Good supermarket, clean and spacious. Customer service is great. This store has great products. Evening time, the store is very busy.

Publix Bakery and sandwich counter are the best! The fresh bread/cakes/pies and hearty subs are a personal favorite. Why only 4 stars? Im happy to pay premium prices for their specialized products like the bakery and sandwiches, but not higher prices on regular grocery items.

The store was very clean and items were easy to find.

I already raided the other one in Nashville I say the same thing about this one its a good Supermarket for those familiar with other supermarkets up north that has most of everything that you need prices seem a little higher than everywhere else in the midwest but Ive noticed down south the prices are higher in general Atlanta is definitely more expensive than some of the places I visited but if you want a regular Supermarket Publix Super Markets are the one I recommend that you go there first before you start searching at the march in the gas station which seems to be everywhere

It was well visited. I was able to get my shopping done and check out within an hour.

Employees are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure youre cared for. I was just purchasing a pack cigarettes And a bottle of water at the customer service desk. Once I left the Store and headed to my vehicle I realized that the safety seal on my water was broken so I brought it back inside showed the customer service lady and she said oh no problem grab whatever drink you like I still got a water but she said I could get whatever I wanted very nice of her

This Publix is a chaotic mess. The deli is particularly frenetic. (Dont even think about ordering a sandwich online for in store pickup. This location does not even pretend to do this service. I guess it does not matter that this service is available at every other Publix in the city!) Avoid this place at all cost. Go to the Publix in midtown on Spring street or head down to Ponce De Leon. Publix corporate should shut this location down.

First time ever. Busy location. Should have more registers open for the amount of people. Feels like an express Publics. First time on a while Ive seen anyone work as hard as the cashier did. Hard to explain, but she made her line move. She was driven. If I was in the market for a good employee, I would try to steal her.

This Publix is at a great and convenient location. The customer service at this store is also by far some of the best in the industry.

The selection of fresh fish is abysmal. Shrimp and salmon is all you going to get at this supermarket. Maybe catfsh once in awhile. Most fish is sold in white packages in a freezer. Selection of international foods has dwindled. Staff usually very pleasant and friendly. Supermarket very clean.

Busy store. Too many homeless people hang around outside. Cant park or walk by without them begging or all in your face. Store is always stocked and clean. Friendly workers.

Convenient and they should have the food your looking for. Its a smaller store so it may not have every thing in this location

Its not them, its the homeless people though sometimes when I shopped there, the cashiers tend to not give the right change, but it is well stocked, quality of food is good, it is ALWAYS clean. Staff is always friendly despite their counting flaws.

The neighborhood doesnt feel safe, unfortunately many homeless people around agresively demanding for food or money.

Always enjoy shopping at this store. A bit small but workers are friendly and always ready to help. Good job Publix!

Went here for my boss lady to get flour and I also picked up me a few bowls of fruit and a salad and some other items for myself when I got to the counter to pay this nice man was like add that to my ticket I was like wow thank you so much this never happened to me before someone actually paid for all my items the cashier was like u can pay for mines too he smiled and said give her the receipt she made need it I said thanks again and cashier was also nice and my fruit was fresh watermelon and pineapple bowls so sweet Ill keep stopping by this publix

Typical Publix experience. Great customer service and quality products. The vibe was a little more upbeat than where Im from but I liked it.

Lovely store. Not too large or too small, cashiers were kind and the manager even asked if I found everything okay. Ive not been here in over a year, but had a pleasure shopping. Also super happy to see the buggies being washed soon theyre brought in. I will hopefully be there again soon. Glad I went today! Thanks Publix!

Its a great, little grocery but a bit pricey, as to be expected from Publix. Still closes too early for me also...

Nice neighborhood market for routine items. Its small, so dont expect a lot of depth in choice. Very nice and helpful staff. Can get hectic at evenings and weekends.

This is my neighbourhood Publix, and its a fantastic shopping experience. That being said, the shopping centre is riddled with panhandlers who aggressively solicit, despite a police presence. So either the police (can) do nothing of they simply tolerate it. If this makes you uncomfortable I suggest going to the Publix in Midtown.

The worst Publix in Atlanta. Its more a problem of location than the store itself. Lots of panhandlers in the area, and it doesnt really feel safe.

Only part of my catering order was complete which set my whole event off! Only gave a 3 because the food we did get was good!

This publix sub line is the worst Ive ever been to. Multiple time Ive ordered ahead only to show up to pick up and they havent ever started making the sandwich. Even when ordering in person, with no line and only getting two subs it took more than 20 minutes to get our order prepared. I dont blame the workers, I think management needs to give them more support. I live right next door so it should be convenient but Ive learned my lesson.

