Holy sweet heaven and hell batman this place is jam packed deff the largest assortment of alcohol ive seen in a store in years, I might have to start traveling to Atlanta just to stop in here to browse the selections they have some of which Ive never heard of or seen but they got so much to choose from . Definitely worth taking a stop to check out when needing some booze.

Very nice(or bad) to have this place literally right across my work. But I enjoy shopping here. You can ask my full mini fridge of beer and stocked shelves of liquor. And soju (it’s so cheap just walk to the back right corner tho cuz it’s not in a labeled section).Went with a friend of mine and it was like she was in a candy store picking off syrups and liquor.Never had a problem with staff, never asked myself but overheard them helping another customer and they seemed knowledgeable.Nice moves.Keep it up.

So my not quite brother in law came to town and we had to take him here for the selection on beer. It took us at least 30 minutes to pick selection as they have it all!!!Word to the owner, put in a make your own 6 pack section PLEASE!!!Staff is quick at check out and wears masks, they run a tight ship on holiday with officers present. In addition the liquor selection is awesome! I in particular love Bourbon and they have at least an entire isle of it.Love the place wish it was more centrally located so I would have found it sooner and could frequent it more often.

The place to get just about any beer, wine, spirits you may need. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in locating hard to find items.. Store is literally crammed with products and is an entertaining adventure in liquor shopping. Love this place.

No good. Shelf pricing reflects a “cash or debit card” discount. (Or in other words, credit cards are upcharged.) Small sign at check-out displays this policy. Also, staff on the floor not knowledgeable. And the last time that I shopped there was based on a phoning ahead — was told that they carried item X, clarified it with clerk, when I arrived was not the item I called about. Another example of staff not knowledgeable. Will not be back.

You’ll have a hard time finding as many good beers under one roof on this side of town.

The selection is excellent. Im more into spirits than wine but the liquor section is very good. However, the customer service is hit or miss. Some days youll walk in and the person behind the counter will greet you warmly and ask if you need help. Other days, the cashier checking you out will carry on a conversion with the other cashier and NEVER speak to the you, the paying customer. Amazing.

Wow. I came here from an internet rec for looking for rum. This place is great. The variety to choose from is amazing. Most liquor stores have a few shelves of premium rums & then rows & rows of the flavored stuff favored by college kids (not knocking the flavored stuff, I am just looking for something more sophisticated). This place was the opposite; the premium stuff definitely outnumbered the flavored stuff. And they actually have separated mezcal section, which was super nice. Most places I have been either have it mixed in or its just a few bottles grouped together on a shelf in the tequila section.

The customer service is awful...the 2 cashiers( Gina,the Asian woman and a Caucasian man) working 12/23/2020 approx at 1pm were rude, worse experience ever at any retail location I have visited. after reading the reviews, as far back as 3yrs ago I see Tocco Giant Package Store likes to treat their customers of color disrespectful! I will not be revisiting and will advise all of my friends, clients and colleagues to stay far away and frequent Towers and Greens liquor store.Happy Holidays

It’s really big, it’s like a maze in there. Overall, it’s pretty well organized but it can feel a little crowded and I think the workers smoke inside.

Toco Giant has everything you want in spirits and they post comparisons from wine magazines to help you identify great values (5 stars)! It is crowded with boxes thatare improvised displays and unless you stumble upon the guy stocking shelves you usually have to look until you find it yourself (minus 1/2 star). The location on North Druid Hills Road is convenient unless it is rush hour(s) when traffic is gridlocked (minus 1/2 star. Checkout moves quickly (plus 1/2 star).

I’ve never been so disrespected by two employees at an establishment in my life. I was at the register purchasing, when I noticed the mini bottles at the counter, and asked the cashier if they had any others. The cashier, (who I believes name was Neal), paused and got extremely aggravated with my question. When he showed me the others behind the counter, I asked for 2 of them. Due to his horrible attitude, I asked him if he was having a good day today. He replied, “better than yours.” Puzzled, I asked “better than mine?” He then responded and said, “I can guarantee that,” and slammed the two mini bottles in the paper bag. When I asked for his name, he refused and said “I don’t have a name.” There was another older Black man behind the register, and I asked if he could check me out instead. The older black man said no. When I asked for his name he said that he was the manager, and they do not give out names. I was in disbelief I had to walk and leave. HORRIBLE customer service! Both of them were DEFIANT in their disrespect and had no remorse. For them to team up on a young woman shows that this is an unprofessional establishment. Please do not spend your hard earned money at this location. John and Gina (store manager) are also disrespectful, rude, and incompetent.

