Wonderful experience! I was graciously offered free samples more than once by different booths. Purchased more wine than Id expected going in. I appreciated the variety of prices compared to grocery store selections. I found exactly what I wanted at fair prices.

I went in here a few months ago to purchase some wine and beer for our wedding from this past Saturday. The lady who assisted me with my selections had great customer service and thats why I give 2 stars. I informed her that we are planning for 150 guests at the most and whom most will be over the age of 40 and older and we will also had 2 signature drinks as well. She ended up selling me over $1600.00 of wine and beer. Toward the end of the night, I asked the bartenders what did the guests consume the most and they told me that drank mainly our cocktails. I felt stupid and swindled. Of course, I cant return the the alcohol that wasnt consumed. I should have just spent $300 on beer and wine at the most and kept it moving. Learn from my mistake and just ask for assistance in loading your car up. Also, research better deals on beer and wine as well. Dont go here. The bright side is that we had a beautiful wedding and we are happy.

I ordered a keg of beer that ended up being the wrong kind and Josh the store manager was very accommodating and re- ordered it on that same day and 2 days later it was there! I have to say everyone I interacted with has been wonderful. Its unfortunate they cant sell spirits but there is a great selection of beer and wine and the prices are very good.... but the service is even better! Highly recommended

This place is heaven for beer and wine lovers. The store is awesome, but the service was AMAZING. There were so many craft beer, wine, and cigar selections. The only place that I could find Goose Island Oktoberfest

They have a shocking amount of beers here! And they have little free samples around the store of different seltzers, wines, beers, etc. I hate wine, but I actually found multiple wines that I liked thanks to them! This place is 30mins from my house but it’s my go to place. Worth the drive

It is our habit for years now to spend Valentines Day here with my partner. The place was very romantic and they offer a collection of wines. You can find the hard-to-find and unique wines here. The staff and servers were very friendly and accommodating every time we were here. This is our favorite place in town!

Friendly and helpful staff! I often go to Total Wine to get the mix n match 6 packs which are an awesome way to sample a bunch of different beers, Seltzers, and even champagne and Mead! Most of the items have detailed and accurate descriptions of their flavor profile so it isnt difficult to find something youll like, and something youve never even tried.They have a wonderful selection and many items which are hard to find and you wont find in other places. I particularly liked how organized the mix n match wall was at this location, everything placed by its flavor profile.

There are some locals I wish they had more of, like Cherry St. Brewerys coconut porter, and a wider selection from Georgia Winery. And out of town faves of mine like VanBrunts Brooklyn-made bourbon. But prices are fair and they have a wide selection. I love their tasting station.

As soon as my friend and I walked in we were being watched like hawks. I will never buy from total wine again. They need new staff and manager that are kind to the shoppers. We were not even greeted once. The one in Kennesaw would ALWAYS greet you but the one here did not. This was my third time coming here and was never greeted. They honestly act like this is a winery over in the upper echelon areas which the location of this total wine is definitely not. I’ve been to nice spots that sell wine and this is far from it. This was a quick stop to our actual destination. I will gladly continue pay for over priced alcohol at the local liquor stores in this area than go here again. I hope this establishment gets called out for their behavior. Don’t treat your black customers like trash because our money is keeping your business standing especially during this pandemic.

Has a really good selection of beer, wine & cider, its my go to spot for finding new and different beers, it’s always clean and tide and the workers are helpful.

I walked in to simply check out their selection based on a friends referral. I was checking out and was asked by the cashier to show I.D. I have no issue showing identification for who I am,but I was also asked to remove my mask and hat for some 15 dollar malts. This experience was unacceptable. I will not conduct business here again. Thank you.

This location is brand new and has a lot to offer. Not only is it clean and spacious; but it has a tasting room with a cigar station. There’s so much you can choose from due to a great variety along with cheap prices! I would definitely recommend going here but they only sell beer, wine, and some snacks. No vodka, rum, gin, nor any other hard liquors.

Walked in and asked for help finding 10 bottles of wine for under $10 each (was having a contest). They walked me around, found me 10 interesting bottles, and I was out in 10 minutes. Love the customer service here!!!

