Kelly was amazing! I came in looking for an engagement ring without knowing the first thing about where to start and how to choose the right ring. During my first visit Kelly carfully explained to me all aspects of the 4Cs, he sat me down and patiently presented different examples of diamonds that I can expect based on my budget and their characteristics. We settled on a beautiful pear cut diamond. My girlfriend and I knew nothing about diamonds or quality of gold 24 karat 14 karat etc and what Platinum was and wed been to several jewelry stores before. We got a great education when we went here and would never consider buying anything anywhere else because the girl we had was so knowledgeable and she knew we werent buying that day but she spent all the time to make sure we understood how great the company was and that we understood the qualities and the values and why they were different than any other jewelry store were very very happy with the company and with the sales lady or maybe shes a part owner Im not sure her name was Sheridan I believe.No more confusion after talking to her and well be back to buy when the time is right.

We came in on a weekend without an appointment and Lisa Mattingly was super kind, personable, and helpful. I didnt know what I wanted and am new to this and she immediately took charge and started having us try on lots of rings. She immediately started to develop a great sense of what I may/may not like based on what I rejected and liked and told me to reject immediately if I dont like it. She made the process fun, easy, and I could be honest about what I liked. I think anyone who isnt sure of what they want should go chat with her and try things on! I think the time to get around to most of the rings was ~1.5 hour and do some discussions. Thank you so much Lisa for the wonderful experience and for your expertise! You can tell she knows what she is doing and loves her job! The store is amazing, has tons of choices, a beautiful view, offers refreshments, and has easy parking they give you a voucher for so its free! On the weekends you have to wait for security to let you in since its a corporate building.

I recently purchased an engagement ring (emerald cut diamond, 3-stone tapered baguette setting) from Solomon Brothers, and I couldnt be happier with my experience!I started my engagement ring hunt on Rare Carat where I could readily browse diamonds, and I found a setting from Solomon Brothers that I liked most. When I found my ideal diamond, it was only available from another company but Solomon Brothers were able to source the diamond as a final sale purchase.From here the experience only got better. Rami and the experts at Solomon Brothers considered the combination of my stone and the selected setting and let me know that they thought the size of the baguettes would do the center stone a disservice by simply being out of proportion. The team at Solomon Brothers were then able to produce a very similar setting in-house that would feature properly sized baguettes, and I am happy to report that the resulting ring is outstanding, or as my now fiancé would say, perfect.I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was overall, especially in this COVID-19 affected era. I started by picking a standard off-the-shelf setting with the diamond that spoke to me, and ended up with a high-quality fully custom ring that is in absolute perfect proportion. The most impressive thing to me is that all of this was managed remotely. I was in the market for a round diamond solitaire ring for an anniversary. I had done my homework before I went in and knew what kind of stone I wanted and about how much I wanted to spend. I met with Kelly and told him what I was looking for, and he immediately pulled three stones of the size and quality in my range. He was friendly and professional and went through the characteristics of each stone and helped me intelligently compare the choices. He guided me a little but never pressured me, and I always felt I was being treated respectfully. As I recall we completed the transaction in about 30 minutes and I walked away a very satisfied customer.

Started strong Susan was very helpful until I put a deposit down. Then nothing, no response to email or voicemail. When time had past after I expected to already propose I just came by and asked about a promotion that had just started and was informed that’s not for items that already had a deposit. Basically if your looking for service look elsewhere, if your looking for value look elsewhere, there’s plenty of quality places in the area to get a nice engagement ring. Look elsewhere
