I was a loyal customer of Bud Clary for 12 years. I bought my car from them in 2009 and pretty much exclusively took it here to get serviced. They helped me out over and over again and I was happy with them for so long that even after I moved from Auburn I make the drive to Bud Clary. That’s why they get two instead of one. I planned on buying my next car there. However, my latest two service jobs, both since Covid, were so bad that I am switching mechanics for good, even though I still have oil changes that I’ve paid for in advanced. I don’t care. It’s just not the same. Incredibly poor communication. Infinite excuses for bad service with zero accountability. After four days with my car for pretty simple fixes, my check engine light came on within two minutes of driving. The light was not on when I brought it in. Over $2,000 to drive away with more problems. I will never return.
The sales staff were absolutely great! Very efficient & patient. Daniel & Trenton were awsome, the easiest & smoothest process to buy a car we have ever had!The vehicle prices are very good & I compared them to many, many dealers, Hyundai & other makes. The financing was also super efficient & easy to complete.I will definitely be telling others about this wonderful dealership!
I have had my Chrysler vehicle serviced here for last couple years and this is by far the best Bud Clary Chrysler and Dodge dealership in the area for customer service and fair pricing. The customer service rep Ethan is a standout at this dealership and always explains everything that is going on with my vehicle and what needs to be done or not done. I cant say the same for other Chrysler Dodge dealerships in the South Puget Sound area this is the only one that I will take my car to for service!

I’ve been buying Ram trucks for several years. My current 2019 new body Ram 1500 is the second new one I’ve purchased from Bud Clary. During this time I have always taken the trucks to Matt Hodges in the Service Department. Matt has provided me with excellent service for many years now, he always gives me the recommendations for additional service but isn’t pushy about it. I’m an extremely busy dude and when Matt and I discuss time, I am always assured my truck will be ready by the time discussed.I will continue bringing my truck here.

I saw your inventory on line and contacted Paul Kim about a vehicle I was interested in .He set up an appointment for me to look at it and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I looked it over and took it for a drive. I was very pleased with it and stated I would like to purchase it.We sat down with the finance manager(Ron), and went over the financing. It was a very easy and casual discussion with no pressure from anyone.It was a very enjoyable experience.
Everyone was very polite and friendly. I asked the wait time and was told one hour. It was closer to two hours which I was a bit anxious about. I had to inquire as to when my vehicle would be ready. (I was only in for an oil change.) I thought it was a bit too long as I had a specific time for my appointment. They apologized and said they were swamped. They were so nice, I couldnt get upset. But they really need to consider more employees or adjust their scheduling time so appointments dont pile up.

Was looking for Jeep Gladiator Sport S with very little options. Only wanted the Diesel engine, LED light package and heated seats and in firecracker red. Reilly was super helpful and search the database but the Jeep didnt exist. So he was able to order for me from Jeep. 3 months later (Jeep is backed up making vehicles) it arrives at the rail yard in Kent. Both Reilly and Amelia fought hard to get the vehicle as soon as possible but it wouldnt be available for a few more days (thanks shipping company!). So what happens, Reilly personally delivers the Jeep to my house on a Tuesday night after work hours. Now I am happy to say I have added a Jeep Gladiator to my collection of 4 Jeeps.
Service advisor “Jeff” was the best. He was pleasant, courteous and accommodating. Even though they had an unexpected shortage of service technicians he was able to get the truck in for service on time and on schedule.
Fabian and Alex were great. This is the best Hyundai Dealership Ever! The customer service was excellent and the service was super quick. They even gave me a great taco place recommendation! I will definitely be coming back. All the other Hyundai dealerships are second to Bud Clary!

I’ve been taking my RAM 1500 to Bud Clary’s for about 4 years and I have received excellent service each and every time. This visit was to have an oil change and brake check. I required pads and rotors and the total cost of the repair was hundreds of dollars less than any other service where I had made inquiries. Not only reasonably priced but the work was accomplished in less than 4 hours. All in all the service reps are all courteous and professional.
I need to update my review from Tuesday, when I purchased my 2021Dodge Charger. The brand new car I purchased (26 miles) has a radio that won’t turn off, so my battery drains and my car is dead. I have been trying to call for 2 days and either constantly get voicemail or no one answers; and the 2 times I have gotten Service they say they can’t get me in until the 8th and likely won’t have a loaner. Wow!! Had in known this was the after service I was going to get; there would be no way I would buy a car from Bud Clary. I will be canceling the oil change package I got from them too. No way I am giving them any more business. If I could give zero stars I would.
5 star for the service. Ive been changing my oil and other parts replacement on this and they never disappoint. My last service, they were kind enough to offer me rental car basically for free since their shuttle service was not available. If youre Hyundai owner and live in Auburn or nearby, this is the place to go!

