Russ and Matt were very knowledgeable, honest, and helped me pick the perfect diamond to pair with my existing stones. They were not pushy like other stores I have visited. Once they helped me pick out the center stone, and discussed what I was looking for as far as the setting goes, Russ created and sent a rendering to me within a business day. It was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. He was very responsive and got back with me at all hours of the day and night- I had a couple of spur of the moment questions in the evenings. Needless to say, he was very responsive and provided A++ service. After the proposal, we needed the ring re-sized. Russ was very accommodating and had an incredible turn around time while maintaining high quality work. I would recommend using Masina to anyone and plan to use them for everything in the future!
