This Publix store is probably the most convenient out of all of the Publix stores around the Atlanta area. Its located only 0.2 miles from the Midtown Marta station making it the most convenient Publix store around followed by the store at 595 Piedmont Road by the North Avenue Marta station. The only downsides to this are that this store is usually really busy and its a smaller store which means a more limited selection of products. It still gets five stars though!

Stocked, nice produce, good selection of meat and milk products, clean, conveniently located in proximity to Georgia Tech.

Great! Clean, organized place.Everything is fresh as always. This place is in a good location for students to buy some foods for their daily use.

Quick in and out. My first experience with a Publix in a downtown area was great. Staff was courteous, items were easy to get to, and the bakery fresh food was perfect.

I stop to get food so not need to cook when get home. Some of the dealt and hot food staff can learn to be more politely to the customers. And thats all I would fix the other staff are always friendly. So maybe the kitchen staff just need help or better training. I came in after work in my chef uniform and they still asked as I would have no clue on food service. So on that day I just didnt even that the sub they had already made.because as I stopped and said to them I can spend my money in a place not in here!!

Always a location and well stocked for a busy locaton. Only issue is the deli/hot foods section. Not much great customer service. They rather joke and talk(fine in professional moderation) amoung each other rather than staying alert for customers.

Conflict of interests is the first thing that springs to mind. Being a Lakeland born native, just like Publix, Im most definitely biased. That being said, I frickin love Publix! They will even fill your antibiotics scripts for free! Pro-tip, just for you guys.

Pretty much like every other Publix on the planet.... because this is a college town, lots of kids running around stocking up for the week. Well stocked and courteous staff.

New to the Area. There arent any Publixs locations in Dallas. Beautiful store, clean, great service and selections.

8:20pm tonight aisle 4, Cory was rude and she went out of her way to be rude. I picked up a hand basket from a stack on the floor when I came in. When I went to check out in the aisle behind Cory, I emptied my basket and places it where I had saw the stack when I came in. She turned around to rudely tell me to put the basket in the basket rack that was next to her. She wasn’t my clerk. I said well sorry, I found it on the floor so I put it back on the floor. Meanwhile 3 others came up with baskets after me and I watched to see if she told them the same thing as she told me. She didn’t. She bringing down the great Publix experience I usually have.

Great service. Clean environment. Friendly service. I just wish they would have fresh wings in the evening.

The cashiers at this place are amazing, this supermarket is a great spot. My only issue is their pharmacy, they always make you wait too long. I was told I’d wait 10-15 minutes, and here I am wasting 30+ minutes.Gonna change my pharmacy after this experience!

I like this publix, but it is very crowded. Its clearly a popular spot, but the lines need to be moving a lot faster. Cant stay around large groups of people nowadays. Social distancing is still necessary.

Good for quick groceries but expect long queue at checkout.

The man working tonight, Art, had a line of 8 people when he decided to walk away for no reason and disappeared for 30 minutes. Comes back and with a line of now 10… several have walked away.. makes himself a sub in front of us all. I can’t make this up.Edit: Art made his own sandwich in front of the entire line then walked off again.

Big, well stocked Publix right off of West Peachtree in the heart of Midtown. Frequented by Tech students. Parking in the deck is convenient. Not my regular Publix but I like this one well enough to go 6-7 x / year.

Its a super market. Clean, with helpful staff. A bit pricey. Im happy.

I am a personal shopper so I shop in Publix often. Of all the locations I have been in throughout Florida and Georgia, this is the worst as far as customer service and mannerisms. I parked up top, so came in a different door. I asked “where are your carts?” And the associate sarcastically replied “out in the lot” A “good morning” to an associate gets no response. A “do you carry this item” is followed up by eyes rolling and “If we have it, it’s over that way” I am baffled that this is actually a Publix!

Love this Publix. Every Wednesday they have $5 sushi deals. Very often they have mussels which I dont see at other supermarkets. Great for a quick shopping run if you live in the midtown area. Be sure to bring reusable bags! If you need to park, the parking access is on the side streets.

Well located and offering a good variety of products. Nice balance between price and quality.

I really, rarely go to Publix (prices are so high) but first time in this store today. The entry is not disabled friendly. The stairs are not wide enough for more than one going up and down. It is a nice store even though finding things was a bit hard. I think Ill stick to my one in my side of the city.

Its as nice as any other Public in terms of quality, but not in terms of staff. If you are paying with food stamps they will be mean to you here. Four different staff members on four different occasions changed their demeanor towards me once they realized I get assistance. They dont believe you should be shopping here unless you have money, so dont unless you do.