I love the staff at Bud Clary, great place to get a vehicle, theyre dedicated to ensuring you have all you need for your ride, including a good service team. The only thing that I didnt enjoy was how hot the smaller building is. It was torture sitting in the waiting room on a hot day. I felt bad for the employees who looked distraught trying to get through the work day. Maybe put some AC in there or Amp it up. Otherwise, its overall good.

Took two hours to give me a oil change! And that was with an appointment. After sitting for one and a half hours. I got up and asked when my car was going to be ready. Their reponse was, Were pulling it in now, were running behind. My beef is, if that were the situation why didnt you at least have the courtesy to let me know so I could have the option of waiting or rescheduling??? There were some other customer service issue as well, but if I dont stop writing right now Ill end up writing a book. Im done with the Bud Clary and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
When we arrived, the salesman listened to what I wanted and found three cars that met my needs and were in my budget. After I picked the one I wanted, the buying process went smoothly and we were done and out in a couple of hours which is good for buying a car. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our salesman and the rest of the people we dealt with and would happily buy from them again.

The overall experience was ok, my salesman was a nice kid and only wanted to help, Freddy, the manager was very helpful, but a bit pushy and since my timeline was short, and I was purchasing the vehicle because it was supposed to be towable but needed to have a tow package put on it, he contacted a shop in Kent that was willing to put one on and get it back to me in the time allotted. From the time I picked up the car, there were problems with it starting and shifting out of park. They had it in the shop a whole day and claimed to have figured out and fixed the problem, so I hooked it up and headed to Cali. However, it continued to exhibit the same problem and after much diligence, they finally discovered the problem.... it was the after market tow package. Hopefully, since the problem was found before the was up, days of the used car warranty was up, they will be willing to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense, then I will be able to change this rating.
The service rep, Fabian, was clear about what services we were getting on our Tucson. He was articulate and informed me exactly what was done. I didn’t meet the mechanic, but I have confidence that services were done as stated. Sincerely, R. Hannemann

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for five years or more. David the technician is fantastic, and the only reason I’m coming to this dealership.. However the organization surrounding him has become increasingly painful to deal with. Here are three examples from today:I was given a quote for an oil change at $62 and lo and behold magically by the time I went to check out (1 hour later) the price of oil had increased by $10.00Secondarily I found out quite by accident that I am now penalized for using a credit card an additional 2%.Third, I normally have an opportunity to speak with David, my mechanic, after each service to get details about how the car is looking. Now all of a sudden the policy is I’m not allowed to speak with David because it would be distracting to him.It seems like this dealership, or at least the service department at this dealership, doesn’t value customer communication or customer experience.I am truly disappointed.
Service advisor Doug V. is awesome and is very in tune with his customers. I have extensive experience and knowledge of vehicle repair from my much younger days and he knows and respects that. He works hard to answer my questions and ensure that my vehicle is properly serviced and repaired. Doug is a keeper. Hope his manager realizes that.

