I had an appointment for an oil change.. arrived and was told there was a 2 hour wait.I said, I have an appointment. The service technician actually stated, That those dont matter because a walk-in will be placed in front of you because it is first-come-firat-served. Really? Whats the point? Then he suggested that I just arrive early tomorrow. So a 40 mile round trip for nothing. They should honor appointment times while working in walk-ins.I arrived the following day at 8:15 and they said 1 hour for oil change and rotation. At the 1-hr mark the service representative called me to the desk to go over recommendations. I decline (because theyre already too slow) and the service representative stated, Your vehicle should be ready in 10 minutes. I listened and he said that same spiel to everyone. I waited an additional 40 minutes after that communication. They just need to be truthful and step up their productivity and efficiency game.

Made an appointment for 11:00 for an oil change. But it too them nearly an HOUR before they took it into the service bay. I asked the service advisor what the problem was with appointments and he said thats just how it works... So this is apparently a normal situation for them. Dont take that wrong, he was perfectly polite and sympathetic and the customer services usually excellent. However, this is no way to run a business, especially when it could be easily fixed.

We had some serious sensor issues with our Ford Escape.Because of the seriousness of the repair there were numerous phone conversations and short in-person meeting with Jonathan Kriech - our service representative. Also - we had some conversations with Chris Davis - the Service Manager.The repairs exceeded our expectations.Jonathan Kriech was so professional and personable throughout the entire process. He was always an extraordinary communicator. Being an extraordinary communicator means he was also a good listener. He was always a patient and great listener. Patiently listening to the customer today is so rare in todays society.Chris Davis was also involved from time to time. Chis was also professional - personable and an excellent communicator.My only regret about the whole process is that we can only give a FIVE STAR rating. These men deserve much higher than a FIVE STAR rating.Both Jonathan and Chris certainly know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANK YOU - JOB VERY VERY WELL DONE!!!!!

Chris and Mary took exceptionally good care of me. Chris is the reason that I drive 25-30 miles across town to visit this service center every time I need my car serviced. He took great care of me from day one by just going the extra mile.Today, I worked with Mary and she was very professional and took care of me as well. My appointment was at 9:20. I was told it would be 1.5 hours before the service tech could give a diagnosis. Close to two hours in I had to go to the service rep for an update. There wasnt one. 45 minutes later I went back to the rep. he had an update but didnt come to me. I gave approval for service about 1 hour or more I went back to the rep. only after his manager looked for him did he have a final update. This is a clean and friendly place but the service rep not doing his job made this a so so experience.

Originally went to one shop and they didn’t fully repair my AC which almost further messed up my car. Next day, I found Hennessy Ford and Jonathan was a huge help. They repaired the rest of the issues with my AC and I got my car back in a timely manner. Throughout the process Jonathan was very transparent and gave me plenty of updates. I recommend coming here if you need a new vehicle or you just need a repair like I did. Great service

I had an appointment and still I had to wait 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter replacement. Also the advisor normally place a floor mat protector and seat protector... this time that did not happen.I guess I chose the wrong day for serviceI have had my car service with them many times before completion would be less than 45mins tops.I had the perfect seat..because I had the opportunity to watch the mechanic walk in thousands of circles and have side conversations. He also decided to a take break while working on my vehicle.Time would be more efficient if procrastination was to a minimum.

Bill in the service dept went over and beyond in assisting me in getting my truck taken care of. Recently, I bought a used Sierra from Hennessy. I had some issues early on and I was a little disappointed considering I just made a purchase. Bill did everything he could in his power to make sure that I didnt come out of pocket for anything. Also, I ran in Trevor in the parking lot, one of the mgrs/lead mechanics. He was very informative and HONEST with everything that was going on with my truck as well. Ask for Bill in the service dept, trust me you wont be dissatisfied!! Good dude!

I lost my keys this past weekend. My car was at a friends place near Ponce City Market, and I had no way of moving it, outside of towing. My initial thought was to get a mobile locksmith to come down, make keys, and be on my way. The pricing I received when I called a few places was between $275-350, but I wouldnt have a key fob, just a straight key. I then called the dealership to see how much they would charge to have a key made (because I would then get a fob) and was told $216 for it to be made (after being put on hold for a few minutes for the person I spoke with to double check pricing). So, that seemed like a no-brainer. After paying to have my car towed to the dealership, I gave them a valet key (it would open the front doors, but not work in the ignition) and one key fob from another vehicle (that worked on that vehicle) of the same make, model, and year (my family has a small used car dealership, we sold a vehicle that had 3 fobs, so I used the extra). They began working to program the new key, but the alarm kept going off, and my vehicle went into anti-theft mode, so they couldnt program the new key, until the alarm went off. I, unfortunately, didnt have the doors keypad code to turn off the alarm, so they had to take off the door panel to access it and turn of the alarm/anti-theft...understood. I was told that would be an extra $90. Again...understood. So, I was expecting the $216 + the $90. Sucks, but it kinda was what it was. When they finished, the bill ended up being $454.16, which was actually $544.16, but they agreed to take off that extra $90...Thanks. When I initially spoke to my service advisor, they asked if I was told the price for the key. I said yes, I was told $216. They said okay, good. I dropped the car off at 5:15, they close at 6:00, there were issues (admittedly, my fault), and this wasnt completed until after 7:00. I say that to say I feel like I got charged overtime. I based my entire afternoon around my initial call and answer of yes, it will be $216 to get the key made. That seeeeemed to be the most economical/efficient route to take, even after paying for the tow. Turns out, I would have saved a lot of money, and a whooole lot of time, (I had to reschedule afternoon work meetings, because the tow service wasnt able to get there until 2 hours after calling) if I had the mobile locksmith come out. I feel like communication regarding pricing was poor, and that I was BSd, especially regarding the extra key fob I provided. There are plenty of Youtube videos that show how to program another fob, I just didnt have the extra key fob to do it. I regret not fighting it more, at the time, but everyone was ready to get the f*** out of there. Lesson learned.