The assistant produce manager and the cashiers were so helpful and sweet. Its my sons 3rd birthday and they started it off right by providing us with great customer service.

Great place for day to day items and provides value for money. Specials are also good.

Cool grocery store! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and selection good. The prices seemed reasonable, neither cheap nor expensive, and the lines moved quickly at checkout.The only ding I would give them was that I saw several people waiting to be served at the meat counter, and the staff behind the counter ignored them for a long time. This seemed to be poor service, and inconsistent with what I saw with the other staff.

This place is so nice and clean. The staff is extremely kind as well.

This location isn’t that good. Not sure if it’s because of covid or what but they are always out of things. The sandwich line is always around the corner. Most times only one person is making sandwiches. Especially at their busy times. This place needs some work.

This Publix is relatively small and the parking garage isn’t the most fun, but it has a great location in Midtown with many people walking to/from the store.

I really enjoy public because it is so clean and has a nice variety of items however it is a little overpriced but its the closest grocery store to Midtown and the people that work in the deli are usually very helpful

Experience was alright. Visited the Publix in the past with an ex-coworker that has bad reputations in work place environments! The cashier by the name of Tanchic had a very disgusting attitude during check out. So much for the quality of food. The employees truly made my experience unpleasant.

Great Mid-Town location. Decent variety of products. Produce section is pretty sparse, needs improvement. Nice cuts of steak. Dont come here looking for a wide selection of fresh seafood as the seafood section is more sparse than the produce section. Staff is pretty cool, personable and helpful. Lines can get long but they are usually pretty good at opening up additional checkout lanes quickly.

Publix is my favorite grocery store, not only because I was employed there for five before I became a full-time recording artist, entrepreneur and author, but because you can get the best meats, seafood and grocery items that you cant find at other grocery stores...

Its always busy. Its great if you dont have a car on campus as a student. The Bus will take you straight there. If you have a car, I would recommend traveling a few miles out.

Mrs. Bailey Assistant Manager in the deli is very rude and dismissive! Didn’t speak to anyone at the counter as she restocked straws! Stephanie was very nice and went the extra mile to help.

Usually perfect but today the sub line was not great. Ordered ahead for 2pm and didnt get my sub until 2:30. Ill be back though!

It’s really amazing how these store employees go to great lengths at picking and choosing who receives decent customer service who gets the absolute worst. Just now a deli guy had difficulty accepting the fact that his way of making a sandwich wasn’t my preference and get so upset he threw out the sandwich to start from scratch which blew my mind. At the very least, he needs to be pulled from the floor for additional training.

Great place to eat from deli as there are tables to enjoy the food and chill. Just a short walk from the midtown marta station, you will not pay tourist prices here. Be creative, buy a loaf of bread, get some deli meat and feed 4 for $10 in the middle of the tourists area...convenient from downtown by marta transit...liquor store close by...Macs...no tourist prices

Expensive but stocked with a huge variety of incredibly fresh items. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. Check out $5 sushi on Wednesdays!

Tanchic need to come off of the registers she is so rude and lacks professional courtesy. She dont greet you and she dont say thanks . Shes only on her best behavior when managers are the floor. When they are not present she is so rude and unlife like. When shes reported it often do not get to the managers . I will be speaking directly with corporate office.

I recommend Publix because it offers affordable and fresh grocery items everyday. The bakery products are delicious and usually have great value for money. Its a convenient place in Midtown so always easy to buy flowers.

Very small Publix had a hard time finding things but thats probably really my fault because its not anything like my Publix if I was making a grocery store my own they would all be identical so I didnt have to learn a new store every time I walked in one but they had what I needed but it is very small store

Been to this Publix a few times very disappointed with the quality of food. Bought a steak here awhile ago that smelled bad the moment I opened the package! Also bought some good looking burgers last night until I opened the middle of the patties! whoever works in the meat department tried to cover the old bad meat with the good meat. Don’t shop here there is a Whole Foods down the street might spend a little more money but it’s worth it at least

Slow deli sandwhich makers

A very organized store with great produce and even decent prices. Its conveniently located to transit. The one negative is the number of homeless ppl who are allowed to follow you around the store. Im all about helping ppl, but to be solicited on multiple occasions in one trip is a bit much.

The staff is always great but the two stars is because of the products being short lived. Check the dates, especially on milk eggs and produce. They continue to stock items with only a few days left of past self life.
