First time here I had a pot of their Farmers Market Tea. It wasnt too busy so they gave me a tour of the place. Great vibes. Good music. Friendly staff. Amazing tea. Fresh flowers. My only complaint is that there must be a dumpster in the area... In spite of it I had a delightful tea time hahaha 💚

Super nice staff! But unbelievably slow, and very inconsistent products. No two cups I’ve ordered have tasted remotely similar. I have never waited less than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee despite never having more than 5 people ahead. When I was the only patron I was still served after someone that came later than me.

This is by far the best tea shop Ive been to, both in Atlanta and across the country. The owner is clearly passionate about what he does, and could easily talk for hours about different ways to mix and use tea as more than just a drink in ways youve never thought of. I ordered the monthly special, Ive forgotten the name but not the taste. It was a rose latte, a perfect choice for the month of February. It was expertly made, nothing from a mainstream chain could ever compare. Even with sitting outside in the cold (due to covid, indoor seating is available) I was able to stay warm. An hour later I still taste rose and feel pleasantly warm. I am already making plans to return in a few days.

Just Add Honey has recently moved from the Downtown Municipal Market to near Highland Bakery and LadyBird- gotta say, I dig the new location. Its small, but a cozy and cute new space.Just Add Honey has a great selection of loose leaf teas, treats, and coffee options plus tea parties! I usually come for ideas when doing tea gift exchanges or when Im just in the area for a coffee. Their honey lavender coffee is perfectly floral and sweet, the lollipops are super good, and the tea never seems to fail. And those cookies!Great store with great gift ideas and a friendly staff!

This place is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I came here for the first time for a friends birthday Tea Party and it rocked! We were served fine teas, soup, hors doeuvre, and desserts. All of it was tasty and wonderful. This is great place to have your next event! Very friendly employees that help answer all your questions. They have so many loose leaf tea options, which you can add honey, oat milk and many other kinds of additions to. It’s really customizable. I got their black tea with honey and oat milk, and also their matcha with oat milk (unsweetened). Both were great!

I just moved to Atlanta and was looking for a nice local Tea Shop and eureka I think I found it!Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the woman who was sampling tea when I first walked in, but she made some great suggestions! I was helped by Tia inside and ended up choosing a papaya ginger white tea (and 3 other teas) which I got a cup of while I was there and have now drank 3 cups since getting home!Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back!

Everyone has had tea but, this tea is different! This is by far the best tea Ive ever had, I never knew tea could have such robust flavors! They have like 30 different teas and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The cafe is a perfect first date spot or just a chill place to go solo, I cant wait to go back!

So I discovered the Sweet Auburn Market in Atlanta’s historic Edgewood area in mid-March 2018. I automatically fell in love with the market upon my first visit. As my friend, Nandi, and I were exiting the building, we decided to grab a sample of an iced Georgia peach tea. From the smoothness of that sample, I knew that I would be visiting Just Add Honey again very soon. This past weekend, I went to the market to get some groceries for dinner and again, I was drawn in by the day’s sample—a tea blend called Mint to Be. Brandi Shelton, the tea lady who started this business with her hubby, Jermail Shelton, saw me eyeing the tea, and graciously offered me a sample. It was delicious and I ended up walking into the warm and inviting space to get a large iced Georgia peach tea. Of course everyone loves a free sample, but the fact that the actual products were affordable got me in the door. The tea tasted so good that I assumed a 16 oz. must be about $6-$7 before taxes, but I was delightfully surprised to find that was not the case. I was so pleased with the prices, that I got a 24 oz. (the largest size available) and enjoyed taking in the essence that is Just Add Honey. Black-owned and family-orientated, this is a tea company that I am enthralled to be a patron of. If you are a resident of Atlanta or just a visitor of this buzzing city, I can absolutely guarantee that you will enjoy Just Add Honey as much as I do. The atmosphere is as calming as your favorite cup of tea, so head over to Just Add Honey and you will bee (pun all the way intended) filled with light, love, and peace.

First time visiting them in this new spot. Love the large variety of individual loose teas. They have unsweetened chilled teas already made and you add liquid sweetener to your taste. You can also choose individual dried teas to go or try blends, getting advice on how to blend. They even have tea blending classes.Yesterday I popped in for a quick iced tea and to try the vegan donut “Puff Puff” holes from Great Rising Atlanta. Those were delicious!The customer service is very good. Staff is professional and friendly.Parking is plentiful.. although the lot is a tad rough with gravel.Definitely encourage you to go. I follow them on Instagram to find out when they have events.

I had a lot of fun hanging out at this cute little tea shop. I really enjoyed my surprise drink which was a combination of tea and coffee. It was surprisingly really tasty. Avery is passionate about making drinks and that makes it all the more fun. There is a cute patio out front where you can sit outside for a bit to enjoy your beverage. It is off the beltline so just walk on over. I think there is some parking if you are driving.

Visited this shop once and ordered tea online multiple times. My favorite is strawberry kiwi and the Berries fruit tea! Shipping is fairly quick and I’m always excited to try new blends 😊

This place was a gem among gems!!! I did the tea tasting and it was the cutest thing ever! The set up was so nice and aesthetically pleasing. From the doilies under the dessert to the environmentally friendly utensils. IM IN LOVE. I wish they had a Just Add Honey in PA. The teas were delicious, iced or hot. Everything was honestly perfect. I would suggest starting with the tea tasting to get your feet. We are leaving with iced tea for our walk back to the hotel and loose tea to take home and enjoy later. Our waiter, Avery, was so down to earth, honest and helpful. He was fun as well. He upped our experience I must say, cool guy but not over bearing. Ill be here all day if I keep mentioning stuff so Ill end with saying this place is a 10/10 clear across the board!

