This is my favorite Publix to go to. Very convenient location at the intersection of Lenox Rd and Peachtree Rd with multiple entrances. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Covered parking so you never have to get wet during rain storms, even without an umbrella. Plus, it shares a parking lot with Target, so its like a one stop shop for anything you may need.

I love this publix! This is the closest Publix to my home and every single time I come in the customer service is AMAZING! As a former customer service manager I’m always amazed at how above and beyond they go! I try not to annoy the store manager every time I come in with stories about his employees but man! They go out of their way. Steven, the African American young lady that’s always at customer service, and theirs also another specific person that stands out but I can’t remember his name. He has curly hair and glasses I think. There is good customer service and there is exceptional customer service! I don’t know how they do it but they always have a good attitude and are ALWAYS ready to go the extra mile and i am extremely grateful for that.

This Publix has been “my” Publix for over 10 plus years! Exceptional service ALWAYS and Amazing Staff now considered friends! Fresh products always and have never had to wait! Management actively jumps in during busy times, so every visit is a positive experience! Thank you for always exceeding expectations! ☺️

I love shopping at Publix. This particular location is sort of hidden and hard to find. I had to circle parking deck several times before I located the store

I just moved to Atlanta recently and started shopping at this Publix location. The store in general is good, decent quality food and a friendly staff. Though I have come home with broken eggs in almost every carton, even after inspection - now I am much more thorough. My disappointed comes from the bagging area. After a few months of shopping here, I would recommend to bag your own produce and do not use an environmentally friendly bag. Though I don’t blame the staff, the poor management and training shines in this area of the store. If you bring your own bags, the bag boys will try to stuff everything in just one. I am sure they think this is helpful, but anyone who carries groceries would know this is terrible. My complaint is to warn shoppers on the bagging problem and in hopes that management steps up and properly trains the staff. I rather bag my own produce and have more registers open then have an incompetent bag boy.

Love this supermarket they have a very attentive staff and great variety of products, their steaks are awesome by the way.I recommend it for sure.

This Publix is small but great for the neighborhood basics. (Target is in the same building, for all the other things Publix doesn’t carry.) Always clean, great customer service and it’s especially nice that there’s always a police officer on duty.

Visited here for the first time today. Every single worker I encountered was friendly, nice and patient! Adriana went above and beyond! Thank yall for making my visit the best Ive had in a long time! Keep up the great work and yall deserve raises.

Do not go here for your flu shot. They gave me my shot before accepting my insurance. I had to stand around for 50 minutes before being told my insurance does not accept this. I called the insurance before hand and confirmed they did. Ended up paying $35 for it. Absolute joke.

Very helpful staffing as Ive come to know Publix over the years, never losing quality. Always a go to for groceries, willing to pay a little bit more in some cases for the service and reputation of goods.

First time like and was able to find a certain water that I couldnt find any where else.

My new spot for go to with any quick needs. Store is very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking and I can see police officers literally around the clock. So its safe to shop at this place.

Always the best service. James and Ronnie always go above and beyond. James greets me with a smile everyday! I literally walk their in lunch break daily just for the smiles even when Im not buying anything I stop in for the awesome energy. Its like a breath of fresh air before I return to the hustle and bustle of my busy work day. Thanks to the entire Publix Staff and a special thanks to the pharmacy team. I live 5 min from a Publix and I gladly drive 40 min to this location even if Im off work to get prescriptions and groceries.

This is a smaller Publix, with a neighborhood feel. There are many items to choose from, but definitely not a large market like some others. Convenient area, next to Target. Nice employees, and easy to get to.

I love publix. I especially go for there fruit and veggies I think that they have the best quality of fruits and veggies. It clean it smells good it organized and the staff is always pleasant,friendly helpful and kind😁

This Publix location is great. Easy parking garage, good produce and bakery.

Its convenient. But its a small footprint Publix with an equally small selection. Compared to the local Farmers Market store, its a rip-off. However, for Boardhead subs, BOGO items, and small essentials, its not bad.

I’ve been a five day a week customer since this location opened 22 years ago. The pharmacy has the same accommodating staff. Always pristine and well stocked selves. The deli is wonderful. Customer service, when needed, is very efficient. This Publix’s is batting a 1000 and I love this well operated grocery store chain.