Before I came in person, I was in contact with AJ via email. He was very helpful and very patient in answering my questions. Even though he couldnt be at work the day I am available to come in person, he was able to find someone, Jimmy, who can assist me on the day of my visit. Finally, when I arrived at the dealership, a lady stood by door waiting to open the doors for me. I thought that was a really nice touch for first meeting. Not a lot of people would be waiting for you by the door just to open it for you.Before coming in, AJ had told me that the car I was looking for is in-coming so I wasnt sure if it was even gonna be in the lot. But Jimmy wasted no time looking for the car I was eyeing. It was cold but he went around the lot looking for the car and eventually found it. Knowing it would be far walk, he walked some more to get us in a car that could take us there. He also let me test drive different trims of the car just so I can get a feel of what Im looking. Now, going for a test drive can be a bit awkward. You drive as is if youre being watched closely but not Jimmy. He was cool about how I handled the car and let me drive the way I like to drive. He took me to the highways and let me experience what a typical drive could be and even allowed to park the cars I drove.We talked about the numbers and negotiated some of the things I wasnt comfortable. Jimmy very politely went back and forth and everytime he came back, it was always a good news. Jimmy was very nice and didnt talk over us, didnt dig for information as some sales person would do. He listened to what I had to say and I really appreciate that.At some point, I had to leave but Jimmy didnt kept me or made me feel trapped as if I needed to sign now or never. I thought he was very respectful in that matter. Overall, I liked how they treated me so far and Im looking forward to doing a great business with them soon.
The service is great and the people very friendly. Its also easy to schedule work to be done. My one complaint is after my car was finished, they didnt let me know (I was waiting in their waiting room) it was ready for 30 to 40 minutes. They apologized for the delay... they were busy.
Took my car in for recall repairs. I ended up having to leave it for the day due to some system issues they were experiencing, but Lee was friendly and communicative. Really appreciate that everyone was actually very communicative and friendly.
My sales rep Khusen was AMAZING. I was able to go in and find a car that was just right for me. I’m a picky person so I definitely appreciated that he had the patience to deal with my initial indecisiveness on what car I wanted. Lee Cunningham is a star if you need help with your car get in contact with Lee … had to fight Chrysler for me and in the end he went over their heads and with his parts manager got all the defective rear lights replaced on my new Jeep, I have another contact if exceptional quality in my book of winners Bud Clary Service Department. Part 2 Eric Hosea also in the Service Department picked up a contract “we owe” with Bud Clary that had been misplaced, Eric took the initiative and got the parts and installed in record time …. Bud Clary offered me a deal on my made to order truck that none of my local (Cali) dealers would even come close to. Aydin (salesman) was quick to answer all my questions, so I knew exactly what I was getting before even stepping foot in the dealership. What a Nightmare. Not even 10 minutes after driving my vehicle off the lot I had to turn around and have it serviced and now Im still dealing with issues and having to replace parts within the first week I bought it. And on top of that it was very hard to get ahold of service and sales department to get any help. And now the check engine light is on only two weeks since I bought it so they cleared the check engine light knowing there were problems before they sold it to me and their service dept. are never available. Very shady dealership. Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

We couldnt get the car we wanted but got a car thats still fits us what we were looking for and reasonable price. Amelia was really quick to get us approved and with a nice personality. Had my Jeep towed there and I wasn’t with it. I didn’t hear from them and called them two days later day and they didn’t know if they had it, took them another 2 days to figure it out. Many promises of getting calls back, never once did it happen. When I went to pick it up I got to walk around all of their parking lots with a service advisor to look for where they had parked it. They seem disorganized and short staffed.
The desk crew at the service area are amazing. Helpful and efficient. One star missing due to the showroom blasting music loud. For shopping the music is fun and upbeat if you are trying to use the waiting area to try to get remote work done while waiting or make a phone call, impossible.

I just purchased a car about a year ago it was used, I would bring the car in and there was no way they could find an issue, they let time go by and never checked in with me. I would try to call and advise and every time I would bring the car in they never had an answer as to what was going on with it. The car kept pulling and the steering wheel was making a weird noise as well. I would always express my concern and nothing would be fixed. Took it to chevrolet and they were excellent just had to pay out of pocket. If you are ever trying to buy a car from here that is used, I suggest you look else where they are very unprofessional and quick to take your money, I understand is used car however, it is also a customer right to let them know what issues it has and it wont be fixed here. They are plain useless in their services

I just recently leased a Jeep from these guys and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. They actually got a Jeep for me from the Tacoma dealership that I wanted but Tacoma was trying to get me to lease at a much higher price. Bud Clary negotiated a WAY better deal and even got me the exact car from the Tacoma dealership shipped to them so I could have it. Paul in Sales was amazing at his job and gave the best feature walkthrough Ive ever had. And Gary in finance made sure I got in and out with minimal time and paper work hassle. I did lease my Wrangler with these guys three years ago, but I have to say this is BY FAR the best experience Ive had ever. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! We were not going to stop just drive through and see what they had, we ended up asking a couple of questions to Xavier and staying. His personality and willingness to listen to my needs is what made me stay. Working with Xavier and Freddy was great! I’ve never laughed so much in the process of buying a car.
