We had a mixup with an online order yesterday morning at this location. Peaches and Leticia in the deli both did a phenomenal job putting together a large wrap tray for us. They were so pleasant and really love their customers. Huge props to these ladies however everyone behind the counter were second to none. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of us and helping to make our event successful.

Great store 5 star...however, some of the customers in that neighborhood are lets just say a little entitled acting for NOOO reason. FYI I have been shopping there off and on for 20 years.

Super friendly and nice staff, especially if you can relate and have a laugh with them. Ms. Sunshine is the best!Smaller sized store, however they seem to get restocked quickly (current problem). Only negative, dont try for a sub during busy times. Too many people know of the quality!

At this particular location you can always expect for them not to have something that others would have and to not have a very good selection of the things that they normally carry. Also, theyre always out of very basic stuff. For this reason I give it a 3. Ive been to this store maybe 10 times over the years and Ive never been able to come in and walk out with everything that I wanted even if it was only a couple items. There is always something theyre out of. Publix Management/Corporate. Are you hearing me????

Publix was my daughters 1st job in Brandon, Fla. Then when I worked with Shaw industry, I met Mr. Publix. I have been a fan of the Brand 30 yrs Especially their Black & white cookies and great selection of Fish. I just want to commend Lillian at the customer service desk as the gentleman in front of me was extremely rude with his physical interaction with her and the entire time she kept her cool. He even snatched his receipt from her and she literally said and did nothing to him other than give him print and courteous service and then after being so rudely treated welcomed me with a warm greeting. Well done.

I just walked out of Publix and I am currently sitting in my car writing this review. I went into Publix this afternoon to pick up salmon and some other items. I recently moved from Florida a few days ago on my own. I’m in my early twenties and I have never really done major grocery shopping before on my own so you can imagine I was quite lost. I was the phone with my mom and she was trying to help me navigate throughout the store but was limited help when I got to the counter to ask for a fresh piece of salmon. My first encounter was with an oriental female who was preparing sushi trays when I asked for assistance she ignored me. My second encounter immediately after was with an African American lady who did answer my question and directed me to another associate named Eric. The African American lady and The other lady who seemed at the time to look oriental started laughing at me; I find that very disrespectful. Now moving on to Eric, he was assisting me at the counter and I was on the phone with my mom as well but I was giving both equal attention I told him I’ve never purchased from this counter before so I have no clue what I was doing he seemed to be very frustrated and annoyed he was rushing me to make a selection so I made one even with his vague explanation. After he walked away I put to and to together and noticed the price difference. What I picked was higher in priced so I told him when he came back I would like to change my selection and he got upset and slightly raised his voice. I apologized even tho I shouldn’t have to because he is on the time clock and he’s making money to be there to service customers by choice. He proceeded to get my new selections and handed over my wrapped up package of salmon. I previously lived in Florida for years and have shopped at Publix for years. That was the absolutely the worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Shame on you Eric.

Ive been in Atlanta for over 10 years and frequently went to this particular Publix daily for 5 of those years. Its one of the best in the city. Always polite staff.

This Publix is always clean and employees are always pleasant. Their veggies are always fresh and organized. Someone is always there to help in the bakery if needed. Shelves seem to stocked well.

Very poor customer service from cashier meme. she had a very nasty attitude she didnt tell me my total didnt even say hello. i say hey she didnt respond nor when i said thanks no respond. im so disappointed probally wont shop at this location again.

Manager at the Deli she was on the line serving, Ignore when I walked up, I told you you had 3mins till customer chuckled, yet she was fixing the carryout asked for exstra wedges she showed me my carryout open up on the line customer looking and tonefully Stated These are not enough I said mam please dont ask the customer who said Ill pay for she says it a have to be weight anyway not your dinner chosen.i asked for extra tender she gave 3 its going in another bag which simply could of put it small as she picked inside the carryout when the Man on shift on the line with he where 🕶️ glasses they were laughing and I heard what she said about me hurt my feelings, I sat in the parking lot to collect myself Called customer service place me on whole Deli picked up and it was her place me on whole for 12mins. I hung up I will say they all need Orientation on kindness and politeness and never judge a person if they ask him for something extra and willing to pay for it even states that so please never ever do a customer like this again Ive been in the service field before myself 25 years ago my age is 55 she was looking at today and Ive been on manageable hotels Burger King Crystal for 12 years so running corporate level industries is my specialty I was even a part-time shopper will go around in grade how you do and the quality of your service maybe you all need to go back to that surprise shop or stand back instead of the managers the store managers or supervisors walks around with shirt and ties and looking and you standing right behind you maybe you need to be checking out how the communication is going on because its very lassitosis very lassitosy

This is my regular grocery. Solid produce, nice staff, better Prices than Whole Foods nearby easier parking that Murder Kroger

Do not try to turn left off of Ponce de Leon into the main entrance. It took me three light cycles to turn left because the local people refuse to leave you enough room to get through. I didnt realize that Atlanta had gotten so rude

Thanks for the opportunity to tell of my experience at Publix truly it was a pleasant one, I had to purchase Mother day cards for my mother for Mother’s Day who’s a patient at Budd Terrace Rehab with the store being somewhat crowded I was still able to get what I needed I and get out and on my way for my visit with Mom.

Clean, well stocked store. Today manager asked bagging assistant to step further from me as we were bagging groceries. I appreciated the reminder as I sometimes forget. It would be good if management also asked the floor staff to keep a courteous and safe distance from the customers as they work on the aisles.

I came in for my Covid 19 shot and after I received it I decided to get a nice T bone steak and I was shocked when there was only 1T bone in the entire store. Out of all the meats in the meat section...just 1T bone. Really?

Ran out of covid masks, stopped in to buy some, they did not sell them, but did offer one for use now & suggested nearby home depot for more. Ty!

Very nice, clean, organized store although the bathrooms could use some improvement.

My experience is usually 5 stars but today I’m giving this location 2 stars because of my experience in the deli. I always get a sub made on my lunch break and it’s usually amazing but today it was horrible. First, the experience and the taste. Initially Dereka started making my sub and she knew what she was doing but Tiffani felt the need to correct her and assist in making my sub how SHE likes her sub. Tiffani also added A LOT of oil to my sub so it’s greasy and disgusting. At the end when my sub was in the oven I tasked Dereka if she could remove it because I don’t want it toasted and Tiffani interrupted, “it’s on a timer”. Sure enough, it was way over cooked. I simply cannot eat this extra toasted grease ball of a sub. So much for my lunch. If I visit this location again, I’ll be certain that Tiffany doesn’t “assist” me.

Deli service is amazing, the younger guy with the gold rimmed glasses went the extra mile for us even though they were closing and he was very friendly as well.

The deli person was quick to served me. The selection of fruits and vegetables was great. Everything that I needed was in stock. The check out person was great. I separate the items on my recyclable bags what I wanted in each bag.

Not the largest publix but a good stop for essentials...and wine.

Great tuna subs

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The store had bounty paper towels and hypoallergenic wipes. They were out of the fish that I wanted, but I was able to order it. Will definitely go out of my way again just to go the Publix on Ponce.

Some shopping spaces are a bit tight for social distancing and very few customers are honoring the directions for one way isle shopping. Store is clean and well lit. Products are easy to find and the workers were pleasant and knowledgeable when responding to questions.

The customer service skills and the food are exceptionally special, they are just over priced though I much rather shop at Kroger.

I love Publix I just don’t like this location, management is messy and constantly talk about employees to other employees. They literally told everybody that this one girl was about to get fired and said they, “didn’t like her”. The store is great they just need more leaders who are competent in their area and professional in the work environment