Workers and manager are extremely rude I had a simple question and it was blown completely out of proportion! I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I will NEVER be returning and urge you to find another store to spend your hard earned cash.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This is the worst liquor store I’ve ever been to. Their selection is horrible. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional, disrespectful and offered no help. When I asked for help they were extremely annoyed and rude. The manager Gina also wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. There was also an older black man at the register who had a horrible attitude. The whole staff was unprofessional and just mean spirited!

Know your prices going in and you can find some values. A good, broad but idiosyncratic wine selection that often features good buys on value wines. Watch the tags that describe the wines to make sure vintage and vineyard match the description.

Fine prices and solid service. They dont have what youre looking for? Theyll be more than happy to find and custom order it. They now have my favorite vodka (Woody Creek) because I offered to buy a couple bottles if they could stock it. Its my go-to liquor and wine store

Always find what I want and a couple of extras

This is strangely one of the few good liquor stores in the area. I was just visiting in Atlanta and was shocked to see how few liquor stores there are...you can buy wine and beer most places like normal, like in grocery stores and pharmacies, but not anything else. Weird! We had to drive quite a bit around Atlanta to find a liquor store with a good selection, and we stopped at a couple others before finding this one. It actually had what I was looking for and had better prices than the other even smaller ones we went to before. This one is considered a big liquor store but for me it is a bit small - and I’m from Kentucky! It still had everything I needed, though, and the customer service was good. But why is ATL’s liquor store game so weak??

The male cashier was rude to my wife and unapologetic. The store has bottles sitting on the floor making it impossible to walk thru the isles without breaking a bottle. I wish I could take my star away and you will never see my $$$’s again.

Great selection. Was able to get Good People Snake Handler when it was in season. It is the only place I can regularly get Good People beer around.

Good prices and friendly service and staff. Aisles can be a little crowded at times because they carry a lot of inventory. They offer a cash discount. They carry many hard-to-find spirits. Case discounts on wine and quantity discounts on some other itemd.

Came in after work to buy some rum. It was an hour before they were scheduled to close. While shopping, I heard him complain that they (customers) had all day to shop but came in last minute. I asked him if I was holding him up. He said, “yep” with a straight face. I said “oh no problem. I’ll go ahead and leave and won’t come back. His response was, “And I won’t miss you.” And he probably won’t but that is a horrible way to run a business.

Absolute worst service eyewitnessd ... Gina (the asian cashier) (at least thats what she said her name is) treating a senior citizen terribly. She was very mean to him I couldnt believe it. When I say her behavior was the absolute worse... bottom of the pit customer service skill set it was the worst Ive ever seen wow.She is not at all someone I want to handle my credit card) her behavior was very very very uncomfortable for me. This place has EVERYTHING!!! Im Greek and my family has been able to find spirits from Greece like ouzo and Greek beers. In fact weve put some orders in before and they got it for us quickly They have 100s of wines and a decent beer selection. Best of all they have several types of absinthe.

VERY large liquor selection but I was off put by the customer service clerk. He was incessantly rude and didnt need to be that way because I was nothing but nice to him. I had better customer service at Tower and KROGER. I like supporting local businesses but this wont be one of them.

Buyer beware with this place. The prices are high and dont expect anything that resembles customer service. Ive had multiple problems with this place over the years. Here are the two most recent:In 2010 I purchased a 12-pack that had two low-flow/empty cans. When I brought the un-opened, low-flow cans back...No return for you!In 2012 I purchased two bottles of white wine for a special occasion. After opening the first bottle I realized the wine was bad. I dumped it and brought back the empty and another full bottle of the same wine for a refund... No return for you! I agree with the other reviews, Id pass on this place. Go to Greenes instead. Greenes has much better customer service (and better prices).

This is one of the only places that Ive found that has Don Q Grand Añejo Rum, and that is enough to make it my favorite place. Ive never been able to find that rum anywhere, and it is going to make my father so happy. Store has a ton of stuff, and the prices seemed fine for me, but I just moved back from Philly where everything was more expensive.
