He focuses on understanding his clients needs and follows up with providing exemplary customer service with care & empathy. Would give a 0 if possible. How can you claim yourself as a luxury jeweler with the client experience you provide and the way you treat paying customers as second class citizens, locking them out of your store. No one should spend a cent here. Can’t wait to take my business to Tiffany’s
Love the store! It was pretty crowded the day we went, but our sales associate ( I believe his name is Brian) was super kind and attentive. He showed us everything we wanted to see and helped me pick out my first piece! Well definitely be back!
Went today looking for wedding bands, and tried walking in but a woman pushed me out the door and locked it saying they didnt have time. So I called the store and a man named Alan said they didnt have clients until 4pm (it was 330pm) so I could stop by and he would help me. When I got there, another man opened the door and tried to shoo me out, but I told him I talked to Alan. He said hed go get him, but instead a security guard came and told me and my fiance to leave, because they were too busy. Guess I wasnt rich-looking enough for them. Way to judge a book by its cover, and fail to believe others who dont look like you can be successful.
I had a fantastic customer experience at Cartier Atlanta. My watch had been exposed to moisture and mildew in storage, so I took it in for evaluation. The sales associate I spoke with, Marilyn, had an expert eye for detail as she examined my watch under a magnifying glass for damage. She told me my watch would need the major service option and told me exactly which additional parts would need to be replaced to bring my watch to top working order again and get certified with a Cartier warranty and get a statement of value for my insurance company. When it took longer than planned for the repairs since my watch is an older model, Cartier sent me the watch insured without charge so I didnt have to return to Atlanta to pick it up. When I returned to Atlanta, I asked them to align the watch face differently and adjust the tightness of the band, and they were happy to do so without charge. Esther, the manager, was kind enough to ship the watch to me without charge once again. I am very pleased with the treatment I got from Cartier. I highly recommend them for high-end watches and excellent customer service!
Only giving Cartier a 2 star review because they are a jewelry empire. The Lenox Mall Cartier deserves a 0 in the way they treat (rather, ignore) their customers. Youre better off just buying online. The only employee there that treated people equally with respect was Edwin.
No one ever picks up in this place! I have an appointment for next week and I’d really like to know if what I want is in stock before driving 1 hour.
I am changing the rating to 4 stars now. I wish the resolution came earlier and the store reached out to me instead of me calling the store a few times to resolve the issue. The pricing issue was not caused by the shop but rather by the corporates mistake on the new pricing information on the website. The store handled the problem effectively.
We had a great experience with Brian for our visit. He was very helpful and nice to help us with the ring sizing to placing an order for my ring due to my ring size wasn’t available at the store. My ring came in within 3 days. Thank you for a great experience Brian.
I tried for a while to get an appointment at the Cartier location at Lenox. No one would answer the phone and appointments are required which was frustrating. I finally just walked in one day and mentioned how difficult it had been, Alan assisted me and was very helpful. It then took over 3 months for my strap to come in. When I went in to pick it up, Alan once again saved the day and made things better by being professional and very nice. If it were not for him, I would give a 1 star rating. Cartier really should do better with customer service overall, it’s not befitting of a luxury store to have no one even answer the phones. Also not sure why it took so long for my strap to get to me. I was given an estimated timeline but the strap took longer to get to the store. Communication during this time would have been helpful.
March 2021- Poor customer service! Came into the store with the mindset to get the love necklace. The sale associate that assistEd name is Allen. When ask if the store carry the the necklace in white gold he had say that they don’t and later bought the white gold necklace (that I originally asked) out and say it might be discontinue in near future ( I don’t feel that the statement was necessary). Did not assisted me with trying it on and was on his phone the whole entire time and occasionally would look up and ask if I like it and if I don’t I shouldn’t buy it. What kind of sale associate does Cartier hire? Very disappointed in how cartier choose their salesman.Will definitely come back to get the necklace with a more sincere and professional salesman!Update April 2021- Return to store to purchase the love necklace. Was assisted by Annie, great customer service, patience and genuinely helpful. Really happy with the purchase ^_^. Thank you Annie for helping us with the extension.
I had a great experience with Simon. I couldn’t get an appointment in time to get something engraved for my wedding, and Simon accommodated me with no questions asked. He was nice, efficient and just made the whole experience a pleasure. Ask for Simon when you make an appointment!
Very helpful Very pleasant Staff goes above and beyond for even a fool like me..I felt comfortable even though I was out of place :) and they made finding an engagement ring easy and without any BS I would DEFINITELY recommend this store and staff to ANYONE in need of jewelry for their spouse or themselves...**also** Make an Appointment!!! Honestly they made a huge exception and let me in to purchase a ring,they could see Ive never purchased anything like this before and bent the rules for me...again ABOVE AND BEYOND...but from now on I will be making appointments.. and I most definitely will shop here again and again and again and again
Due to the pandemic, appointments are required to visit the boutique and can be easily secured through Cartier’s website. Upon arrival, the security personnel at the door verified my appointment. My first point of contact was with the Manager, Esther Nguyen who was welcoming and immediately whisked me into the VIP room, which made me feel special. I was then further assisted by another sales associate, Edwin. If you want to be treated well and be satisfied, make sure you ask for Edwin. He is very friendly, helpful, patient and was never pushy throughout the encounter.
Appointment only. Was referred to the website. Nothing was available for the rest of the day till the following day, but no one was in the store. At least 4 sales persons inside. Is this what this has become? Been buying from here for years.. Never be back!