I took my car in for a recall on Monday 12/28/20, they told me it would take 2 days to fix. My service representative Charles Hard told me he will do his best to get it done quicker and he did. My car was ready the very next day and was ready for me when I pulled up to the service center. Charles sas definitely a man of his word and I appreciate the work and service.

Car has not been looked at for diagnosis for over 3 days. Told to expect a couple of more days because they are slammed. I wonder how long the repair would be then if it takes this long to just diagnosis it. I would love to move it to another dealership for repair or just switch to a different brand of car altogether.I took our other car to the its dealership Service department yesterday around 11am, and guess what? It was diagnosed and repaired in the same day! What a concept.

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had in a Ford service, they asked me to leave the car for 48 hours to make the diagnosis and the corresponding service, and after 60 hours they simply did not do anything to the car and they asked me to leave it 2 days more, to see if on Monday they would give the diagnosis, that without counting the days to be able to do an oil change and some repair. The first time something like this has happened to me with Ford and I definitely believe that the bad and terrible service of this place is from its staff.

Would not suggest this dealer if you’re big on professionalism or timeliness. I was treated like a unknowing customer because I’m a woman. The diagnostic/repair process was explained to me as if I was 18 years old and getting my first oil change.I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning and told 2-3 days for diag. I had to call the dealer for an update Thursday night and suddenly get a text/email that my diag results were ready. I was then given the run around trying to reach my “advisor”. It gave me the sense that my vehicle had been sitting around at the dealer and I hadn’t been contacted until I reached out.The following Monday, when my vehicle was ready, I received an automated phone call and had to call the dealer 4 separate times before getting my advisor on the phone to confirm the cost of my repairs. My car was at that dealer for nearly a week when I’m convinced that wasn’t necessary.An all-around poor experience. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and sad sense of urgency at this dealership. As I picked up my vehicle, another customer was detailing his poor experience as well. Beautiful dealership, but needs an internal facelift.

My car needed a lot of work caused by accidents with unseen damage. My car now rides better than it has ever. Charles Hart my adviser kept me informed on every step calling to give me detailed information on what was needed explaing In detail how and why this was needed to be done. He made it really clear as to why certain repairs were needed for my own safety. I had water leakage jn side my car from a clogged ac pipe that caused mildew inside my entire car is just another repair I needed. He explained in detail every repair. If I could give them 10⭐I would I was so satisfied with the work Hennessy Ford did, I plan to continue to let them take care of my Ford Focus. I will not wait to have repairs done as I knew certain repairs needed to be taken care of. I never felt pressured either.

My truck was broken into over two weeks ago. I dropped it off here because it also had a recall on it and had some kind of rattling noise coming from the engine. This is the dealership I have been coming to for years and to which I have also referred friends and family to buy cars and to have their cars serviced. Unfortunately this time I got Tim Bennewitz as an adviser.Since work was needed on the truck I figured I would let Glass America replace the broken windows while the truck was being serviced. They showed up on Wednesday and Tim told them he had replaced the front window and ordered glass for the side window. Glass America then called me and I clarified that I hadnt requested Ford to do anything but the recall and to check the engine.After many calls and lies Tim told the Glass America guy that he was able to put the side window in. I’ve also spoken with another individual and mentioned that since they did replace the front windshield (which they were not told to do because I had requested Glass America do it) that I would pay what I was due to pay Glass America.On Thursday I went to the dealership to ask for Tim and the first thing he said to me was, This is insurance fraud!. He was yelling and being totally disrespectful to me in front of other employees and customers. Not once did he try to explain what happened or what went wrong. In my seven-plus years of going there and buying/servicing vehicles I’ve never witnessed so much disrespect. The total disregard blew me away.After being so blown away by his appalling behavior, I finally asked to speak with a service manager, because Tims tone and body language were completely out of line. Things got worse from there. Tom Denman the service manager mentioned that he had heard the commotion and loud talking, and I was quick to mention it was all Tim. Not once did he address the issue. I explained the situation to him and he went along with Tim, accusing me of insurance fraud. They both claimed that they had talked to my insurance company and that the insurance company representatives said they thought Ford was doing the work. Not once has the Ford dealership called me with the insurance company on the phone. When I called the insurance company the advisor said, We can’t tell you where to go. Hennessy Ford doesn’t even do body work or replace windows, so why would I pay them to hire an external contractor to do it when I can just hire that company directly myself?Tim Bennewitz and Tom Denman are a disgrace to Hennessy Ford services department. Nothing about these two individuals embodies an ethos of service. It’s such a shame to be in 2020 and to experience an advisor and his manager being biased, disrespectful, patronizing, extremely aggressive, and expressing no regard for anyone. I’m taking my business elsewhere and hopefully everyone that reads this will follow suit.

$125 general maintenance service and they didnt bother to fill the window washer fluid reservoir. Makes one think that maybe they didnt perform the other services for which you paid. And they werent busy. Three other customers on a Wednesday afternoon. Lots of workers just standing around talking. I wont be back to this place ever.
