COVID- no indoor dining area. However, there is plenty of outdoor seating at this ansley mall area directly in front of Starbucks or area for general public seating.Friendly staff.Drink tasted normal, nothing was off.Lots of tumbler selection!!

Whats going on with management at Ansley Mall Starbucks? Trash around the tables and tables are dirty. I ordered online and not busy at all yet I waited until worker got off her cellphone before making my order. The specialty drinks are not good anymore.

My favorite local Starbucks they always make my drink right and I love the staff. Although the staff changes quickly the people that have been there all are awesome. Everyone knows how I like my cold brews or my pumpkin spice lattes.

The employees were professional and aloof. The employees were wearing mask and theres dividers. No indoor seating at present but there are a few outdoor areas. The coffee was good and hot.

Plenty of seating to work or lounge. Only giving 4 stars because the big windows are dirty, and the 2 times of been here, the staff isn’t particularly warm and welcoming and are missing the mark on that Starbucks customer service philosophy.

I just ordered a venti caramel frap NO WHIP extra caramel. They bring me my drink WITH WHIP and when I told them it was supposed to be NO WHIP all they did was scrape off SOME of the whip and didn’t even replace my EXTRA CARAMEL drizzle!! Will not return to this location! Only one star because there isn’t an option for less than one.

Great place to get a quick coffee but please do a taste check before you leave.Service was quick but even thou I had mentioned I wanted the Chai latte extra hot the message was not relayed to the person who was making the coffee. They added cold soy milk into the coffee.I didn’t go back but I stopped somewhere to reheat it in a microwave.

Just another positive review because i dont want to get penalized for shaming a corporate Giant. Its rigged. We all know it. That Starbucks is predictable. Its good. And expensive.

Staff was stressed out. They were polite. Just visibly stressed and unhappy. The place was packed out but ever single patron looked sad and depressed. No one was talking. They all just sat starting at phones, computers, it just of into space. We both felt like wed walked in on a wake. As far as Starbucks go Its pretty much just like any other but the vibe in there was a huge downer today. Theres a fireplace in there. Try turning it on. The room needs some warmth and I dont mean heat.

Very rude customer service. Just left there, this is only my second time going to this particular location. Omari, the Manager, and Sky, the register girl, very rude. Especially Sky. Im emailing the district manager this morning regarding my issue with them but its not even the fact that they wouldnt sell me the tea bag, its how aggressive they were about explaining their reasoning behind it. And the funny part is, Sky didnt have this same attitude a few weeks ago when she sold me 5 tea bags but for some reason this morning, she felt like making a scene about it. Eventually, I just walked away and went to get the information needed to make a complaint. If the DM doesnt do anything, Ill go to corporate. Tired of Starbucks bs.

Like this location. Lots of outdoor seating and it was the perfect day to use it. Staff didnt ask names, so there was some confusion about who the drinks went to.

Good place. In an open safe environment. The establishment is clean and staffed but friendly individuals. The clientele seems to side on the gay side predominantly white males.

Why dont they make decaf in the afternoon? They say they will make it for you but then try to talk u out of it. Once i was told flat out that they dont have it after 10 a.m.

The baristas here are amazing but the customers are so rude to them . Yesterday heard a customer ask a worker if she spoke English because she didn’t hear what he wanted in his coffee

This Starbucks is at Ansley mall in midtown Atlanta. The staff are nice here and the store is well kept and clean. They have a few chairs outside. A perfect place to sit and people watch.

Nice little Starbucks on a medium sized shopping center, nice little outside area when then weather allows it. Service has always been polite and quick enough for me.Its exactly what youd expect from a Starbucks.

The sign on the store door says they open at 6.00 am on Sunday. But they dont! They open at 6.30 am in real life and the staff made us wait outside for good 5 min until they open. Not a Starbucks style.... please change the sign on the door.

I come to this location pretty regularly. Service is always very slow. I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for an iced tea. This should never happen. Not worth the wait

This Starbucks outpost was bustling with cute boys, all of whom had no interest in this girl. Service was prompt and my order was made correctly. There are many tables both inside and out, which is helpful seeing this joint is always busy. Because this Starbucks is in a strip mall, theres no drive-thru but theres a ton of parking.

Nice place to meet up friends and enjoy drinking coffee. The atmosphere is clean and nice. Highly recommend!

This location does a great job handling the large volume of customers they serve. They have a lot of seating, but often times can be full anyway. Its a good one!

Kudos to Cierra this morning! She had no voice, computers down and the front cooler not working with a line a mile long! She was efficient, pleasant and did everything with a smile! Thank you!!

The last three times at this location has been a exercise in frustration. Mobile orders are randomly cancelled cause they cant keep items listed as being in stock or not, and they tend to give the wrong items entirely.When you ask them for the correct item they come an attitude. The one woman with the big fake eyelashes is the worst.

Hazmat the girl with braids and one blonde braid was very rude and disrespectful rolling her eyes and unprofessional she has a very bad attitude. I’d definitely not come if she was working and being that way to customers.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. And for $5 I expect the staff to pay attention to mobile orders. The whole point is to avoid the line. This particular Starbucks regularly ignores mobile orders. I walk in and watch people who come in after me get their orders. Im like, hellloooooooooo and then I get my order, with attitude. Nothing special here.

They allow people to bring pets inside all around your to go drinks and food and no they are not support dogs just pets. This is against health code and its just plain nasty. People are allergic and scared of dogs but they constantly allow this.