Total Wine always has a fresh stock of my fav wines. Ive learned to stop searching all over & just take a trip there. Also, the staff is usually helpful & friendly & their prices are reasonable so I save on time, gas & beverages.

Brandon helped me with a red blend they were promoting and it was a great buy. Had a great deal when I bought multiple bottles and received a discount.

I found the McBride Sisters wine and I couldnt be more pleased! Ive already gone back and am heading there again for more to give as gifts!

As my boyfriend was checking out with our purchase. (Me not buying the alcohol) was asked to show I.D. It’s freezing outside and I didn’t expect to show my ID due to NEVER showing unless I was the purchaser or asked to remove myself from the premises. I’m well over the age of the legal age of 21 and carry myself as such. So being asked to get my ID for a bottle of cheap wine to scan BOTH parties ID for one person to purchase is quite excessive.

I was visiting from New Jersey last week and I was invited to a dinner party where I was asked to bring Bread and Butter Rose. I stopped into this location and couldnt find it so I asked the first employee I saw. Christopher (the sommelier) is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! He let me know they didnt carry that particular wine but he recommended Samuel Robert Rose Willamette Vintners Reserve. The way he described it, I knew I had to at least try it. I purchased 5 bottles and I warned him if my friends didnt like it, I was going to let him know. He assured me they would. When I tell you that wine was amazing! Everybody enjoyed it tremendously. I already called and let him know but now I want the world to know, Christopher is amazing!

Its very easy to get in and out at Total Wine. They have prices that fits every budget. The staff is pretty helpful. If you are interested in a nice bottle of cabernet, or a beer from another country, they have a good selection.

Giant warehouse store of awesome craft beer and wine. The craft beer selection is always on point, and they even have a cigar humidor. I just wish they filled growlers, but this is Georgia so were behind the times. Cool store.

First time in the store last week. So many choices of wines, I was impressed with the layout of the store and selections. The trip to Total Wine totally exceeded my expectations. Also, the staff was very helpful and proactively came to check if I needed assistance.

Total wine in this location is really nice. My husband loves the unique and diverse selection of beers from around the world. The special edition wall is especially nice. The wine selection is a match for the beer. There are international and domestic wines and liquors and all the goods you need to host friends and have a good time. Our favorite part is that the prices are just right.. they dont ramp up the prices just because they are a specialty shop. Prices are comparable to the ones you will find in grocery stores for comparable brands. This makes total wine the place you can drop in and buy a few beers, or the go-to for a wine and cheese party.

I went here to get boxes for moving and storage, not to buy any beverages, although I have in the past. To say they have a great selection is an understatement. Not that Im an expert on places to purchase wine or spirits, but Id say that if you cant find what you want here, youd be hard pressed to find it elsewhere in the Atlanta metro area, except maybe for a few places like Greens, Sherlock, and Pearsons (if its still open).

If you are looking for the Home Depot equivalent of a Wine and More experience, youve found it. Luckily, there is ample help inside because this store is huge, like really huge. Ironically, the last time I was there, I did not even buy alcohol, instead I ventured through the non-alcoholic section and picked up four different versions of root beer in search of the perfect root beer float with my stepson. The beer selection, again, out of this world. And if you want to really spoil yourself when your wife isnt looking, slip into the walk-in cigar humidor and pick out a lovely treat to combine with the nights glass of red wine, or whatever your flavor is. Bottom line, if you are in the area, why go anywhere else? This is the candy store for adults.

Nice selection but there is a lot of beer on the shelves that is out of date by several months. We purchased 2 cases today and after getting home realized they both expired in February.Huge miss on the stores part.

I visited 03/13/2020 around 2:30pm and it wasnt crowded. The selection is incredible but l give them one star for customer service. The guy giving out samples of wine spent the entire time on his cell phone propped up on the counter. I noticed several people walking and looking at the sample but he was more interested in his text message. I was lost and so confused, looking like a weirdo and not one the theree associates l made eye contact with asked if they could help. Wont be back.

This is a beer and wine only location but the beer and wine selection is absolutely amazing. They also have a good variety of spiked seltzer’s in stock. The employees are always friendly and helpful!