My husband and I were assisted by Annie and she was amazing! She was very attentive, professional, and understood our needs and budget. I am typically an online shopper because sales tactics can be overwhelming and very impersonal nowadays, but Alan made my experience at Cartier extremely comfortable and pleasant. He is a joy to work with, and made me feel valued as a person, not just a sale to be closed. This is very important because I didnt feel more or less important based on the items I was purchasing, just very at ease. I also had a small issue and he handled it with such savoir faire! Definitely changed my previous feeling about Cartier Lenox. I wish all SAs offered five star service and attitude for their clients, and not just based on the money they spend! Well done Cartier
I was highly recommended by mutual friends to go talk to Annie from this Cartier store and I never looked back. Its unfortunate that I cannot divulge too much information on here since its a public forum and I dont want to state what I bought and etc. but lets just say I had NO IDEA what to buy my wife for our anniversary gift and Annie was an absolute Godsend!I know for a fact that she has more high profile customers who need and want her attention but when I was working with her, she made me feel like I was the one and only customer. Period. Questions after questions, inquiries about inquiries, never once did I ever hesitate to ask anything and everything. I never felt so... comfortable and welcome to ask anything and everything I needed to make the right decision. Whenever youre at high profile stores like Cartier, you feel more pressured and rushed to make decisions naturally which is initiated or instigated by the sales associates but not here and definitely not Annie: She definitely wanted and hoped that I made the right decision for my wife and I could tell she genuinely cared for me, my wife, and our decision. Never once felt rushed, never once felt pressured, and just felt genuine assistance. If and when I need anything from Cartier, it wont necessarily be at this store but it will certainly be through Annie wherever she may be!Annie, my wife and I cant thank you enough!!! Well definitely be back!

Appointment only. I spend way too much to be told at the door I can’t shop unless I make an appointment. So I went to Tiffanys and spent money there. I don’t mind waiting if there are too many people inside, but appointment only? This will be your downfall Cartier...literally blocking people with money from shopping!!!!!

So, where do I start..Flawless, is one word that can describe my experience but then that would fall short of the superb experience Alan has provided for my wife and I. I called to get a last min birthday gift for my wife and after we went out to brunch I decided we should to stop by and collect it without her knowing the reason we was at the mall.. Alan had it ready and waiting for us, the whole experience, education and care he took to aid us from start to finish was a level above the 5 stars this review has. It was a wonderful experience for me and my wife here at Catier. We were asked to make a appointment ahead for in-store purchase due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but it was totally worth the waiting. Alan is so nice and gentle, and he definitely helped us picked our favorite bands.

Ive been a Cartier customer for a few years now. Ive purchased several Love bracelets and a few necklaces at this location. Ive never felt disrespected, ignored, or unwelcome. To the contrary, I was always greeted, offered refreshments, and never felt pushed to make a purchase. I love working with Alan. He is an amazing person, super knowledgeable, and have never ever let me down. I think the reason why I never had any issues at this location is because I call ahead and let him know that Ill be stopping by. This way, I avoid waiting in line, especially around holidays or pick hours.Additionally, I never had any problems with my items. I wear my bracelets 24/7/365 days. I never heard of Cartier having defective items. Never.I must say, that walking into a store like Cartier can be intimidating for many... Sales personal employed by the high-end stores is trained to appear professional, polished, and not giggle.However, I believe that no matter where you go, you should be yourself and voice any concerns at the time of their occurrence versus writing negative reviews. Dont just complain about the issues, offer a timely feedback along w/possible solution. Esther, who is the manger of this store is an amazing leader, and would have no problems handing any inconveniences.

I purchased the love ring on line less than 30 days ago and the size is not comfortable, I took it to the Lenox store and they stated they couldn’t exchange it due to the fact that I wore it! It was a very disappointing experience they recommended that I returned it back with the return label that came in the box, I really love the ring and was actually thinking about buying the matching bracelet but their customer service Was awful and regardless of how much I like their jewelry I will have to part ways.

Turned a watch in for repair. They ship to Fort Worth for repairs. Still waiting for them to return it. They confirmed they were shipping it back 3 weeks ago. THREE WEEKS! Still havent received it. The prestige aint worth the headache.

