Found what I needed. One person kindly took me to find an item, granola. The cashier was also excellent and young female bagger accompanied me to my care. She was extremely helpful placing the groceries in my trunk. Very courteous. I thank her very much. The store was clean.

Yeah - so weird experienced. I went to customer service and asked for a mask. They then sent me away saying they were out and then I went to the pharmacy who said “Yeah - she lied to you, let me get it”.I live over here and, although originally was just fortunate to have this location, am starting to kinda see how out of date this is. The deli takes 10 minutes on each sandwich and they only have like 1 or 2 registers open. Curious why they haven’t updated this to a Greenwise or at least put automatic cash registers. Lots of people moving to WholeFoods or Target down the way - gotta innovate sooner or later.

The staff here are always friendly. Management steps to the plate and offer the customer assistance; unlike Kroger whose management spends time harassing innocent people whom they suspect are shoplifters.

Met the most respectable young man yesterday.I do believe his name was Prince and he goes to Clark and we had such a lovely chat ! Hewas very informative and was able to assist me with my grocery shopping in produce.

Trevor and Jordan who run the customer service are amazing people who represent Publix awesome. They do a good job of keeping most high school kids doing their jobs and focused while ensuring the clients/customers are always taken care of.

I always feel cold der and you can find everything. Small suggestions you guys can add some more frozen Indian food. Shampoo options are limited so can increase that stock up

Clean store with friendly workers. The cashier was so friendly she kept talking and laughing with the guest in front of me...after I said excuse me, can I get Lotto tickets for tonights game? Or is it too late? She told me I had seven minutes left to get them..then proceeded to laugh and talk to the person in front of me!!! After she was finished waiting on her. Several people came in after me, also wanting to buy Lottery tickets. When she finally waited on me, she said oh youre too late!

I couldnt wait until tomorrow to post this. I had a strong craving for something that included fruit and some cake. Long story short, I purchased the cake that was topped with fresh strawberries, kiwi, peaches, and grapes. The layers was also filled with the fruit. Every single bite was pure bliss!!! Im in my early stages of pregnancy and I must say, my craving was definitely satisfied! Thanks to this particular Publix!

Always stocked beautifully and clean as can be! But the best part is they have the nicest employees ever! I have a great conversation with every person I encounter at this store. It was the only place I would shop during the lockdown last spring. Going in here is ALWAYS a great experience!

Jane in the deli dept was so kind to go out of her way to cut my turkey and cheese order although one employee said they were already closed. One of the biggest and spacious Publix supermarket in Atlanta. This store has more variety of products compared to other Publix supermarkets. This store is very clean and appreciate good customer services. This supermarket is inside Atlantic Station.

No one in line. Me and my daughter were ordering a couple of sandwiches. Why, why, why??? Why did it take almost thirty five minutes to get three sandwiches. Unbelievable! By the time we were leaving the line had grown into the bakery. The guy didnt even know what went on the sandwiches. He kept asking what the menu said as far as ingredients. If he was new to the area. He shouldve had someone training him. #wrongtimetobeflyingblind

I frequent the Publix at Atlantic station quite often now especially because the MARTA buses in that area have stopped running. However the Atlantic station shuttle still delivers me to my favorite Publix. All the associates are friendly and most helpful. They are always offering to answer any questions, helping to find any item. More importantly, everything we touch is super clean. From the front door to the checkout counters, we are well protected because they are always wiping things down whenever they get a moment. The pricing is great, just show BOGO Wednesdays. This is the best Publix, especially when comparing other grocers. Simply the best!

Near Movie theater and other stores. Get a meal from the deli before going to the movies. Eat at the patio tables.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE

Customer service at this location is usually top notch until recently. There is a specific manager wannabe who has refused to give me quarters whenever I have asked for a dollar or two worth of change in quarters. He says there is a shortage and tells the clerk Im dealing with NOT to give ANY quarters out as change. This is BS and hopefully upper management at this location will have a word with this rude individual. If this continues then Ill have to take ALL of my business to the Target down the street.

I dont have anything negative to say about the service/employees. I actually rarely leave a negative review, but I felt the need to warn other people about the lack of mask wearing going on in this store by other customers. It made me feel really unsafe and uncomfortable shopping in there. If you have an autoimmune disease, upper respiratory condition, or you just generally care about the health of you and others around you... Dont come here. Its required by law in the city of Atlanta that you must wear a mask in public, and yet every single person in my checkout line was ignoring it. No employees stepped in to confront them, despite the four signs at the entrance about the mask laws. Its just gross and disrespectful.

Bad service from some of the cashiers. It seems they hired several street gangsters here. Unbelievable unprofessional and unfriendly to the customers with other races.

I normally speak to most that I make contact with,but this young lady beats her customer to the punch when showing concern. She has such a pleasant and welcoming approach when helping customers. Personally she never gave me directions but overhearing her service to others, I feel apart! Recently I had the chance to check out in a line that she was bagging and requested her name. Every time I stay at Twelve Hotel I visit this Publix. Very nice. Kiara was my cashier on 6/22/2020 and she very nice.

A store clerk by the name of Lorele had a very nasty attitude on 07/9/20 at 8:19 am. I said good morning twice and she didn’t respond. I asked her a question about an item she was stocking and she completely ignored me.

The store was clean. The staff wore masks and gloves. They have one entrance and they limit the number of customers. The store has marked places to stand in the checkout line for proper physical distances between the customers.

Go here a lot but yesterday I had a cashier named CC and I accidentally got more groceries than I could afford. I was embarrassed and told her I would need to put something back. She rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath and asked me how much I wanted to spend. Thats my business and her rudeness almost made me cry because I was already embarrassed. Her name was CC.

It was awesome. The item that I needed wasnt on the shelf. The manager happened to be standing a few steps next to me. He asked me how I was and could he help me with anything. I told him what I was looking for? He then called one of his colleagues over to assist me with my concerns . Even after that she called me to tell me that she would place an order for me. Kudos

Deli is frequently understaffed during lunch rush and wait times for sandwiches is very long. On several occasions, online orders have not been prepared by the designated pick up date. I have been asked to wait so an associate can prepare the order, which makes the process take even longer and cuts in front of other customers that have been waiting.Today is the fifth time an online order has not been ready at pick up. Really disappointed. It would be a good store, otherwise.

Amazing food. Its also amazing how cleaner it was at this location and Im just talking about the food. Its like they use different ingredients. 🤷
