Amit is the best! I received a recommendation for this place from a friend, and it did not disappoint. Amit and his team did a thorough diagnosis of what was going on, and he provided me options very objectively. There was never a push to buy anything which I really appreciated. I decided to get some much needed work done which Id procrastinated for too long including AC replacement (yes, I drove around with it broken for 2 years), new spark plugs, and new battery terminal connectors. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!!

Replaced my front struts when other shots quoted 2x the amount or would not do it. I didn’t have the lug nut locks that came on my wheels and they drove around town for 2hrs finding it and gave it to me in case I got a flat tire FREE of charge. Very honest and service oriented people. Highly recommend!!!

Nothing kills a business more than inconsistency. Came here first time Hispanic girl with long hair took such good care of me. Came back second time made mistakes on my car but had a great customer service so convinced like 5 of my friends to come and get their oil changed here. Came back earlier today with 2 cars to do oil change and the new girl(short mohawk style hair) has such a bad attitude and compared being a doctor to mechanic to charge me $100 for something so simple. I have respect for every person in every field but your in a very competitive market. Oil change and car fixing on Buford hwy is like selling water next to the beach. Only reason I came back and told my friends was because of the customer experience. Funny thing is on the door it’s says customer is king. Unbelievable I will take my money and friends some where else.

Had to have my car towed in over night. Sandra gave great customer service and their mechanic did everything and MORE for my BMW! They went above and beyond for me and I love over 50 miles away from their location.

I found a $20.20 oil change coupon, but no one answered when I called. I went there, they told me that my car was recommended to have 5W20 oil, and the coupon only covered 10W/30. They would not honor it. I said I would never return, she arrogantly said perfect and didnt care. Of course, I might need other more involved care in the future, but I will NEVER go there.

First time customer. I had an oil change done. After driving the vehicle, I noticed it was a drastic increase in the car leaking oil. To make a long story short -- I thought it was something as simple as the oil pan nut NOT fastened all the way -- THAT WAS IT! I took the car back to this location and CALMLY asked them to fix the problem --- THEY DID!This is what customer service is all about -- not fake being nice to me but when you need to ACT --- you balk. They took care of the problem. I will be back to this location. Very appreciative of the business and I wish them well & continued success as long as they maintain their great customer service approach.

I thought this was a good place until I kept bringing car back about the same problem. Changed my battery as they said and my car still isnt working . I am with child, I also run a business while my partner works this is our only way of transportation . Now I have to tow my car again to this location for them to blame it on another thing . I am not happy with the service I have been given Ive spent over $1000 to get this car fixed .

Came here to have the AC condenser replaced in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called around to check prices first. Not only was their price for the repair great, but the service here was great too. Sandra was able to get the part in stock next-day, whereas several others estimated 2-3 days. She followed up on scheduling, and while I was there she went above and beyond to have the leak source rechecked at no charge (I had diagnostics performed at another shop) to make sure this repair was indeed what was needed to fix the problem. Sandra was awesome. Great experience, will definitely go back.

They are always great to work with very helpful and friendly. They will tell you everything wrong and what they recommend needs to be done most urgent and not try to pressure you into doing everything at one time if budget is a concern. I trust them with my vehicles.

I never post reviews online, but finding a good mechanic has been impossible for me until now so I had to share. I have brought 3 cars to this shop over the last year with different issues and at each time the service provided was professional, reasonably priced, completed in record time, and flawless. I highly recommend this location for any auto repair or service needs.

Worst customer service experience ever! Pulled in to this place for what I thought would be an oil change, most places I have ever been you pull up to an open bay and they come out, greet you and tell you where to go. When I pulled up I saw an open bay that had an orange cone that said no parking next to it so I pulled up to it and awaited for someone to come out and give me some direction. No sooner than I put it in park and rolled down the window a gentlemen bee lined to the no parking cone and started pointing his socket at it with a disgusted look on his face. Not a How can we help you or Good morning, just pointing at the no parking sign. I immediately was frustrated and proceeded to tell him that most places greet their customers and that if this is what I could expect I would take my business elsewhere. He just looked at me and continued to point at the sign and said Read, read, read as I drove off.Well I can read and I hope others read this as well and make a decision based on how they want to be treated as a prospective customer and elect to go elsewhere. I am now sitting down the street at Havoline quick oil change where I pulled up to the open bay and and someone came out and said, Good morning, how can we help you. Seems like a better way to start to me.

I had a very specific problem that he was very familiar with. He fixed it at a low price, at a fast pace, and kept me updated throughout the process. I had went for an oil change on Tuesday and the next day I noticed smoke was coming out of my car. I called them and let them know I was unable to bring in my car due to work but, they were amazing and sent 2 technicians to come to my workplace and check out the problem. They brought the car back in with them and solved the issue, they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place!! They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything possible to make sure I was safe and the car was okay; no cost at all. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Awesome experience every time I take my 1974 Nova up there. I would highly recommend this place.

My air conditioning went out in my car, I took it to 3 different mechanics all telling me that my compressor was broken and that it would cost 400-600 to fix it. I brought it here and asked them to check it out, not only was my compressor not broken but I got my A/C completely repaired for 75$. They told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me what needed to be corrected. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! They really took care of me and I cam away feeling like I had not been taken advantage of.

Walked in for a radiator hose repair -- they were quick to order the part and they had my car in and out in about 90 minutes. They also fixed a taillight for me. Cost was very reasonable and Amit was friendly and helpful. Free Wifi, too!

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. Been taking my older Jeep to this shop for many months, as it is slowly restored from project vehicle to working condition. Their mechanics are skilled, and there is no problem when I bring in my own parts.

I had my oil changed here recently. I was impressed with the great customer service by Amit. Though I didnt need any work done on my car, I saw the way Amit took care of his customers. I could tell that he is honest and really cared about each customers personal situation, and that he tries his best to help everyone. The oil change was quick, about 10-15mins after giving him my keys.

Trustworthy mechanic. Explained the problem with my car and showed me everything that would entail getting it fixed. He even went over the various options for replacement parts.

They let me bring my own oil and filter for $15. Tire rotation was $25. Overall thats a bit more expensive than other place or even the dealership but the people were friendly and knowledgable. They also didnt try to upsell me.