Bought two watches from this Atlanta store. Came in today to have the band adjusted. After waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone I was told they are too busy to service the watch. come back later. No desire to help. Classic example of taking your money and then not following through on service. Reflects very poorly on Cartier. Fortunately not all Cartier outlets are like this. Avoid if possible!
What can I say...first class all the way. I was there for a mere watch battery change and they treated me like an honored guest. When I went to pick up my watch their computer was down and I was unable to pay or take my watch. They saved me a second trip and had my watch delivered at no charge. Like I said... classy!

Over the weekend, I made my second major purchase (Ballon Bleu timepiece) from the Cartier store at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. Although it is the busy holiday season and the store was packed, I received 5-star service. My Client Advisor, Alan, is a true gem and made my experience special. The Cartier team at the Lenox location is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back after the new year to decide on the next addition to my Cartier collection.

I entered the store on Wednesday to purchase a love bracelet. It took nearly 9 minutes before I was created Oregon knowledge by anyone. And mind you there was a skinny foreign gentleman sitting at a desk upfront that never even egg knowledge my existence as he was too busy texting on my phone.Eventually I was helped by Christine on sizing and fitting my size. What was rather odd that she seemed to have extensive alcohol on her breath. Anyways I proceeded to buy the bracelet and went off of my purchase.After wearing the bracelet for about six hours it came apart. Since I purchased a race it early in the morning I went back for them to reattach it on. After they put the bracelet on me I came off again the following day.I called in the store and not them know what happened. I was then helped by Marilyn to send off my bracelet to New York. She did no follow up on my repair even once which took nearly 5 weeks and multiple phone calls for myself to be able to get the result. They said they would replace my bracelet however knowing all the trouble that their bracelets have had with the new generation I decided I wanted a refund.After mentioning the refund I was told it would not be authorized because the bracelet had damage to it. And mind you this is damage I did not cause since it fell off my hand twice over. After arguing for nearly a week I was finally granted a return by a rather large and not well put together gentleman by the name off Colin.I live in Atlanta but I have never been to such a poorly managed underdeveloped trained store and staff. Cartier is a brand of class and elegance and not rudeness and arrogance. This store has always made me feel uncomfortable and I would avoid it like the black plague. Hopefully the company themselves can recognize issues at this location has and make the much needed improvements.
If I could give a negative star I would. Last week Wednesday I came into the store to purchase a ring and bracelet for my boyfriend who was traveling to California for work and was hoping to give him something special. When I walked into the store the atmosphere was VERY NEGATIVE starting with the security guard, no one greeted me upon entering the store even when I spoke to the associate and security guard there was no response in return. The male associate has a huge lack for costumer service and sincerity he came off very bothered when I asked twice if he would help me. I was in the store for ten minutes and felt completely rush by the associate. This was a VERY disappointing experience at this location. Nonetheless I after the short responses from the male associate when I asked about being sized and inquiring information about the products I couldnt see myself wanting to give this location my money.
I am a repeat customer to this store and visit quite often. Alan always exceeds my expectations and is a pleasure to work with. Even when he is not there all the other people are great too, this is my favorite store at the mall to visit!
Let me first start off by saying that the employees here act very arrogant. My boyfriend and I came in on multiple occasions, but maybe because we seem young or did not dress a certain way, our service was not up to par like the rest of the customers. My boyfriend purchased a juste un clou ring at the Cartier in Beverly Hills. However, the sizing wasnt right and so we decided to visit our local Cartier to exchange it. Marilyn assisted us by returning the ring and re-ordering it. She gave us an estimated time, which was about one week. However, one week and more has passed and we still did not receive a phone call from Marilyn. When we called into the store, they said she will be off for two days. When I called in again another time, staff said she was on lunch break. Finally, I called in today and spoke to management who informs me that (1) he cannot find our information in the system (2) Marilyn has no recollection of us nor our ring.This is a BIG RED FLAG. I contacted the Cartier in Beverly Hills who managed to pull up all of my information from date of purchase to even the date of the return. Tell me how is it possible that an employee of a different Cartier flagship store can see all of my information but Marilyn and her team has not even one piece of information. It is frustrating that I have to take initiative multiple times to resolve this issue. Not only that, but I had to resort to contacting a Cartier store OUT OF STATE to help me with my concerns. Honestly, this is ridiculous and Id rather make my purchases at any other Cartier store.
Not the best. The workers are friendly but they miss up with my bracelet. I’m not sure how they hire somebody who doesn’t know how to handle every bracelet in the store? + they will take along time to change the bracelet color and expect to get it wrong!!!
We found the opposite of shuo huang & we were only browsing (family member & I), the saleswoman asked us if wed like a bottled water (twice) and bonus points! when we left we both remarked to each other what a great salesperson she was. in the past week, ive been to cartiers website several times to see the item & purchased it today. had it not been for the fantastic salesperson, i would have never tried on the item much less purchased it. although it did not benefit her directly, my experience in this store MADE me purchase cartier where thered been no intent prior to our store visit. i did not need the cartier item i bought but after hearing the saleswoman and family member both say ohhhh yeah simultaneously when i put it on, i cant stop thinking about it, almost haunted by it - lolgood job cartier, good job!