I came here and a peanut butter was under a $3.49 sign and I wasn’t given the publix promise. I know if something is wrong you give publix promise but I wasn’t given that. Diane (Black lady) refused to give me publix promise and said it’s “$10” but y’all have the peanut butter where it says $3.49. This is unacceptable and it isn’t Publix policy

I visited this store to pick up a Western Union transaction for my daughter. A Christmas gift from her Dad. The Customer Service Representative Gilberto asked how much I was picking up and after I told him the amount, he counted his drawer and he was short of the amount by only $100. He told me he would go check in the back and he briefly returned to tell me they didnt have enough money. Now its the day after Christmas. Most stores are still crazy busy. I was thinking since I waited late in the day to pick up the funds surely the store would have had enough money. On top of this, the are is known as the The Lenox location... meaning a fancy area. I requested to speak to the Manager. I explained to Barry that, CSs register was shy of only $100 for my money transfer and plus they had other registers open, meaning the other registers had cash as well. No compassion, no empathy, horrible customer and Barry lacked the opportunity to go above and beyond for his customer. Im not only a customer of Publix but also a previous employee. Plus I work in Management now, so I know the proper protocol of cash handling. Needless to say, I know the money was available but I guess because I didnt fit the description of their everyday customer I was turned away in shame. Highly dissappointed and disgusted. Now I will have to go home. B

False advertisement when your sign is different than the item purchased. The biggest issue is when the employee does nothing to correct it. Sorry employees that have no clue how to problem solve.

Deli needs to be sanitized. Workers taking their masks off leaning over food and talking. Customers leaning on the glass partition over the deli veggies that are used for subs with no mask on. Children leaning on the glass also with no masks, picking their noses and sniffling touching the glass and with their mouths on the glass too. The health department really should be contacted about the deli and how little it is clean. There really should be a mask mandate #nomasknoservice #nomasknoentry

I love this Publix location. It has a small Mom and Pops sort of feel. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the store is bright and clean! Their display of produce is always fresh. Their fresh cut fruit bowls are my favorite and the fruit is always sweet!

Smaller than other groceries even other Publix, it takes care of the basic needs.

Good little store, probably could use an extra sandwich person on Mondays however.

Nice Publix fulfilling day to day grocery needs and a good selection of produce. I was delighted to find a2 milk here and keep going back for the same amidst other items. The checkout is easy and store associates helpful. I am struggling to use the Publix app though and hope to be successful with it soon.

**my review is for the deli/sandwhich making section**I wanted a garlic and herb tofu sandwhich. they were out of tofu crumbles. so i said thats fine ill just do a garlic and herb with no crumbles. the original lady who was making my sandwhich went to go get some vegan ranch dressing. after about 5 minutes she came back and told me that someone was going downstairs to check to see if they have it. she said it will take them 10 minutes to check. Tania is the only one who knew what she was doing. everyone else did not know how to make a sandwhich or werent properly listening to instructions on how people wanted their sandwhich.

Its a great store. For a small store the him a lot of stuff that you need. They are always willing to help and theyre very friendly. Its very easy to get in and out at the store

Nice clean and wonderful workers

Im used to Publix employees greeting me through out my visit. I didnt get that here. I was only greeted by the cashier upon my purchase. I went to the seafood counter twice since I didnt get a greeting I didnt get seafood.

A bit disappeared that they take all the soups and hot food around 8:30pm when they closed at 11pm. Sometimes its hard to make it in before 8:30pm, been to several other Publix grocery stores and never have to work about not getting a soup later on in the night. Selection wise on the amount of raw chicken wings is always lacking no matter what time I come making it very inconvenient when I live walking distance from this one.

I love shopping here. I often visit on my lunch break or after work. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when needed. Mr. Charles in the deli makes the best subs and Mr. James on the cash register is a delight. The food is always fresh and well presented. Will definitely recommend this location to others in the area.

The staff is always friendly & the selection is better than many other Publix locations. Their wings are amazing too! Only minor complaint is the odd funky smell when you first walk in... Not terrible but not very appetizing. Ive started holding my breath as I walk in & then its fine. ^_^

Its like this hidden Publix. Had a hard time finding the entrance from the main street. But at the entrance was this nice garden dining area which made it all the worth wild. Ice cream selection best one Ive seen so far. I so enjoyed eating my ice cream in the dining area.

Deli was looking real put together and very speedy for the amount of people waiting in line. I went and checked out the meat department though and things were looking rough. Nothing looked appitising and I was disappointed with the customer service... If you call it that.

Exceptional Service from the Manager to the Staff. The Store is always Clean and Beautiful. Cooked and Deli Food the presentation always on point. The Staff work extremely hard to address customers food concerns and needs. Kudos!!! It is a Great Community Store.

Got some quick lunch with my wife. I love the Sausolito turkey sub & deviled eggs. She ate deviled eggs & some of mine too. Cheap date with the wife but it was what we were hungry for.
