So I came to this location for the first time about a month ago. While the coffee and breakfast was good the service was awful. Me and my friend walked about a block or two to Drip and had each brought a thermos for our iced coffees so we could make sure the drinks didn’t melt on our walk back. When we finally got our drinks we went ahead and transferred them into our thermoses and got ready to leave. When the employee brought our sandwiches she scolded us in a very rude manner about how they were short on cups.. basically insinuating that me and my friend were being wasteful in some way. I would NEVER think to talk to a customer the way she did me and my friend. Last time I checked, I bought the plastic cup, ice, AND coffee and it is none of your business how I choose to use the product that I paid for. I don’t really care if you’re low on cups. If that’s a problem than I would suggest finding a different supplier. Not so much the quality of the food and drinks that’s an issue but the judgmental atmosphere.

Found this spot on Google maps during my vacation here in Atlanta and im glad I stopped in. Located in a very welcoming neighborhood. Had a sandwich/ hash browns/Irish cream iced latte. Very good quality, much better than your big name coffee shops! Next time I visit the ATL Im definitely stopping here again!

Rude staff and not very cordial or helpful. Their menu should be reconstructed so that you don’t have to ask the staff what bread and meat options are available for the breakfast sandwich. Two stars because the coffee is good.

I wish I can leave zero stars! Awful service, rude barista so disrespectful. She discriminated me because of my accent.Just left the store and never will be back at this place..P.S. You are wrong- complete wrong !! Its simply not true that I made last week one of your baristas crying. It wasnt me at all but someone else.Been there often I would say Ive never ever had any issues with your baristas - on the contrary they are all nice and polite without exception and I always tipped well them every time I visited the coffee shop .The only exception is you and its a shame on you and pathetic to blame me for what happened last week with your barista with another person but NOT ME !! Im really disappointed how rude you were and now I see and manipulative..Ill never visit there again and will highly not recommend this place just because of you not because of baristas.Again they are very nice and friendly but with you is different.

Cutesy neighbourhood spot. Very parent/kid friendly. Has a spot for kid sized chairs and toys. Design for managing a long line isnt that great. Service isnt always fast enough, so the line goes through the doors - which sucks if its wet out, such as today. Probably more social than study friendly, depends on the hour of the day.

One of the all-around best places in the city to grab a cup of coffee to go or to sit down and knock out a little work. Havent been here in months due to the virus but as things open up decided to stop in and grab a breakfast bagel and coffee and knocked out a few emails. Atmosphere is still laid back and comfortable as usual. Just make sure coming in you have your mask with you and youre good to go. Fast service, easygoing staff, and plenty of seating inside or out.

My wife and I drove by the shop last Saturday. Coffee was okay. Ive had better and Ive had worse. Ill start by saying I understand having pandemic guidelines for wearing mask. Dining room closed, I dont get it but to each his own. We entered the facility wearing our mask and my wife being a coffeeaholic wanted to browse the menu. Due to her mask her glasses started fogging up and she pulled her mask out a little, not down but out, to see if her glasses would allow her to see better. The clerk very very rudely let her know that was not allowed. The perfect response should have been nothing, understanding the circumstances, and I would completely understand if the clerk would have simply said mamm, Im sorry but our policy says you have to keep your mask snuggly on, but we got the exact opposite. Its rude for a young kid to disrespect their elders and also a customer. Ive read several post about rude workers. Something to consider going forward.

Smaller place! Nicely decorated and had a very warm vibe. We weren’t greeted warmly. Staff was very rude to us, because my husband was putting on his mask as he was entering, and the worker had such a rude tone, and made such a rude face toward us. We decided not to spend our money and support a business where kindness isn’t expressed by staff. Hopefully, this was an isolated event.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve been dreaming of the day I get to return to my cozy corner spot at Drip. Yes their drinks are tasty, but honestly, I keep returning for the environment. I appreciate the modest space and how the baristas foster genuine welcome there. The big windows, outlets all around (a must-have!), well-crafted playlists, and different seating options make getting work done both productive and enjoyable. Although dine-in is closed right now, I’d happily get an order to-go to help this neighborhood coffee shop keep going strong!

Mr.Potato Head and other games were in the toy box. I loved the coffee, they give you a big coffee cup, much better than other coffee shops I know of. The size is great and the price is right. Love the vibe here. The coffee is awesome, the staff are very friendly, and they have yummy quiches, dessert breads (banana bread, etc) and hot breakfast sandwiches. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is the pastries (e.g. muffins, croissants, danishes). These seem to be the type you buy in bulk from Sams club. They are nothing special and they are frequently stale. I wish they could find a better source for these.

Its bad business practice to carry products that are past the enjoy by date. There was some left in the bottle. I brought it to the counter once I realized it was expired. I came in about two in the afternoon so I definitely wasnt in their peak time of day, so that may explain the lack of freshness that I experienced, but that was all I got. Coffee tasted hours old and bitter and I will say Ive had better from a fresh cup of Folders. Blech!I was thinking about trying something to eat from the case but after looking, I wouldnt have tried it free on a bet, let alone paid for it. As for having tea on the menu, Im not sure why its there. No loose leaf tea... Just pick a teabag off the wall that anyone could have handled or dropped, and they put it in hot water for you.The place could also do with a good wash. Sure, its spring, the doors are open and pollen is a mess right now, but the place could use some clean water and soap. Sticky tables that wobble, dirty windows and furniture that hasnt been wiped down in forever. The place is 8-10 years old and could use some updates. Urban chic doesnt have to mean dirty and uncared for.On the good side, the guy that was serving was quick and very friendly... Seemed to hustle and keep busy even when not waiting on folks. It was also nice to have ceramic to-stay mugs instead of cardboard coffee cups and glass tea mugs. I just wish the product was worthy of putting in them.
