Was purchasing a vehicle through them within same day of pickup had to replace stereo system and speakers, 3 days later wipers acted up and wouldnt shut off, as well as the shifter came disconnected from the transmission. A week later noticed all tires was dry rotted out and had to replace them. To top it off the vehicle they was selling me was a 2006 Trailblazer with 140k miles for $17,000 due to high interest even though I paid a high down payment. I was told by many not to go through them but did anyways. When the vehicle got repoed due to covid layoff they didnt offer to work with me even though I paid almost $11,000 already on the vehicle. They took it to court and set it up for auction which they got all but $3000 of the remaining amount yet insisted that the remainder amount is still $10,404. Thank god for bankruptcy or else I wouldnt been able to get out from under this chaotic mess.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. A loyal customer who faithfully makes payments on time. Made a huge payment to hurry and pay it off. The account manager moves peoples money around to meet her own agenda. TO KEEP her own job without consulting anyone. My loan will be paid off 3 years early and I have never been so disrespected by a company. DO NOT GO HERE!
