They have done body work for us three times. We keep going to them because they do good work.

My 18 Kia got busted in a couple of spots, including a dent that was very challenging. These guys got both areas looking just like new, and at a fair price (I did a bit of comparison shopping). Recommended.

Seems ilke a scam to me. Stopped to ask for a quote for my car. Someone took the VIN no and told me that they will call me back. Never called. If something happens to my car this is the first place I’ll think of.

Daniel bailed me out at like 1 in the morning when I had 2 flats and a busted rim, then had the hook up for literally everything that was wrong with the car and helped me find a ton of deals and discounts with everyone he knows in the industry. The front bumper on my 1990 Honda Accord EX was destroyed in an accident. (Im the original owner from 30 years ago and so Im attached to this Honda). Most collision and body shops wouldnt even give me a quote or touch my car because my Honda is so old.) One referred me to Big Boys. I called Big Boys and Oscar Trevino said he could help, knowing the repair would be difficult. Not only did he help me; when Oscar returned my car the front bumper on my Honda Accord looked BRAND NEW, just like it did when I bought it 30 years ago. Many thanks to Big Boys and Oscar Trevino.

The plastic on my car needed new fasteners or more so I brought my car in. Within 5 minutes they took care of me and charged me basically nothing! They were so friendly and easy going. DEFINITELY going back if I ever need service in the future!

Supposed be be open at 8am, but there is no one around. Called the number and can’t even leave a message. How does a business run like this?

Worst experience ever. Very poor communication. Had to continually call for updates. Oscar is rude and unprofessional. Took them 3 weeks to replace a rotor, wheel, and tire on a basic Honda Accord. Once my vehicle was returned to me, I discovered that they never realigned my suspension. Had to take my car to another place to be fixed.Oscars advice to my frustration for slow service, I guess you shouldnt have hit the pothole then..Would give 0/5 stars if possible.

They changed managers chuey and cody were great always ready to help this new guy told me the Insurance company would total my car thats what he would do my car is being repaired at another shop and will be ready in 3weeks cant review the work because they didnt do any and never will again I used to bring all my business there I now go elsewhere

Service king quoted me $3000 for body work drove down to big boys got it done for $800. They even took off some of the cost because it didn’t cost that much. I was out of town when they finished my car and they where able to get me in touch with my car and key when they where closer and the employee was on vacation. Highly recommend one of the best experiences I’ve had with a car guy!

These guys are awesome! I ended up taking both of my cars to them because they quoted me half the price of what my usual place quoted me. Theyre super honest and made sure to communicate to me all the different ways with price points they could go about finishing my body work. I dont have enough good things to say about Big Boys, and Ill be coming back for any future repair!!

This place is fantastic! I was rear ended in January, and took my car here. They worked with the persons insurance so that my car wouldnt be totalled. Came out looking better than before. Im now picking up my car again from Big Boy as it was hit by a drunk driver in April. And once again they worked with the insurance to fix my car without totalling it.

These Big Boys bring credit to the profession! They were cheerful, honest, and prompt. I was nervous about taking my new car to them, but they made sure that it got careful treatment. This is a pretty good home town place to take your car. Nice and friendly people. They make you feel welcomed. I was really impressed by the friendly employees. I would recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are great. I have been taking all of my vehicles here for years. From my fleet vehicles to my Cadillac, they do it all.

This is a good place to take your vehicle for repairs they will help you and talk about what will happen in the process. any time you need help just call and they will listen and help. The owner is doing a great job.

Would happily take my business here again if I need it. Owners and staff were no nonsense and gave me a quote that they stood by until the end of an excellent job.

Great price, fast turnaround

The Enterprise rent a car guys on Manchaca suggested them and our 2000 DeVille looks brand new. Cody, Chuy, Jessie and all of the guys did a fantastic job. Parts and labor were well within the budget set by the insurance know it all and they got the job done in less than a week after the parts arrived. I would even consider taking the other cat to them for cosmetic touch ups. These guys ROCK!

They get Zero stars from me, but it wouldnt let me post w/o at least 1 star selected!!! Should be called Big Fat Liars Automotive! They had vehicle 7 WKS & were caught in more lies than you can imagine. Constant excuses & terrible service.They never communicated any progress or problems with us, we always had to call them. And the kicker is when they finally said it was ready, parts are missing & it still has many problems.. I dont know how they are still in business!!

This review was a long time in the making. I could not be happier with the team at Big Boys Collision Center. The team I worked with included Chuy and Oscar (the owner).Backstory:I got rear-ended by a person with no license or insurance and didnt have uninsured motorist coverage on my policy...which I recommend especially here in Austin (lots of people dont have coverage apparently). My insurance company originally said the damages would be around $1400 and I would have to pay a $500 deductible to REPAIR the damage to both my front and backend of my car. After visiting Big Boys, Chuy told me that if they repaired the damages, they couldnt insure it because it would likely not hold. They recommended replacing the front and back bumper along with some of the parts that go underneath. So Chuy worked with me and the insurance company to get them to agree it needed to be replaced and increase the coverage amount to $2200. There was a lot of back and forth with the company not wanting to pay but Big Boys stood by me the entire way through.In the end, the final quote came back and it was a bit higher than I expected. Oscar, the owner, called me directly to talk it over. I wont go into details but he reviewed my repair and decided he would help out on some of the cost. He didnt have to do this, but decided to in order to make a customer happy that was flustered by the whole experience of going back and forth with the insurance company and having to come out of pocket for an accident that was not my fault.I would highly recommend Big Boys to anyone who needs their vehicles repaired. These are honest people of character and I will definitely be visiting them again.

Went to get my car looked by reference from an auto repair place to drive up to this location at 5:20 doors locked and no one answer phone. Dont advertise that place is open till 6:00 if close up early. Took my business elsewhere.