Not enough parking. This location has the best sandwiches, but is small and doesn’t have a lot of stock. When thing’s are on sale they will most likely be out at this place. The people are okay. Not my fave and not the worst.

If your looking for a supermarket..look no further. Publix is my public supermarket. Its the best thing since the farmers market.

Its kinda small, but they are friendly and the produce is always fresh.

The people are always very nice. The store is a bit small so it becomes very claustrophobic during busy times. Also parking can be a bit tricky due to the fact there is serval business in the same plaza and very few spots.

The staff here is lovely but the neighborhood not so much. Parking lot is always a mess and expect to be approached by folks on the street for money or food or whatnot every time you go in to shop. There are 2 other Publix stores within a couple of miles. Skip this one and go to those instead.

It happened again! During this past month, I have shopped at this Publix, many times, but...each time I purchase their buy one, get one free items, it NEVER FAILS, at the check-out...the cashier charges me double price. It has happened SO many times, that I am tired of even shopping here. On a last note....the cashier sent someone over to check my items price, sure enough, I was right...and only to hear the cashier complain..this item should not be buy one get one free...and....maybe the dates are wrong etc etc etc I give up on shopping at this place.....

The lady in the deli was very pleasant and we had the manager helping bag our groceries when we checked out. Very pleasant atmosphere

The cashier does not know how to pack. She packed my bleach product with my food. Im sorry but I had to ask her is she crazy. The bleach top can easily fall off and spoil all my food. Its happen to me before. Please advise all cashiers to pack responsibly.

Its a small store and busy which I expected. Be even walmart does better traffic flow. The security guard at the door was leaning over a trash can so I didnt expect much from him. Still, with 2 doors at the entrance its not difficult to have a couple people directing everyone which way to go. I say all this because it took almost a minute for me to walk in because of the people exiting through the entrance instead of the exit. I had to keep moving aside since everyone kept coming.

9:30PM run for some milk and beer. In and out in 5 minutes!

The deli is slow as hell. The same lady been in front of the line for the last 15 min.

Smaller it seemed or maybe just flipped around. Either way this was a very nice place with plenty of parking. They even had mini shopping carts. My cashier was friendly and smiled the entire time.

I BROUGHT SOME ICE CREAM AND A CABBAGE. AT A GOOD PRICE

Amazing food. I had the pork roast. Its so tender. The onions are tender. The mac and cheese was pretty good. Publix is number one right now to me when it comes to hot supermarket food.😋

Great customer service but the restrooms are normally nasty.

This is the WORST Publix Ive ever been to. I went to grab a quick lunch, first I went to the produce department to get a parfait and noticed they didnt have any spoons. I then went to get some chicken, they had no condiments, straws, napkins or utensils. I order my chicken and advise them there were no spoons, the lady told me they were out of the wrapped spoons and they have spoons in a cup and she gave me one. Now, in the era of Covid, who wants a spoon handed to them unwrapped? So naturally I ended up leaving my parfait behind. Terrible.

As at almost every Publix Ive ever walked into, the staff here was friendly, helpful and professional, even at 10:00 on a Friday night. The cashier that helped me find JUST what I needed was dolled up under her Publix uniform, lashes that looked longer than a country mile in anticipation of a Friday night evening at the club(s?) to the OTHER cashier who allowed me to use the womens room (I am NOT female) cause I was about to pop and there was a street drunk in the mens room, on his knees, worshipping the porcelain altar, keeping me from soiling myself right there near checkout number three, and I took care of business, moved on with my Friday night and got home with my shame intact, successfully hidden where we all hope it can be and need it to be. Yeah, thats Publix for ya!! If only these folks could teach their lessons to sooo many other people, our world would be 1000 times better.

ZERO STARS. There was no shopping carts. I went to the checkout person and asked about the shopping carts. She said they were all in use. I had to go find one in the parking lot. I talk to a manager about the shopping cart and he stated that they only have 20 carts. They couldnt get any right now. The store was a mess. Shelves were half empty on some aisles and not front face. The were no 1/2 dozen of eggs. I dont think Ill go to that store. Theres a Publix on Ponce as well as a Krogers.

This place has got all the makings of a general store on the rise. Dairy? Got it. Meats? Got it. Cheese? Thats dairy you dork. If you need food come here. Or any other grocery store. Its definitely got some sweet folk behind the counter and security outside for the late night shoppers to feel safe. But they put up way too many Valentines decorations this past year. Calm down muchachos

I think management changed at this location because all of a sudden the staff are hounding you the moment you walk into the store. I get that you want to be helpful but when 4 staff in 5 minutes ask if you need help, its borderline harassing