There isnt a better place to get tea. There so so many varieties of perfect loose leaf tea blends. I havent been able to find any tea like this at the grocery store.

I have lived in the Atlanta area for nearly eleven years. I never heard of Just Add Honey until I saw a human interest interview on television some days ago. I have been a tea lover for decades, and when I saw that the business was locally owned, I placed an order online. I got the Go Green Gift Box. The order was promptly processed. When I received my order, I knew it was carefully packed with love. the contents were cushioned with orange confetti, packed with four honey sticks and stepping instructions. The tea is high quality! I tried the Silver Moonlight white tea and it was fantastic! I cant wait to try the rest of the gift set. I definitely will be ordering more! When the pandemic subsides, I plan to visit the shop personally!

I encountered this shop at the Piedmont Park Farmer’s Market. He allowed us to smell the teas in a clean and sanitary way. He was extremely polite, patient and thorough with explaining the tea, preparation and even classes that his wife offers. This morning, we tried the tea with no additives and it’s AMAZING! We will definitely be back for more!

I am SO GLAD I came across Just Add Honey. I visit Georgia once or twice a year (not this year, darn you covid) and was aching for some southern style sweet teas in my fridge. Just Add Honeys selection is awesome, I tried to narrow my choices down without much success. When my tea arrived, one was missing and another had spilled out into the package. I was able to save the spilled tea, and wrote an email to them about the issue. No big deal, we live in crazy times, mistakes happen. Within 24 hrs I got a shipment notice from them that my tea was on its way. My package just arrived and not only did they replace the missing tea, but they sent me a replacement for the one that spilled, a sample of another kind of tea, AND wrote me a hand written note apologizing for the mistake and thanking me for my business. That is phenomenal customer service, and oh my goodness the teas are so good!!! If you ever want to whip up a batch of iced tea I highly recommend the mango rose with just a little bit of the just black to round it out. Delicious! Cant wait for my next order!

I had a most delightful experience here while on a road trip from Seattle to DC. The shop itself is super cute and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also serve/sell a delightful Black Coconut Tea blend. I highly recommend trying it iced with simple syrup. Seriously, its just heavenly.

This place is amazing. I’m bummed that I found out about this place after the pandemic started, so I can’t enjoy the sit-in facilities at this time, but the tea is amazing, and the employees are friendly. I love the selection, and that you can also purchase the loose tea and herbs for brewing at home. We will definitely be back here, and if I were closer to Atlanta, I’d probably come every day, or at least a couple times a week.

I was early for an interview one morning and decided Id still around and grab some coffee. After scanning online, I settled on paying this place a visit. A cozy, progressive space seated at the entrance of the marketplace, a pleasant woman in charge of running the counter greeted me. After ordering my coffee, she informed me that its French-pressed and will be ready momentarily, so I took the luxury of browsing the space. From my tour, I can see theyre a family-owned and have a take pride in producing quality brews + treats for visitors. Their coffee was just what I needed on that cold, rainy morning. I didnt even notice until adding my sugar, but there was a small gingersnap cookie which- Im West Indian; I grew up on these so that really put me in a great mood. Moments like this are why I value local shops versus franchises. It was a short in-and-out, but the service left an impression I look forward to experiencing again very soon. Thank you. Just brewed the Earl Grey Creme tea I ordered and its divine. It smells amazing and it is smooth and delicious. The tea came in the cutest package that would be a perfect gift.Cant wait until I make it to ATL to visit in person, it looks adorable.

I went here years ago when I was a student at State. Great vibes and lovely people. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I hope to visit again soon whenever the outside world is less chaotic and I can fly home.

Such an amazing atmosphere! I had seen they recently opened and had been dying to go. I was greeted by the loveliest smiles and the person behind the counter was so kind. She was so kind as to explain the teas and how they were served. I felt so humbly dedicated.One of the coolest things about this place is that theres a smelling jar next to the teas for you to try and see what you like. It can sometimes feel overwhelming at a tea shop where the teas can only be touched by the person serving, but this really left it open to the customer to decide. It has me thinking about which tea to try next time I go in! I will definitely be bringing my friends and family here when they visit

This is one of my favorite shops in Atlanta. Im a big tea drinker and love the blends Just Add Honey offers. Ive discovered their tea blends at The Beehive and have been going to the cafe since it opened. A couple of years ago, I hosted a birthday tea party for myself at the Curb Market location and it was perfect. The weather was warm enough to sit outside and we had a lovely afternoon drinking tea and eating delicious sandwiches and pastries. If you are a tea person like me, this place is not to miss. Also, I highly recommend their Dirty Chai, heated or iced. It is amazing!

I loved her energy and enjoyed interacting with her so much, that when I had to return to Atlanta for unfortunate circumstances, I knew I had to visit her shop again and bring my mother.Brandi is positively adorable and passionate about her craft! She greeted my mother like family, and took the time from her busy day to chat with us again on this visit.
