I cannot rate Dawn and her team high enough. My mother died in May of this year. She had some beautiful jewelry but nothing fit me. I found Dawn through a friend to help me create something for me to help memorialize my mother. Dawns process is perfect. After multiple conversations about my life, my moms life, our relationship and even some stories from my dad, she took the jewels I had identified from my own memories of my mother and created 4 different drawings of completely new designs using only my mothers pieces.. Honestly, all FOUR were perfect it was hard to choose just one. We went from drawings to the computer and a 3-D design was produced. And, the final step was an actual 3-D printed wax version of the ring so I could literally see how it would look/feel on my finger. All of this in the middle of COVID-19 and never being in person. I am not just satisfied with my ring -- I am now in possession of something that is invaluable and represents my mother and me together in one design. I cannot recommend her enough.

I passed by Dawns booth at Brookhaven Art Fair and immediately went home to find my ring I hated and for her to design a necklace from the diamond in it. I asked for a simple piece that I could wear daily. Dawn sat for an hour with me and designed each element and made sure of every detail. Then I asked to her to add a stone to the ring and design it for my daughter. When we both went to pick up our pieces we were stunned. Each piece was PERFECT! My necklace is absolutely gorgeous and I wear it everyday. It is stunning and can go with my exercise clothes to fancy dresses. My daughter absolutely loves her ring too. The hated ring doesnt look anything like before and is gorgeous with the stone Dawn specifically choose. I was looking for a reputable jeweler who could repair a gold ring that was given to me as a teenager by my mother. Over the years it had cracked and finally became unwearable due to wear and tear, and having lost my mother not too long ago I was hoping to find someone that could restore this important keepsake so that I could wear it again and have a nice memory of my mother every day. My experience with D. Muscio was amazing. I purchased a loss gem at the studios gem party. I wanted to create something original and unique that was specific to my style. Dawn was great to work with - she spent time talking through my style and what I was looking for in a ring, she then sketched several drawings for me to review and select what made me happy. Once I was happy with the design, Jackie created a computer rendering so I could see what the ring would look like in detail (amazing!). Then the ring was cast in wax so I could try it on and make any final adjustments before the final product was made. I came to D. Muscio because a close friend raved about how great they are. I first came in to talk about designing a necklace for my grandmothers engagement diamond that I had inherited. The design was just what I wanted and their process from initial discussion to final product was fantastic. Im a process person in the technology field so I completely appreciated the method of how they designed the piece.I came back because of the excellent service and quality and had my engagement ring updated / modernized. I loved my stones and setting but wanted to go from yellow gold to platinum and they not only did that for me but also recommended a few updates to the setting which I did and love.Then, my husband and I decided to update our wedding rings from yellow gold to white gold and they had a great idea to encase them in the white gold so we still had our original yellow gold wedding rings. For my ring they took the same design as with my necklace and applied it to the band - very cool.And weve bought a few pieces through D. Muscio as well: diamond earrings and an Omega watch.All in all, they offer incredible service, thoughtfulness, process, quality, and I could go on. I truly believe they care about every piece they work on. Ill be back for more when the time is right!

I was impressed with Dawn’s beautiful jewelry at a summer festival so I went to see her when it came time to get an aquamarine pendant as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. After scheduling a meeting, Dawn and I met at which time she was able to show me various grade and size of aquamarine stones as well as drawings for me to get an idea of what the pendant would look like. The overall experience was delightful and very professional. No pressure, hard sale and great pricing for one of kind pendant . And, of course, the end result was beautiful. My girlfriend loved the pendant. I definitely would return to Dawn in the future and, of course, I highly recommend her.

Wow! What an incredible experience my spouse and I have had with D. Muscio Fine Jewelry. We walked in with a hodgepodge of miscellaneous stones in various mountings from rings of sentimental value to us; three marquis and rounds of many different sizes. My most precious possession...that is what I entrusted Dawn and Jackie with when my wedding set no longer fit and needed a replacement diamond. So for my 20th wedding anniversary, I now have a new ring, using the same stones from the original with a few added from a bracelet. I was able to be involved throughout the design process. At one point I could not decide between two sketches and a third was made trying to incorporate the two. What I have in the end is a perfect ring for me! The workmanship is flawless. I have used D. Let me start by saying Dawn does amazing work! She has done designs for my mother in law and brother in law to be. I recently got engaged as was anxious about the process of designing an engagement ring from scratch. Selecting a stone, designing the band etc.…. Dawn made the process a breeze, after providing her with feedback on what I was looking for, she made some awesome sketches and we were able to make adjustments to get it just right. The process is very detailed, after we settle on the design, Dawn creates a mold casting on what the ring would look like, I can’t stress enough how important this part is, having a mold to touch really helps give you the best idea of what the ring will look like once its complete. The stone process was also a great experience, I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she gave several options to choose making the selection process easy. The quality of the stones was A+. I would highly recommend anyone who’s in the market to reach out to Dawn for a consultation, you won’t be disappointed. Now that my fiancé ring is done it’s on to selecting my wedding band, can’t wait to see what Dawn comes up with!

I am a resident of Brookhaven, GA and asked my communitys Facebook group for recommendations for a jeweler in our area. I did not want to go to one of the larger named jewelry stores as I wanted a more personal experience. Dawn was unanimously recommended by the whole neighborhood, and I can see why! I needed a wedding band to match my oddly shaped engagement ring and Dawn created the perfect piece for me. She took a great deal of time to talk me through the process, even though my request was relatively simple compared to the more intricate pieces that were in her workshop at the time.
