Breland was great! He was very professional and honest. I came in for an oil change but he made me aware of some other services my car might need. (With no pressure) I opted to add two additional services with my oil change. I’m glad I did because my car needed the maintenance. Every step of the process he communicated to me what he was working on and he was even sure to show me why certain things needed attention. Overall I had a great experience. I highly recommend!

Great service, pulled in on a Monday morning they were open and busy. From the time I drove in to leaving was less than 20 minutes (which included me waiting to pull my car in the port). The gentleman who was managing the area was nice, pleasant and very informative on additional things my car will need in the near future. I would definitely go back to this location on Howell Mill Rd.

I have been going to express oil change ever since 2008…. And it’s not the place that makes me come back it’s the people who work there! I just love Josh and James ❤️… I will follow them where ever they go because I know I am going to get that top notch customer service they bring and it goes beyond just the regular customer service. They treat you and your car with care. They will make sure your car is running right. I love when people who are honest with you and keep it real with you. They won’t have you to spend unnecessary money if you don’t have too. I know a few places that have done that to me. I trust Josh and James completely! On Saturday 10/2/2021 I went to Howell mill to get an oil change and the Guy who did my service was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my car was just right. And yes I came back to Howell mill because Josh and James are there.

Im visiting from DFW, Texas and needed my oil changed before getting on the road to our next destination. This was the 2nd business Ive been to this morning. Nick greeted me quickly and ready to serve. The service was EXCELLENT and QUICK! This was my first interactive oil change as I didnt have to exit my truck to be serviced. I’ve gone to this place several times for an oil change. While I was waiting in the line of cars for my turn one of the employees came up to me and asked me to pop my hood so he could quote me a price. I didn’t need him to as, again, I’d been there several times. The man said it would be $84 plus tax for an oil change. When in the past I’ve only paid $47. I don’t know if they thought I didn’t know better because I am a woman and they wanted to upsell and take advantage but $84 for an oil change is absolutely absurd. I could take my car to the dealership and get an oil change AND tire rotation for the same price. I ended up leaving and not evening getting my oil changed because again I could go somewhere else for significantly less. Also, the man tried to tell me I needed a specific kind of oil that I in fact did not actually need. Ladies please know the kind of oil your car takes and don’t let this place take advantage of you. Or just avoid this place all together. I’d been a loyal customer for 4 years and I’ll no longer go back.

Antavion customer service was awesome! This was my first visit here and I definitely will be back. I was able to sit in the car while getting serviced which was a super plus! He showed me what was needed and told me to make sure I read over all paper work before leaving! I loved this place you will to!

Omg the staff was beyond amazing I had a hole in my tire they were able to plug my tire put air in it and they were even nice enough to add air in my other tire. While I waited conversations were effortless being super new to Georgia. Usually it’s hard to find a great mechanic when you move but express oil checked all my boxes it’s like I never left home thanks again express oil affordable swift friendly services

If I could post a zero or negative star review, it would be done. This is a very shady business to bring your vehicle to to have it serviced. I came here today for an oil change, FOR THE FIRST TIME. They had me pull my car into the bay and started doing the service, a man came up to me and explained that the previous place I had my oil changed serviced at, they had stripped my oil pan so express oil change WASN’T ABLE TO REMOVE THE PLUG AND PUT NEW OIL IN IT. I was told to go back to the last place went and they will get it fixed, so I did. I got to the previous service address and different company (jiffy lube) after explaining what the issue was, they had me sit in the waiting room. One of the managers came back into the building saying that someone had placed a Hyundai plug (I drive a Ford) into the oil pan and sealed it up with loc-tight!!! He also said that there was actually clean, new oil placed into the engine! So express oil change tried covering up their own mistake and blamed it on another company. I am so furious with this company and I will never be back, I can promise you that.

