AMM Collision started their work on Friday and had her waiting for me on Tuesday night. Im sure I looked like a freak in their parking lot, pointing and exclaiming at my car! Manuel was a great guy to deal with and their receptionist Ruby was friendly and abiding the whole time, much less the great job their technicians did on my baby! I give em 5 stars, guys.

AMM always does great work and in less time than expected.

The service here is individualized and efficient. I felt like I was more than a number. The primary work done here is car body repair, and the work is high quality and reasonably priced. Communication about the status of repairs is excellent, by text message, email and phone. Highly recommended.

AMM went above and beyond my expectations. My car was sideswiped and just about the whole passenger side was damaged. The paint job and shell make it look like I just pulled it off the lot. They shampooed my front seats and cleaned it all out. I was so surprised and very impressed. I would definitely go back and refer any of my family and friends (hopefully I won’t have to use them again lol)

I had the folks @Ellis & Salazar take a quick look at my sedan and got a free touch up for the bumper in about a half hour. then, they got me a quote by noon that day for what the complete job would entail & cost. its my second time dealing with these guys. theyve been terrific to work with, per my experience.thank you.

My 2004 Nissan Titan took a hit from a deer. Thankfully the team at Ellis and Salazar Anderson Mill made it look even better than before it hit the deer. They supplemented appropriately for what the estimate did not cover and even cleaned up some little things as a nice gesture. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting high quality and honest repairs.

Amazing customer service and high quality work. I took a truck in for repair with damage to my front passenger side and bumper. Larissa greeted me warmly and pointed out more damage than what I noticed as well as explaining the process of repair. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she even let me drop it off that same day. They kept me informed with text updates and calls. Larissa even stayed a few hours late to deliver my truck to me earlier than expected and informed me they fixed some minor scuff marks on the other side also. I highly recommend this place for repair to anyone who aask.They did wonderful work and in a very timely fashion! Ask for Larissa!

BEST SERVICE EVER! Joey and Ashlynn are warm, friendly and helpful. I have now been here THREE times, unfortunately. The work is perfect with a lifetime guarantee. This last time, my dog ate the drivers side seat belt!! These guys were totally awesome and squeezed me in the very next day; I got a car wash too!

I walked in expecting to leave my truck for a few days at the least to repair a grinding noise. After a short 5 minute drive with Lynn, he immediately knew what the issue was and popped out the dent causing the noise on the spot free of charge.Although this probably won’t be the case for others, I trust and would recommend taking any vehicle to them for future estimates and repairs!Thanks again Lynn!

The estimation was very quick as well as the repairing, it is a great body shop which was recommended by my daughter.

They said it would take eight days to repair my car; and the state it was in, that was about half the time I had been expecting. Imagine my surprise when it was ready after only five days! That was to replace the drivers front door, repaint the whole left side, and repair some frame damage in front of the door. Very impressed! They did well last year, too, when we encountered a deer with a death wish. Loyal customer, right here!

My car was not repaired well at all .The rep was not helpful at all.Lets review my experience.1. The rep never gave me quote that was promised2. The rep never called and gave updates when promised.3. The doors paint that they did was not finished and has defects .4. The doors were not hung correctly.5. The inside now has damage that was not there before and I was not told about it.6. Rep called me the day before my car was supposed to ready in panic mode because they could not find a part . I had to get the part number at the dealership.7. The billing should have been taken care of days and even a week before. I was told he had not gotten it updated so this had to be escalated the day of delivery.8. The lower door is now damaged because the door was not hung .9. The glass was damaged and not looked at.10. Did I mention I got my car back not clean at all.When I pointed out the paint defect that they did I was yelled at and my keys were taken and the went back to work on it .11. The roof rail should have not been taken off of it was not going to be put back on correctly.12. The rep explained that being side swiped at 45 to 50 miles an hour is not really a bad accident.In the end I left with my car because I was tired of being verbally and physically disrespected. It has been a week and after speaking with family and friends I was encouraged to write the review .The excuse I received from the rep was this car is old..

No track of orders, took forever and demanded constant follow-up. The worst the car was not fixed correctly so I had to take it back

Kept us in the loop during the repair.The work was better than expected. Panel gaps aligned perfectly, paint flawlessly blended and smooth, rough edges very minimal, great attention to details and they were able work out new OEM replacement parts with the insurance carrier. (The car was rear ended)Ive been in my fair share of accidents and have used a couple shops around Austin, this has- by far, been the best work and experience Ive had. I hate to admit, but Im extremely critical of body and paint-work, our car was damaged at no fault of our own and expect the car returned as close to factory condition as possible.

Ive had my car worked on twice here. Once I got my drivers side slammed into and the second time I messed up my front bumper - bad. They fixed my car excellently. The staff gave me timely updates and the mechanics fixed my car really well both times. I hope not to wreck again soon but if I do I know Ill bring my car here.

As of right now I am pretty upset with this company. I was in an accident and dropped my car off to be repaired a week ago, I was told my car would be done this past Friday, so I go to pick it up and they tell me that they pulled a clear coat off of my front fender that wasnt even being worked on, but that they would fix it free of charge. There was ZERO communication before hand, in my updates they said that they will call if there is any issues, but as I said ZERO COMMUNICATION. Fast forward to an extra three days later my completetion time keeps getting pushed up, it was 9am, then 12pm, 4:30pm, and now after calling them Im told that its probably going to take another day. Overall I definitely dont recommend this company.

Short cut place for insurance claims. I do not recommend to go there to process insurance claims. I waited an hour and half for bumper replacement. they were only going to sand it repaint it when my bumper had a punctured part on it.... no.... I went else where.

Fast and has Geico in house to claim insurance

I took my car in for a repair from a deer side swipeing me it took a month for a bumper fix and head light replacement and now my right headlight doesnt shine bright as the left one lol but the customer service was decent.

Called for a quote and the guy wouldnt work with me. He told me to bring it in... I just needed a little customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. They had no intention of keeping me updated about my car, forcing me to call for updates. The worst was calling in the morning and having to call back the next day after being promised a call within the hour after a meeting. To top it all off, my car was late two weeks past the original deadline and minimal help for rentals. Would not return under any circumstance.

I was a walk-in, and the 1st plus was that it was a friendly, clean environment. Then they went out of their way to take care of me! I will be back!
