I called the parts department for help with a shock absorber I needed, the parts department person that helped me was Demetrius his nickname is bull, he was very knowledgeable about the part I needed and and he was very polite and helpful, I was advised correctly on the part numbers that I need it

The person who answered the phone was rude. Issue not resolved.