I lyke how fast they move and the fact that you dont have to get out of your car. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Great experience quick and easy job well done check all lights top off the new oil. The tech even went the extra mile I asked he could check my tread depth on my tire which he told me they dont normally do. He found the tool in order to check it out and I really appreciated it. I went in for an oil change today and found out my mechanic Joe Dukes is promoted and transferring to another Express Oil location. Sad to see him leave the Howell Mill store but happy for his well-deserved promotion. Joe is literally the BEST mechanic I ever met. But better than that, stay in car, window cracked, no touch anything, G Pay thru glass..Tech showed me clear oil on stick and you could see old filter get trashed -- putting my mind at ease without having to ask or worry -- Was I just scammed like Ive seen on TV? 😂Fantastic. I took my 2011 Jaguar XF there on Wednesday for an oil change. By Friday my car stopped and was smoking. After taking it to The dealership I was told that whomever changed my oil pinched the gasket and caused the oil to leak out almost causing my entire engine to blow. As of right now I don’t even know if the engine can be saved. They have to clean all the oil and re-do the oil change all over again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Unlike other car places, they dont try to talk you into unnecessary things and overcharge. Octavious helped me choose the best safest option when getting tires. His knowledge saved me tons of money and time by suggesting buying two tires! I have been going to this place for the past year and will continue to go!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING for whatever your car may need. Thorough with everything I have ever had. I have been going here for about 8 years and I have owned 2 cars that I only have brought here and they kept them in peak condition. They provide excellent service and they dont try to take advantage of you. They are fair and do excellent work. My husband bought a new car last March. It died suddenly with no warning last week on the other side of town. The only place I would allow it to be towed to was this place. They assessed the problem quickly and even told us that the car should still be covered under warranty for its engine problems. We checked for the warranty and it was indeed covered. Thank goodness!! They give excellent advice and wont take advantage of you. They have done multiple needed maintenances on my cars through out the years and I have always left satisfied. They have also been there for those sudden uh oh moments like last week and theyve never failed me. They can help with anything. The point is...I only take my cars here and you should too. They gave the best comprehensive maintenance check along with an oil change I’ve ever had

Had them fix my radiator paid a lot of money the next day my car broke down all my transmission fluid came out apparently they didnt put it back on properly. Got the car towed with the promise of them paying for the tow if its there fault. But a course its wasnt there fault so they say. Never going back there again, go somewhere else it will save you the headache.

I recently moved to East ATL and there is an Express Lube out there that IS NOT AS GOOD AS THIS ONE. Seriously, the amount of TLC Express Lube on Howell Mill RD will give you is amazing. They thoroughly check your car and are SO kind every single time. I cant go anywhere else for regular maintenance. Theyre just THAT amazing! The oil bay manager Torrey Hamilton is there every time I go and I look forward to seeing him every time. Hes so professional and will walk you through anything if you have questions.

Thats what I like when I am spending my money. I used to get my oil change somewhere else, but I will be going their for now on.

I feel 4 stars is good here because the guys and service were good and fast but the price was just wild for 5 qts of synthetic. I had a tight timeline so I had to pay but Ive gotten the same thing at other places for half the price. Better price would give 5 stars for sure.

Two of my tires became low on my drive home today so I pulled in to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to request assistance. The shop was extremely busy but Daniel immediately approached me and asked how he could assist, taking care of my tires within just a few minutes. I wanted to tip him but did not have any cash on me but Daniel said he was happy to help me safely on my way. I could not be more grateful!!!!!

I have experienced price gouging at other oil/car shops and was so pleased that this shop didnt do that - even giving a lower price than I expected. Everyone was really nice and polite. John helped me find a new tire for my car and it was in by the next morning. Theyre very upfront about their costs. $65 for an oil change, about $175 for a tire change. Im a student who knows nothing about cars and I didnt feel taken advantage of or out of place here.

I changed oil at this place several months ago, But I find oil leakage on the engine. They added oil too much. I think they are very unprofessional, I wont go there next time.

I dread getting my oil change every time but my boyfriend recommended this place so I gave it a shot and I’ve never been so pleased with my experience. The mechanic that assisted me, Nick, was so kind, quick, and professional with the service he provided me. I’m not a big fan of this area because it’s usually congested and busy, but I will definitely be returning as the service is so good and worth it. I was in and out within 10-15 mins.

First off this the second time at this location this has happened! I waited 30-40 mins in line for an oil change just for the other line to take 4 cars that came after me, before me. I hate this location. I will NEVER be back

The technicians that were inside my car were not wearing masks. I called prior to bringing my car in and was assured that they were following Covid procedures. I care for my 93 year old Mom and dont go anywhere where mask are not worn so I dont expose her. For most people this probably is not a concern but if it is go elsewhere.

Had an oil change. The girl there overfilled my oil, causing it to leak. Took my car back due to the leak and they tried to say it was my transmission leaking and wanted to charge me $200 to fix it. I will never go back to that place again.

I do not leave many reviews but this place just completely blew me away.Keith and crew are efficient and fair. I got one of my older cars looked at here and fixed. After a minor issue with one of the repairs they told me they were not going to charge me even though the change was a little beyond what I originally had fixed.These guys are awesome, they have a customer for life!

Got an immediate oil change with exceptional customer service.

I first went to them to fix my alignment. That was fine, but I suddenly had issues with the engine two days later. They told me to bring it back and found that I needed a new alternator and radiator. They replaced all of that, but the next day I had more engine problems. On the third visit, they said I needed a new motor and wondered why I wasnt aware that my coolant was low. This is Express Oil. If that were true then my coolant level should have been noticed the first time they worked on my car. Now I need a new car. Therefore, I have reason to believe that my car is destroyed because of them. Save your car and go elsewhere.
